Good stayu

Rooms were very nice and clean. Less than a half a mile from the airport. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was not being able to connect to the wireless internet service they provided. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a place to stay.

Under construction--very inconvenient. Needs to be closed until finished.

Hotel room was clean and well stocked although the bed was missing a piece on the headboard and two screws were sticking out - very dangerous! The hotel was undergoing a renovation during our stay and the lobby and hallways were a mess. At least one hotel employee had her grandchildren with her while she was supposed to be working. My husband and I thought […] that was unprofessional and distracting to the guests as children were unsupervised while employee was on a smoke break. Employees were smoking right outside the front door which we found unpleasant on our arrival. 더 보기

Upon arrival we found out the hot tub was under construction (no water in it and construction materials inside it). We got into our room fairly quickly and found the air conditioner was not functioning properly (the clerk told us it was aclimated and would shut on and off itself). We left it off for a while and it never turned. Finally maint. came down […] and fixed it. We had 3 small children and 2 adults and only had 3 towels. We had to ask for more. 더 보기

The First room I was given smelled awful as if a cat had a litter in it it was room 123, when I called to have a room change the reply was there were no more rooms available. As I was packing to leave the front desk clerk came and gave me a room across the hall....I was satisfied with the room change but displeased at the response I got on the phone. […] Other than this the trip and room was very pleasant. 더 보기

They advertise airport shuttle but they discontinued it. The airport is only 2 blocks away so you could definitely walk it, but there's no airport shuttle which is the reason why I picked it.

The Hotel must have been under water at some time as there was a musky smell. The floor tiles in the restroom had no grout between them and a couple of the moved when stepped upon. Bare minimum supplies for the shower. It must have been a cost cutting measure. On the bright side there didn't appear to be any roaches...and I was only there about 5 h […] ours. 더 보기

The room was not well maintained. The water would not drain from the tub after taking a shower. The towel bracket kept on falling off the wall, whenever my wife reached for the towel. When we left the room we put out the sign asking that the room be made up. When we returned several hours later in the afternoon, the room had not been made up. The front […] desk said that was because we had the sign on the door. Evidently, the housekeepers are not familiar with their own signs. Housekeeping was already gone for the day. The front desk person subsequently brought us clean towels. Half the electrical outlet cover plate was missing near the refrigerator, a potential fire hazard. Whenever we opened the room door with the key card, the clock radio reset to 12:00. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but both my wife and I detected an underlying odor of smoke in the pillows. 더 보기

It was overall good hotel, however, the bed split my back.

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition on the hotel. Everything was clean and not too out dated. As soon as we got to the second floor, I could smell a musty smell but I didn't notice it in our room. As the night progress, I did start to notice it in the room as well.
