Our room and the hallways were rather minimalist - room had a small desk and one chair BUT it was clean and comfortable! Our room overlooked the garden to the side of the hotel - a great view for the 4:00 bat parade!!! Our room was very quiet - we never heard our neighbors. We enjoyed the balcony while having our complimentary morning coffee. Although […] the shower was small, it was mighty!!! INCREDIBLE water pressure and no problem with hot water. Loved the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, shower cap, sewing kit). The front desk was VERY helpful with arranging tours, answering questions about local restaurants and shopping as well as promptly emptying our mini fridge of the mini bar items. We went to the grocery store a few blocks away and stocked the fridge with goodies to lower our restaurant costs. The pool/spa was beautiful and refreshing. Front desk was happy to let us use pool towels off premise as well. Didn't use the gym but it looked clean and sufficient (although small). Wish we had the time to use the grill on the pool level. I think if we had another day, we would have taken advantage of grilling a kangaroo steak! I would defintely stay here again! Thank you to all the wonderful staff that made our stay fantastic! 더 보기

The hotel is located within walking distance to everything so is fantastic. We also arrived well before the 2pm check in time so didn't expect our room to be ready but the lady on the reception gave the cleaners the hurry up which meant we could have our room sooner than expected - great service.

This was our second stay at the hotel and enjoyed it as much as the first time. The location is fantastic and the apartment was beautiful and the views are lovely. I will be coming back again.

The hotel was ok. The room design was ok, size ok, bathroom ok. You cxan get a deal on a better hotel in Cairns for the same price.

The Hotel is next to the river. We had a wonderful view from the 10th floor to the Casino and Hilton Hotel. The room was nearly 60 m2 with a little kitchen and very modern. I can recommend you that hotel very much.

I went to Cairns to dive the Great Barrier Reef I arrived early but was told "no problem" and the checked me right in. When I opened the door I was surprised to see very beautiful apartment with all modern appliances .The board walk at rear of the hotel is beautiful and has wonderful resturants and 2blks to downtown .The casino 1blk away and your at […] harbor.The staff will do anything to make your stay the best I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Really impressive room, great location in the heart of the city, easy access just a minute walk to the pier. Serviced room for free although not stated its inclusion in the room price. Didnt get king bed as stated in listing but friendly customer service made up for it

I spent one night at the Harbour Lights, and it was overall a pleasant experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had a great location right on the water and connected to some excellent restaraunts. On the other hand, the rooms were sort of spartan. My room was rather small for a king size bed, and there was no other […] lounging furniture. There was also no art in the room. There was no wireless in the room, but there was a DSL connection. Harbour Lights is promoted as 4 stars. Yes the building is new and well located, staff are helpful and efficient but the furnishings of the room (we had a two bedroom apartment) are poor. I felt as if I was staying in a cheap display apartment. Cheap furniture which was undersized for the apartment, no art work just bare white walls. A large balcony […] with no outdoor table! At the prices charged compared to similar in New Zealand, Asia, the USA and Europe I have stayed in- this property presents poor value for money. Indeed Cairns in general needs to improve the value it offers if it is going to get serious about attracting tourists back. Frankly there are more interesting places to go that offer higher quality at better prices. Nowhere is this starker than Cairns restaurants with mains at international top end prices, but of very average quality. 더 보기

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend staying here. It was at the pier end of town and had a lovley broadwalk just outside the hotel. Close to everything and prices were very reasonable. Staff were lovely.

I stay i na number of hotels througout the year. The Cairns Harbour Lights is in a great location on the water front. Good open air restuarant on ground floor, dinner was excellant. Restuarant was not open for breakfast mid week which is a little strange, however a block away is an excellant cafe which will be my preferred breakfast in the future.

Lovely spacious apt with the convenience of being able to make your own meals, snacks and cocktails, with all the tools you needed.. Comfy bed, roomy space, lovely views, close to everything, a real gem! I recommend it indeed :-)

The hotel is in a great location, the apartments are large and luxurious and the shared facilities (pool, gym etc) are first class.

These well furnished, modern apartments are in a great location beside the marina in Cairns, 5 mins walk to the best of Cairns restaurants and shopping. Excellent Hotel in a prime location. Rooms are fully featured with washing machine, dishwasher etc... so you don't need to pack too much as you can easily clean your clothes.

I wasn't sure about this hotel when I booked my reservation because of some negative reviews i saw here and other website but i had a wonderful stay at Cairns Harbour Lights. This hotel is on the waterfront, a very short walk from all the major reef outfitters. It's so great to have a washer and dryer right in your room, along with a full kitchen! Great place to stay.

great location. It's about a 2 minute walk down the pier to the fleet center where the ships leave for the tours of the reef. in fact, the Harbour lights is on the same block as the ticket center for the ferries. The sauna is nice, i wish there was a jacuzzi though. 2 things I wish would be different: 1. larger elevators. Those elevators are too […] skinny, you can't fit too much in there especially if it's 4 people with rolling luggage. 2. The shower drains are too small. This is a new, clean, modern hotel right next to the pier. Any Great Barrier Reef activities are a 30 second walk to the boats. Our apartment had a washer and dryer with detergent - that is a great feature to get the salt water out of your clothes.

どこに行くのにも歩いていける場所で本当に好立地です。 日本人スタッフもいるし、日本人以外のスタッフもとても親切でサービスも行き届いてます。 ホテル内で困ることは何一つありませんでした。清潔だし、食器から洗剤何から何まで揃っているので、自宅のようにリラックスすることができました。ホテルよりも本当にくつろげると思います。 次に来る際には是非また利用したいとおもいます。

3泊しました。 立地もよく、お部屋も広々としており、とても清潔感のあるホテルです。。 キッチン（食洗機あり）、ランドリーも完備していて大変便利でした。 ただ、ひとつだけ残念なのが、バスタブがなくシャワーのみだったので、一日アクティビティなどで疲れた身体をお風呂に浸かってゆっくり疲れをとることができなかったのが残念でした。 ですが、それ以外の不便はなく、気にならない方でしたら オススメだと思います。
