It was the best Birthday present ever. I will definally stay there again.

Hotel not conveniently located. No parking. Charge $17 per day for guests. Buffet only breakfast too over priced at $16 per person.

The hotel was nice, but the indoor pool was over-chlorinated. Completely damaged my 5 year old daughter's hair as well as my 13 year old niece's hair.

The staff was great. My kids loved the indoor pool. Loved the fact that I could walk to the Galleria.

No local newspapers here - u must walk three blocks - ludicrous

This is a cool hotel INSIDE - cafe! market! rooms! Yay. The outside is more like an alley than a driveway. Get more signage please - the small sign above the Homewood Suites sign is pitiful and when trees are in full bloom, one can drive right on by.

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional and accomodated our requests. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Would stay here again definitely!

It seems there is a trend for tucking hotels behind other building. It was a little difficult to locate and google maps has a wrong turn in the directions. We were pleased with the service, but the hotel cafe was not open the hours we needed as our stay was on a weekend. The swimming pool was somewhat smaller than we imagined and another guest with […] 3 very loud children was in the pool when we arrived. The oldest child kept jumping, something that was against the rules. The youngest child kept screaming. We finally gave up hoping it was past the kiddie's bedtime and left. We informed the desk clerk about the jumping in and she said she would take care of it. Other than the guest with screaming children, everything that the hotel could control was wonderful. My stay at the Courtyard by the Marriott by the Galleria was perfect. I like the fact that it was close to the Mall, convenient to every place we wanted to go to. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and families. Looking forward to my next stay there.

Courtyard Marriot in Houston offered excellent service. Had a hard time locating the entrance, no sign on the street with the address. Could replace the small pillows on the bed for larger ones to support the comfortable bed. Overall, I still give it an excellant rating.

I was disappointed in the lunch/dinner menu. Nothing fresh, light or udated about it. Unfortunately this is a deal-breaker for me as I often order on site.

I had a bachelor party in houston by the galleria and stayed here. The hotel was very nice and well priced. The only down side was having to pay for parking, but what hotel doesn't charge for parking downtown. Overall very comfortable stay.

the online description on hotels.com said we had a two room suite with a king bed. The room had a king bed but the room was all in one. The tv was hard to see if you where on the right side of the bed and the ones on the sofa sleeper. The room next to us on one night smoked and it smelled all night. Friendly, wonderful staff, room very clean, easy access parking, comfortable bed, overall excellent, will stay there again. If you're saying in Houston, stay here. You won't be sorry. This staff cares and delivers the best service we ever had.

Staff was great!!! Having to pay to park your vehicle is an unexpected hitch even though I was aware ahead of time. There really should be complimentary parking included. The indoor pool was nice but small. Great Location!

Hotel had nice indoor pool that the kids enjoyed. It was close to Galleria (within walking distance). Paying 12 bucks for parking was a little steep. The tv in the room was antiquated. Front desk staff was nice. Didn't have the Nick Pack that my kids were looking forward to...

Excellent location and facilities. Less than 1 block to Macy's and the Galleria. Easy to find, park, and travel throughout Houston. Access to IH-610 and US 59 allows travel to all points. Parking is not free but that's to be expected in this high-end area. I will stay here again.

The hotel was as expected and the room was very clean. Its close proximity to the Galeria is excellent. The cost was reasonable for the area. I will stay at this hotel on my next trip to Houston.

The hotel is very nice. Clean and modern with nice amenities. However, three things will keep me from staying here again. First, upon arrival I discovered that it would cost and extra $12 a day to park my car in their own parking structure. As I had no other option I was forced to essentially pay a higher rate than planned. I would have chosen a different […] hotel if I had known this. Second, they state they have high speed internet but don't mention it's only hard wire connections in the rooms. NO WIRELESS available in your room. You have to go down to the lobby to get wireless. This was a huge disappointment for me since I needed to put my iPhone on wifi so I could use FaceTime. If you need wifi on a handheld device plan to go down to the lobby or find another hotel. It was a nice and comfortable room. The bed was comfortable. The room was large. The only bad experience was the noisy people in the room next to us. But the hotel has no control over that. Overall it was a nice expeience.

The Courtyard was a great place to stay after shopping at the Galleria. The Courtyard is conveniently located, the staff was great, the facilities are clean, the room was comfortable, the pool and spa are well maintained, the breakfat was satisfying, and the price was right. I would highly recommend this hotel.

not worth the price I could have stayed at the Hotel Indigo for $30.00 cheaper and had a better room etc.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and close to the mall. The room seemed a tad small, but we also had to fit two baby pack n plays in there. I would recommend this hotel. It was one of the cheaper ones in the area but it didn't 'show' in the hotel quality.

I stayed here one weekend and was very surprised at how nice it was it was for the reasonable price. It was right by the Galleria but its kind of easy to miss when you're looking for it, but I would stay there again.

Loved everything except parking. Nice garage but not told about charge till after card was submitted.

Very close, in walking distance to the Galleria. Only thing I did not like is that there is a parking fee that is not advertised. Other than that good place.

It was ideal as it was close to all the entertainment amenities in the galleria district

The hotel was very nice clean and neat. Before booking I called the hotel and asked was there a jacuzzi,was breakfast included, and was there a charge to park. I received a yes to the first two questions and no to the last question but when I got there there was a jacuzzi but I had to pay an additional $10 dollars for breakfast and another $10 for parking. It was a little hard to find since the sign is not obvious and it is tucked in behind another hotel. The parking is very tight, especially if you are like me and have a truck. However, the staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. A good room for a great price considering the location.
