I know that this hotel is not located in the best part of Jacksonville, but the convenience is great and the quality is worth the price. The staff was very courteous and was very helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Home away from home!

Good value for money. Located near the highway. Free Parking and WiFi, pool and hot tub. I really liked the business centre, open 24 hours with 2 computers and a printer to print boarding passes.

Very nice new hotel. Kind of awkward location off of the main street.

Super quiet, which is what I love!! Can't stand slamming doors and kids running around. Staff was accomindating and nice. Love it.

Air conditioning woke us up at night...thought there was an alarm going off. Everything else was perfect.....we totally enjoyed our stay there, except for the sound of the air conditioner. Will be staying there again, I am sure.

We selected this hotel due to it's convenient location ... near relatives. The bed was uncomfortable and unadjustable. We advised hotel staff and they said it would take them hours to take apart and look at it. So we put up with it. All night long, there was a gurgling sound, like a drain draining. Hotel staff said they would check it out. Next night...same […] thing. On checkout we inquired what was done to correct the noise. They had no record of our complaint. They offered us a free breakfast which we declined because at breakfast the day before, the wait staff sat down at the table next to us and proceeded to tell us the world was coming to an end the following day. We will be visiting the area frequently but it doesn't look like we will be using this hotel. 더 보기

Unfriendly front desk. No light blocking blinds for the windows. $9.00 for a lousy brunch. I booked the Hilton as a surprise for my partner because we had to spend our weekend apartment shopping for my son who is over seas in the military. Who would have guessed that it was in such a poor part of town! We didnt feel very safe thats for sure. Comfortable beds, pillow city, but probably better to have your own. Had fridge and microwave, so one could eat in if chose to, but there's a lot of places close by in driving distance.

We chose this location because it was close to a function we were attending. The hotel is obviously new and well maintained. The pool was super clean and the landscaping well manicured. Complimentary coffee & hot cookies were available in the evening. While there is a small charge for breakfast, it was excellent, omlettes made to order, cereals, waffles, […] fruit,etc. The building is secured at night and you must use your room key for entry. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean nice friendly staff. Breakfast is a little pricey, but other than that I was completely satisfied with the hotel.

Easy to get to from the interstate, clean, employees friendly, rooms very nice and clean, would stay there again.

When you stay at a Hilton you expect high class. Although this hotel was under renovation there were issues. The hallways had a fowl oder. Our room, #220, did not have a working exhaust fan and the curtains did not close (by design) and one of the security flood lights shown right up into our window. I feel thee hotel is too expensive for me to use for just personal use durng the week. Rates change on the week-end but at $140 plus tax and breakfast is too much for me to pay. I visit the area 4 time a year, usually stay 3-4 days on a personal situation with my sister-in law. and not on expense account, so look for someplace more reasonable.

We stayed only one night, part of which we were out visiting friends but were very satisfied with the hotel

While the room is clean and comfortable, the television reception, which no-one on the staff will do anything about, is very poor. And while some snacks and drinks are conveniently available in the lobby, their prices are too inflated to justify purchasing them. Speaking of inflated prices... This hotel charges a substantial fee per guest for its lobby […] breakfast buffet. The staff, both at the desk and the in-house restr. are very pleasant to deal with. The food is made to order and tasty.

I am on the road alot and have stayed in many hotels the comfort of the bed and pillows at this hilton was outstanding. My room had a lot of room to spread out and I didnt feel as if I was in a small box. Great Stay!

Easy access, nice room- Staff was wonderfully hospitable.

This was one of the best hotel stays my husband and I have had in a long time. From the service, to the cleanliness of the entire establishment, to the hospitality of the staff, to the amenities available (restaurant on-site, small convenience store, pool, hot tub... although it wasn't hot, and the bubbles didn't work), to the overall value... we absolutely […] would stay here again, and would recommend to our friends and family. Hilton Garden Inns are among my favorite places to stay, and their "Evolution Rooms" really hit the mark. The internet works great, the flat screen was nice and big, and the adjustable bed is the greatest, probably more comfy than my bed at home. It was totally quiet and spotlessly clean. Service was sub-par. The area in front of hotel seemed unsafe and behind the hotel looked like public housing.
