We stayed one night in the Jacuzzi suite, with two little kids (2 and 4). The room was awesome and we arrived to a basket of free snacks in our room which was great for the kids. When we returned to our room after the pool we also had turndown service and a couple cookies with evian. (It was a nice-to-have) The pool and pool room was cold, which was […] disappointing. But...the kids loved it, it was great for kids of all ages with a hot tub and warm tub. The waterslides were great too. Didn't make it to the excercise room, but it looked nice. We also didn't visit the Casino. For people with kids...they are not welcome at the Friday buffet...which sounds and smells wonderful...kind of disappointing we couldn't enjoy it. The Mohave grill is yummy though. The hotel lobby floor was being renovated while we were there...and I was suprised they were doing it, being so new...looks like they have good up-keep. We also had problems with our TV (it was us, not the TV# and hotel staff was in our room to help us within 5 minutes. All-in-all....we were happy with our stay. The staff was great and it's a really nice hotel...it might be suprising to see the area it is in...but we knew the surroundings before hand #it's near/in foothills industrial). We recommed! 더 보기

I cannot say enough about the wonderful front desk service I received. It was like no other I have ever received from any other hotel. I want to thank the young gentlemen who looked after my requirement to have to cancel one night's reservation. He took care of everything. And then made sure I knew that it was taken care of because it was through a […] third party whom I had been unable to establish contact with to effect the cancellation. He then followed up with a call to me on my cell to let me know that everything was done and generally took care of everything for me. No complaints at all bed and pillows were great. Clean rooms. Our kids got coloring books and crayons when we checked in. Plus the kids pool was a bonus for having small kids that cant swim on their own.

In general, a good experience! Checking in was bit confusing as the reception clerk could not find our reservation and had to transfer to a higher personnel. She eventually did find our reservation! Easy to get to. Was in quiet area. Was handy to where we were going. A bit expensive compared to other hotels as some have continental breakfasts.

Good place to stay on the suburb of Calgary on the Dearfoot trail (freeway). Pool area has a waterslide and children's safe area. Rooms are away from the casino so no spill over of people or noise. Easy, free parking. Staff very friendly. Room was very spacious, and upkeep was excellent.

I was very comfortable. The pool and slide were excellent. The restaurant was a bit pricey I thought especially for the kids meals.

the only thing bad that can say is that there was no front door man to help me with my bags. I had to get a cart at the front desk and load my bags and take them up to the room. then return the cart. I did save on the tip.lol

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The kids enjoyed the waterslide and pool. I would recommend bringing your own pillow, they were too big. I would not recommend the pizza from the restaurant for take out it was a little funny tasting.

Staying as a family of 4 with two kids under 11, having a pool was paramount for entertaining them during down time. The waterpark was great, kept them both busy for hours and wasn't stifling (chlorine smell-wise) for myself whilst watching over them. Nice place to stay in Calgary. The whole hotel was almost empty in off season and I got a good discount. Service was good and the staff were friendly. It is next to the highway to the airport. This was a very nice hotel. I booked for convenience as concert I had gone to Calgary to attend was in same building. It was no hassle, no driving and there was dining options in hotel. It was slightly pricier than most hotels I would normally stay at but the convenience and fact that it was a very luxurious hotel made it worth it.

Our room was nice. The food in the restaurant was good and not expensive. I won money in the Casino. My only complaint is the casino is not 24 hrs. Maybe thats a good thing?

Well we checked in on Christmas day and it seemed that the girl at the desk wouldn't really help us because we made our booking online! The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable but everything else was closed. We did enjoy the waterslide and hot tub though.
