Nice Hotel and friendly staff. KAron Beach is 2 min. walk from the hotel and 15. min. with tuk tuk to patong, but its expensive to go there every evening. The beach is 100000 times more better than Patong Beach. Karon is in general a better area to stay in for families og couples who wants a little quality holiday. Shopping is okay in Karon, there is […] a lot of shopping places, but the big mall's is in Patong. But there is nothing good to buy!. The Hotel has a shuttle bus to Patong for free, so use it instead of taking a tuk tuk, more cheaper. The breakfast, was okay, nothing special. The massage at the hotel is luxurious but very very expensive. The pool was not that clean! I have been in many hotels but this pool was NOT clean. The roomservice was bad, u have to call for them by yourself. And even if we didnt call for the roomservice, we missed a towell, i tryed to explain the reception about a missing towell but i gave up, because they didnt understand me. There was somebody in our room, even if they told us that nobody has been in the room for cleaning. That was spooky, but nothing else was missing than a towel.. 더 보기

Nice hotel and very resonable. In good location lovely pools and garden and friendly staff. The hotel is a family type very quiet.

I believe the photos from hotel are much better then the actual situation, room and facilities need upgrade, they look very used... General layout of the hotel is good, and service driving guests up and down the hill is ok, but if disabled or not well walking do not choose this hotel many stairs.. The staff and service were very good at the hotel and the room was nice, if a bit older. My bed comforter had stains all over it but they replaced it once I said something. The shower design might be a bit better to keep water from going everywhere but fine. Plenty of closet space and the bed was large and comfy. Had a great view from the top floor […] and they had drying racks on the wall on the balcony which helped me quite a bit as I brought my own scuba diving equipment and it needed to dry out. The staff surprised me with a birthday cake (I did not tell them it was my birthday) in the fridge so that was a nice touch. Internet access was expensive if you were not staying at the higher end rooms. Pools were very nice and the hotel just a short walk to the beach and main street running along Karon Beach. Very close to Kata Beach as well. They had very good security throughout the resort as well. Overall I was very happy with the resort. 더 보기

the resort is not at all what I expected, when we got to the resort, they put us on a deluxe room, no view, and two double twin bed. that's not what I booked, I booked a superior room, king bed and pool view. Did not realise that the we have to walk up and down on a steep hill just to get to the beach, their tuk tuk service is not good half of the time […] they want some tip/money to take you down to the beach... not satisfied at all... 더 보기

The hotel is located on a small hill. You can se the sea end the horizon from many of the balcony of the hotel. It is very quiet around and no traffic is heard. The staff is very helpful with good service. The hotel has many pools and it is not long to take a walk to the beach. Im sure I will go back to this hotel some day.

very good consierge upon arrival we were upgraded to a delux room.hotel staff very friendly and effecient.would reccomend to all.

fantastic hotel, great freindly staff. the bonuses i got with our stay in the club wing were excellent. border town restaraunt has a great selection of food and each night has a different themed full buffet menu. Overall we had a great time and hope to come back again!

We stayed in October 2011 in the Club Priviledge wing. The entire hotel needs an upgrade as it all looks tired and in some parts very dirty. The buffet dinner was included but we only used it a couple of times as the atmosphere was not great and the singer even worse. The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and they did offer us an upgrade […] to a pool access room for our last 3 days but i declined as the pool was empty of water. This hotel coulfd be brilliant with nore maintenance and proper staff training, the location is great with such a beautiful beach. Basically if you don't want 4 star then come here. 더 보기

Très bon hôtel, personnel aimable, piscine propre, belles chambres bien entretenues, petites terrasses agréables. Seul bémol: un peu éloigné du centre ville de Patong; prévoir 15 mn en tuk tuk ( 400 bats, environ 10 euros l'aller). Les navettes de l'hotel ( gratuites) qui y vont ne sont pas assez nombreuses.

Super lækkert resort med rigtig lækkert værelse, flotte omgivelser og venligt personale.

