호텔은 깨끗하였으나 리모델링 한 방이 아니어서 오래된 구조와 화장실도 좀 별루... 리모델링 한 방인지 체크가 먼저 필요할듯

렉스 호텔 3번째인데..신관은 이번에 처음이예요~~좋습니다. 강력 추천

후기들이 좋다는 평가와 나쁘다는 평가가 극명하게 나눠지는 호텔이라 마제스틱으로 갈지 여기로 정할지 고민을 많이 했었습니다만, 위치상으로 렉스가 더욱 나을 것 같아 예약 했었고, 아마 구관 건물에 방을 주신듯 하였습니다. 방은 전체적으로 깔끔하고 넉넉한 편이었구요. 욕실은 리노베이션을 안한듯 오래된 느낌이 들긴 했지만, 그래도 사용하는데 크게 무리가 없었습니다. 침구 또한 처음 입실시에는 조금 눅눅한 느낌이었는데, 호치민 날씨 특성상 건물 특성상 그럴수 밖에 없다는 생각이 들었고, 에어콘을 트니 곧 시트가 뽀송해지더군요....그래서 잠자리는 편안하였구요. 서비스적인 차원에서는 리셉션니스트는 무척 친절하였습니다, 심야 비행기 […] 인지라 체크 아웃 후에 샤워 사용 문의를 하니 저녁에도 수영장 옆의 사우나에서 샤워가능하다고 친절하게 확인해주셔서 저녁 9시경에도 샤워할 수 있었구요. 벨보이들은 친절하기는 했는데, 공항으로 올때 사이공 투어리스트 택시를 권해주시더라구요. 그냥 비나선이나 미이린 잡아달라고 하니 별말 안하고 잘 잡아주셨고, 공항까지 11만동정도 나오더군요. 조식은 그다지 많지는 않았지만, 또 크게 부족함도 없었고, 외국인들이 많이 이용하더군요... 한국인이나 아시아계 사람들은 잘 보이지 않았어요. 위치적으로는 뭐 이루말할 수 없이 훌륭하였구요. 전체적으로는 나름 괜찮은 가격에 좋은 호텔에서 좋은 서비스를 받았다고 생각합니다. 현재의 금액에서 더이상 오르지만 않는다면 다음에도 같은 호텔에서 투숙할 예정입니다. ^^ 더 보기

가격대비. 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 물론, 창가를 원했는데 커텐 젖히기도 민망한 방을 배정해준 건 섭섭했죠. 하지만~ 여행가서 방에서 오래 머문게 아니라 방보단, 전체적인 서비스와 시설쪽으로 점수를 후하게 주고 싶네요. 방 선정과, 수영장이 좀 작았다는 것만 빼고는 100% 만족합니다. 함께 나오는 조식이 너무 훌륭해서 정말 오랫동안 많이 먹었던 기억도 나네요. 너무너무 친절했던 렉스 직원분들. 그리고 너무 좋았던 호텔 위치. 전, 아주 만족한 호텔이었습니다!!

패키지가 아닌 직접 예약한 호텔인지라 첨엔 다소 걱정했지만 늦은 첵인에도 친절하게 맞이해준 렉스의 서비스에 만족합니다 오래된 시설이지만 세련되고 깨끗한 내부시설과 초코렛, 바나나 같은 세심한 배려에 기분이 좋았습니다 조찬은 다양한 메뉴와 즉각적인 리필 여러명의 직원의 부지런함으로 편안한 식사로 아침이 즐거웠습니다 로비를 나서면 시내 택시가 바로 대기해있고 주위 1킬로 미터안에 주요 관광지와 레스토랑, 커피샾등 시내 관광하기 매우 편리했습니다 호텔 길하나 건너면 tax백화점 2층에 마트가 있어 다양하고 값싼 제품을 편리하게 이용할수 있어 추천합니다

good location- in the center of district 1 where all shopping places and tour places are in. Room is queit clean, breakfast is well prepared with plenty kinds. One lack point is that buiding is old and structure is like a maze- hard to get to room at once.

I've booked a room to this hotel because was considered a 5 star hotel. When I arrived in the lobby, the lobby was beautifil, then they gave me the key and the room was not more then 2 stars! How can you book a room in a 5 star hotel and they give you an old, noise and bad forniture room ike mine? Although rated a 5 star, I would only give 4 stars. Please don't regard this as a poor review, I just have high standards for 5 stars. The service is excellent here. I was comfortable, and felt safe and cared for. The only reason I wouldn't give this a 5 star rating is the condition/quality of the rooms. I would expect perfection and marble every where […] for 5 stars. My room was nice, but not outstanding. All amenities were nice, tennis court needed reservations, but played nice. Pools were very nice. Spa provided excellent service. ALL hotel staff were very nice and provided outstanding service. Tried to give the turn down service guy a tip, but he refused saying he was just happy to provide service to me. I do recommend the Rex Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh City. So So......

The room rate is slightly higher than some hotels around it. But is worthwhile! Great location, good service and clean facilities.

