헤리티지 스위트 호텔 (Heritage Suites Hotel) - 시엠 레압

저희 부부는 3일 동안 이 호텔에 묶었습니다. 도착에서부터 출발까지 GM을 비롯한 호텔 종업원들 모두가 무척 친절하다고 느꼈습니다. 저희는 방갈로에서 묶었는데, 숙박을 고려하는 분이 있으시다면 방갈로 숙박을 권해드리고 싶습니다. 호텔 주변 환경이 조용해 무척 마음에 들었습니다. 바로 옆에 초등학교와 큰 절이 3개가 있는데, 풀장 가에서 휴식을 취하고 있노라면 아이들의 떠드는 소리가 들려 참 좋았습니다. 객실 공간은 충분히 넓은 편이고, 독립되어 있어 좋았습니다. 그러나 호텔이 오래되어 방에서 약간의 냄새가 나는 것이 조금 흠이었습니다. 저녁식사는 떠나는 날 한번 했는데, 가격이 무척 합리적이었고, 식사 내용도 좋아서, 미리 […] 알았다면 여러 차례 여기서 식사를 했을 걸하고 생각했습니다. 스파는 한번 이용했는데, 가격도 합리적이고 시설도 무척 좋았으나, 모기가 계속 무는 바람에 다시 이용하지 않았습니다. 저희들은 시엠립 체재 9일 동안 소카호텔, 아릴라 쏘티아호텔, 헤리티지슈이트호텔에서 머물렀는데, 그 중 헤리티지 호텔에서의 체재가 가장 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 아침 식사 때마다 만나는 캄보디아인 남녀 종업원들은 무척 친절해서, 참 즐거운 식사를 할 수 있었습니다. 헤리티지를 선택하시면, 만족한 여행이 되시리라 생각하여, 이 호텔을 추천하는 바입니다. 더 보기

This intimate, warm, charming refuge from the city's unrelenting hustle and bustle was a welcoming relief. The front staff was most helpful and accomodating in all our travel plans including logistics of getting to certain temples, dinner recommendations and reservations. Nothing was a problem. The suites are particularly special and are worth the upgrade. […] The bar serves fabulous fresh fruit mixed drinks and the made to order breakfasts were superb. Staff are very friendly and keen to please. Food excellent and inexpensive, a very good chief. However, the property, while only 4 years old, is showing signs of becoming tired and worn. This was a disappointment and as a result I would not recommend it to others. Sorry!

In three word: it is paradise

We stayed at Heritage Suites for 4 nights. When traveling to the Hotel, neither taxies or Tuk-Tuk drivers knew where the hotel was located. That wouldn't have been a huge deal if the hotel wasn't located in a poor part of town. Once at the hotel, the ammenities were excellent. The hotel has a great look and a lovely pool. We looked to have drinks and […] dinner at the pool and prices relative to downtown were crazy. For example, I expected there to be a premium but 3.50 for a beer when they are .50 downtown was too much so no one was at the bar. If their prices were more in line then it probably would have been fun to hang out at the hotel. 더 보기

Wonderful stay, very nice and charming hotel, quiet but still close to main places. Strongly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and loved every minute of it! We were collected at the airport by 2 of the staff in a classic old Mercedes and they produced a cold towel and freshly squeezed pineapple juice from a cool box for us for the drive to the hotel. On check in we were shown to our bungalow suite which was amazing. The layout and design […] of the suites is spot on. There is also a fantastic pool which we had to ourselves every time we used it. The staff were simply brilliant and everything was done with a smile! We also loved the location of the hotel which while a little out of town in a residential area right next to Wat Polanka is on the way to the temples and is less than 10mins into town on a tuk tuk ($2). There are tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel most of the time and the hotel will call someone for you if there are none waiting. The hotel arranged for one of these drivers (Sukia) to take us out for 3 days at $20 a day. While we had read reviews of some drivers having limited English, Sukias English was fine and he was early to collect us every time. 더 보기

the hotel and staff were wonderfully helpful. i was sick for our whole stay and every staff member asked my husband whenever he was out and about about how i was feeling. when we had to add days to our stay b/c of my illness they were incredibly flexible. the hotel itself was fabulous. location is prime!

This is an exceptional hotel which fully complements the Ankor Wat experience, arranging both the air con car/driver and compentent English speaking guide at min. cost. Airport transfers included, flying is the only practical way! Staff are willing and able to do anything to enhance the stay. Thanks Magnus !!] The villas have jacuzzi, indoor/outdoor […] showers, bath and internal steam room and king bed...tastefully decorated lounge area separate from bedroom area. Large clean and underused pool with pool bar. The breakfast is functional but we did not eat there at night due to proliferation of good restaurants in town with reasonable wine lists, AHA, Abacus etc. We will return and would recommend the Heritage to anyone wanting more value than you will ever obtain from one of the larger chain hotels at the same, or dearer, rate. 더 보기

Heritage is lovely place to relax after all the razzle and dazzle of Siem Reap, quiet and peaceful. Great, friendly and attentive staff, your job just to enjoy!

Hôtel bien entretenu, avec un très bon service. Seul point décevant. La piscine n'est pas bien exposée. Pas de soleil en fin d'après midi pour se reposer après la visite d'Angkor.

Ett litet hotell med omtänksam personal. Fina rum med härliga detaljer, underbar frukost. Jättefin spaa avdelning och poolområdet var litet men härligt.