Hotellet ar fint , ligger ca: 500-700 m fran stranden. servicen vid disken och rummservice var jatte bra. Ett minus med servicen var bagboy var inte trevliga, sura miner. i och med hotellet ligger uppfor en brant backe, sa har dem en service att skjutsa ner och upp for gasterna till hotellet. det ar bagboy uppgift att utfora den tjansten. men det tkanns […] som om dem var ej villig att kora. vi hade en kansla av att de tycker att vi var jobbiga. och det har hotellet har ej hissar, man far tar trappor. det ar 4 vaningar hogt. men annars tycket vi om rummet. 더 보기

Mageres Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer mit Meerblick bezahlt, leider nur an ein anderes Gebäude gesehen, Check-Out dauerte 15 Minuten als einziger Gast, kann das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

2011年11月24日～12月1日まで（１週間）、私達夫婦と１歳の娘、おじいちゃん、おばあちゃんの計５名で宿泊しました。 トータル感想から先にお伝えすると最高でした。 また、利用したいです。 カロンという場所はパトンのように繁華街ないにも関わらず、街中のレストランも充実しています。 家族向きです。 ホテルから、ビーチまでは、坂道ですが、am9:00～ｐｍ9：00まではホテルの無料トゥクトゥクがリクエストベースで運航されとても便利です。歩いても３分でビーチまでいけます。 ホテルのロビーが開放感があり落ち着けます。 プールも他のホテルに比べ、清潔で充実しています。 （内２日はプールでのんびりしました。この期間約30℃） 朝食付きで、こちらもメインメニューが毎日変わり 朝昼兼用でたっぷりと済ませることができたので、夕食だけ、近くのおいしいレストランを利用しました。 パトンにも姉妹店のホテルがあり、無料でリムジンVANを利用できます。 なんといっても、ホテルスタッフの方の対応の良さ（with […] smile)が印象的でした。 더 보기

Отель очень понравился, рекомендую всем, на время нашей поездки у отеля был промоушен - бесплатные ужины - это было просто здорово! Кстати и ужины и завтраки у этого отеля самые лучшие по сравнению с другими отелями в которых мы были после (и которые даже выше звездностью). Опасность поправиться! На ужинах очень большой выбор блюд, каждый день своё […] меню - были и итальянские вечера и японские, выступления трансвеститов, постоянно пела муз. группа. Отдыхали неделю в club wing club room - очень большая комната, чистая ванная, каждый день её чистили, так что можно было даже не бояться ее принять. В lunch time бесплатные спиртные напитки и закуски для проживающих в club wing, также бесплатная возможность арендовать DVD, книги и журналы. Небольшой минус, что отель удален от центра развлечений на Karon, но так как он расположен в самом его конце, то удобнее ходить на Kata. Но мы ходили к друзьям в другой конец в Movenpick, и прогуляться тоже было неплохо. Отель очень-очень понравился!!!! Рекомендую брать club wing ! Может повезет в бесплатными ужинами!!! 더 보기

家族4人（子供8歳、6歳）で5泊しました。とてもいいホテルだったので、満足しています。 ヨーロッパやオーストラリアからの宿泊客が多く、日本人は見かけませんでした。部屋も施設全体もよくメンテナンスされており、快適でした。40平米の部屋でしたが、4人で滞在しても特にせまいとは感じませんでした。バルコニーからはプールと庭の木々が目に入り、とてもよかったです。 メインストリートから奥まった坂の上に立っているホテルなので、とても静かです。坂は徒歩でも行き来できるくらいのものですが、無料のトゥクトゥクサービスがあったので、私たちはこれをよく利用していました。 坂を下りたらすぐにカロンビーチで、左手に10分ほど行くとカタビーチです。徒歩圏内にレストランやマッサージ、お店などがたくさんあるので便利です。 […] パトンビーチに行く無料のシャトルバスも出ています。 オフシーズンということもあり、料金には朝食と夕食が含まれていました。子連れには、いろいろ選べるビュッフェの食事はありがたかったです。夕食メニューは毎日テーマが変わるので、それなりに変化があり、楽しめます。夕食時はライブミュージック、タイのダンスもありました。プールとビーチ、食事を満喫して、緑に囲まれてのんびり過ごせるホテルで、大満足でした。 더 보기

Hotel lever virkelig op til kvaliteten, men man kan kun bo på Horizon hvis man har et godt bentøj, fordi der er trapper over det hele, og når man skal ned til byen gå det fin ned ad, men når man skal hjem skal man op af bjerget og det er virkelig hård når det er varm, Når man bo på Deluxe Club Wing Room, er der lunch hver dag imellem kl 12-14. det er […] gratis. 더 보기