We were impressed with the location of the hotel. It's in the heart of the city, with all brand name shops surrounding, 7 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and in walking distance to most of the big department stores. The rooms in the new wing where we stayed were very clean, modern and in excellent condition. The buffet food was reasonable. The hotel […] staff were very helpful and polite. We were extremely dissappointed at the staff at the reception as on our arrival to the hotel around 2.30 pm after a long trip to Sapa. Everyone were exhausted and tired. When checking in, the staff at the reception coldly told us that we had to wait, we booked 3 rooms: 2 tripples and 1 doubles, as no rooms available, they didn't even tell us how long we had to wait for. The last room that we had about 4 pm, my sister and her husband booked for a double bed room and were given a twin beds room and were told that they had to wait till the next day for her double as they had a VIP guest checked out late due to their flight delayed. After some debates, they reluctantly gave her the double. Other than that, everything was good. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. 더 보기

The hotel even celebrated my birthday right after my arrival. The information board showed a message to celebrate my birthday, and I was treated with a small birthday cake in my room. I stayed four nights at this hotel, and the food was very nice, too. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel

As was read on numerous occasions, this hotel looks great from outside, but the room we had was outdated, old and need of a wrecking ball! Old wing and the noise was quite annoying at night, 4th floor and too close to the rooftop garden bar and entertainment. Staff were very nice and polite. Had a great stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and I enjoyed the stay.

Hotel is centrally located and the services provided by the team was just first class - Excellent. The Chef Concierge especially with her team are very knowledgable and extremely helpful. They help us to coordinate all our tour packages. We stay at the new wing and the room was nicely decorated, clean and importantly comfortable. Great location within walking distance to many of the well known museums etc. The hotel itself had plenty of character and we loved the experience of staying here. The breakfasts were amazing as was the room it was served in. A nice pool. The room we had was large and very clean. The staff were always helpful.

Excellent Hotel full of old world charm, we didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy as we had a early morning flight the next day, but all of the facilities were excellent and I would stay at the Rex again with no hesitation. My only comment would be to update the old wing bathrooms. I always stay at Hotel Rex when I travel to Saigon. Very convient location, great service and great exercise area.

Very close to great restaurants, bars, shopping centres and iconic buildings. Excellent customer service; the front desk upgraded us to a suite room for free. Our bedroom was very clean. Rooftop Garden bar has great cocktails. The buffet breakfast has a great range of Asian and Western selection. I'd definitely stay there again.

An aging hotel which is under gradual refurbishment.Staff are fantastic - nothing to much trouble.Only concern was the AC in our room.It could not cope with the heat so it was a little uncomfortable.A smaller room would be best i think.Roof top bar/restaurant was fun with good free entertainment.

The Rex is in a great location. Nothing too much trouble for staff, very hospitable and offering excellent service. Great breakfast. Overall, a great time at The Rex.

This is the sort of hotel where nothing is too much trouble. The staff are happy to help, competent and efficient. Not cheap by Saigon standards but an elegant hotel with a good ambience.

Great old hotel!! A bit dated in older rooms but make up for it with wonderful service. The bar on the roof is must see and the intertainment wonderful too. Great place to see and be seen. Convient to everything.

This hotel is noway a 5 stars rated (a sign at front entrance), room equipments are fairly old, particular bathroom with broken shower, 70's style tap, no mirror or tissue provided in the room.>> The hotel has charged for 5 stars value but given 2 stars quality.>>

This hotel is fin antastic location and for the price we paid extremely good value. The roof bar is a must see location for cocktails and the breakfasts served there in the morning were exceptional. The only problem I had was that there was no free internet access in the room. Evereywhere else in Vietnam this was standard I am talking own desk top and […] monitor/flat screen tv not simply wifi. These previous hotels were in the 3 star category (and so were not expensiv) with breakfast in central locations so I beleive the Rex is cheap skating over this. We stayed at the Rex twice over the course of a week during a brief travel thfough Vietnam. Their on-time pick up at the airport, the ease of check in/ check out, the incredibly clean and well stocked rooms were perfect. We were in and out of Saigon quickly both visits, but I wish we had had time to use the pools. We highly recommend the roof top bar […] and the huge buffet breakfast. The Rex hotel is an old hotel with many rooms and floors. I had the back to get a room on the second floor, ovelooking the street. You felt as if there were no windows and you were in the middle of the traffic. I complaint and got another room without any problem. Ett sentralt beliggende hotel med lett tilkomst til de fleste attraksjoner. Noe trafikkstøy på den gamle delen av hotellet. Takresturanten har god atmosfære med live musikk og god mat. Anbefaler rom i den nye delen med lite trafikkstøy.

Hôtel bien situé, proche des commodités.Buffet du petit déjeuner excellent.Rénovations des chambres donc bruit , mais le personnel était assez accomodant: il arrêtés les ouvriers le temps qu'on sorte de la chambre. Trés agréable séjour dans l'ensemble.

Erittäin näyttävä hotelli parhaalla paikalla kaupungin sydämessä.Hotelli ei sovi liikuntarajotteiselle tai uutta modernia kaipaavalle. Menneen ajan tunnelma jatkuu koko hotellissa Lobbysta hoteelihuoneisiin ja uima-altaalta ravintoloihin.Nukkumaan tänne ei kannata tulla, sillä hotellissa tapahtuu koko ajan,sisäpihalla järjestetään häitä,muotinäytöksiä […] ja 5 krs terassilla myös live musiikkia.Desipelit ovat huikeita meikäläisen mittapuun mukaan, mutta katsottavaa ja kiinnostavaa koettavaa riittää.
