The hotel was beautiful and in a prime location. The hotel page states that there is self-parking available and does not mention a fee for parking. We arrived to find out that self-parking was not an option and that it was a fee of $29 to pay a valet.

Attended a conference on my own, felt very safe walking around at night by myself, great location and very friendly staff! Room was quiet and very comfortable, good amenites like the microwave and refrigerator. Great coffee place near the lobby but in room coffee provided. Will stay there again if coming to Denver for a conference.

PERFECT for attending event at the next door Convention Center! Can't do better!

When we arrived I was not prepared to have the car valet parked. I was traveling with 2 small children and our stuff was everywhere. The valet dept could not find us a luggage cart so one offered to help me all our loose shopping bags/luggage up to our room with me. However, I was a bit put out by the fact that I had to unload all this myself and without […] a luggage cart. The front desk clerk was not very understanding of the fact that I was traveling with 2 small children alone, and didn't offer any personal suggestions when I asked about dining suggestions close for me and the kids (she pushed the in-house asian restaurant - not kid-friendly!) We ended up walking the 2 1/2 blocks to Subway on the 16th street mall. One of my prime reasons for selecting this hotel was for the pool/spa. The kids wanted to swim. We were very disappointed with the pool....their lips were turning PURPLE as the water temperature was below average and "FREEZING". The hot tub was nice enough for them because it felt like bathwater. The breakfast was wonderful and reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to friends traveling without children wanting to explore the downtown area. The rooms were clean and nice. I would not take small children back to this property. 더 보기

Great location to 16th Street, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice - clean, great bed, fridge, microwave. Will be staying there again if we need a place downtown.

My wife and I loved the hotel. The cost of the drinks was a bit high, and the valet parking was great but a bit pricey, but the hotel was great. My wife spent a couple days walking the 16th street pedestrian mall. She loved the easy access. We also enjoyed the Capital District and the Art Museum. We stayed here for just a few nights before we went up to Steamboat Springs. It was good. Not great. It was pretty loud, but what are you going to do. I'm not sure I'd stay there for a longer stay for than a few days but definitely just fine for shorter trips.

We were very impressed with the hotel and it's amenities. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The location was within walking distance to Larimer Square, 16th St. Mall and the Convention Center. It was a quick cab drive other places we wanted to go. The $28/night parking fee was a […] little steep but the alternative of leaving your car overnight in an unguarded lot was worth the peace of mind. We were glad there was a Dazbog coffee shop off the lobby but the only time we wanted to use it the place had a sign on the door that said 'be right back' so we had to use the restaraunt for our morning coffee and pastry. When we checked in, they gave us(two guys) king/ single bed. We told them we have two people and requested double beds and noted on the reservation but they said sorry we don't have any double beds room for you because you booked through 3rd party. If you would have booked directly through us, you would have got a double beds. They seemed to treat customers […] who booked through 3rd party as second class. Great location downtown. Two blocks to 16th St. mall and easy walking distance to capitol, library, and art museum. Indoor pool very, very cold -- too cold for children to swim. Also, tile surrounding pool extremely slippery and dangerous (for falls). Hotel room was not exceptionally clean but was quiet. Hotel staff had excellent customer service. We wanted to be near the 16th Street Mall and this hotel was easily walking distance. Also We liked our room, the staff, the facility--the only drawback was the cost of parking your car so we chose not to get a rental car until we were ready to leave town. We were able to use public transportation for everywhere we wanted to go that we couldn't walk […] to. The room was clean and nice, but the bed was hard and we didn't know you could adjust it until we were already sore from sleeping on it. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, EVERYONE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP. ONE EXAMPLE, A MAINTENANCE MAN RAN TO AN OPEN ELEVATOR DOOR TO HOLD FOR US AND THEN REACHED AROUND DOOR TO PUNCH IN THE FLOOR NUMBER FOR US. OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL WAS ENJOYABLE.

It was clean, it was next door to the Convention Center and two blocks from the 16th Street Mall and it was comfortable and quiet. With a hotel brand like this (target: business traveler), the major interaction between guest and staff is the front desk and the valet... they were both wonderful. The front desk was concise, kind and friendly. Except […] for one member. Female, thin, black hair, seemed to be the Front Desk manager, but not sure. Everybody else was all smiles, she seemed like she was reading bad news on the computer and didn't welcome, acknowledge or seem interested in the three times that I interacted with her. However, that is just one person. The overnight parking was $28, a bit pricey... but hey, it's downtown, so it was expected. Nevertheless, the valet service was great, so it made it feel worth the charge unlike other places were you are just a number and they stick their hand out for a tip without even smiling. Check in was quick, check out was a breeze, incidentals were clearly marked, everything looked neat, attractions were nearby and friendly people... enough said. You can't ask for anything more... We've stayed downtown several times now for Rockies or Nuggets games. It's convienente and easy to walk everywhere from 14th street. Only about 20 minutes to get to Coor's stadium. The parking charges were rediculous at $28 a day but overall it was worth it.

When I returned to my room after the first day of my conference, I had breakfast vouchers for the remaining days of my visits. While this may not be a big deal to a large corporation such as Hilton, it was a very big deal to me - someone who was on a very tight schedule and needed the added convenience of coffee and a bagel. only thing we missed was a VERY limited menu on food for room service and there was NO continental or in-house bkfst. Also, the cookies were close to burnt, overcooked. Everything else was fine!

WOOOOOW! Again, awesome customer service and amazing staff. I have no idea how you select your staff, but as my experience in Toronto, Denver's reception staff, chamber maid, and restaurant person were extraordinarily nice and helpful. I was refered to an amazing spa, and guided to car reservation - the receptionist even looked online for me to suggest […] the best possibility around the hotel (pretty much all cars were already rented). Very clean, comfortable rooms. All the staff was very courteous and helpful. Will definately stay here again as will a fellow traveler.

Except my wife had to spend two more days and we figured after 8 days that we were there we would be entitled to tyhe same rate but the girl said know they would go up 125.00. This is after we made arrangements with the other clerk. my wife was sick and we unloaded and loaded our stuff. Stayed 3 nights in Mid July whilst attending a conference in the convention center. Hotel staff very friendly and professional. Hotel fine. Good business class comfortable rooms, free internet is fast and works. The 'desk chair' lets down so many hotels but not this one. Had the continental breakfast buffet one morning (~$12.50 incl tax) which was […] standard fare. Basement gym pool area. Gym is larger than expected with a couple of X-trainers, three(?) joggers, some weight machines and (I recall) some free weights. This was a great hotel for our convention. It's right across the street and close to a lot of restaurants. The parking is a bit expensive, since it's valet only. However, the valet guys were really nice.

Booked two queen beds room had one bed and a coach per staff 3rd party reservations not a guarantee very misleading.elevator out to access pool staff in restaurant very slow

I was in a panic when I realized my luggage was missing when I arrived at the hotel. The staff gave me detailed directions where to pick up some new clothes in a hurry, recognized me the next morning and followed up to make sure I found everything I needed. I was very impressed! Great job, all!

Great initial first impression to set the stage and environment, extremely pleasant and helpful front desk/bell staff, nice clean rooms, very convenient location. Only one negative, when i got there later at night i was very hungry after my flight and they did not have late night food service after 10pm. They did however have a pantry but i bought a […] small bag of chips and chocolate bar and it cost an outrageous $6!! Make sure to bring your own snacks. Denver is also a beautiful city.
