My stay at the hotel was amazing. I was there for a wedding and so enjoyed the convenient location. Rachel was so helpful in anything I needed from shopping suggestions to dinner locations. My only complaint was there was no fan in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have after a shower. Otherwise I would certainly stay again and recommend to my family […] and friends. 더 보기

The hotel is newer and pretty clean with friendly staff. There are some minor repair items, but nothing major. Overall good deal for the money.

The management and staff are very helpful and courteous. We enjoy our stay each time we visit the area.

We (me, wife, and 2 kids) enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and big. Bathroom and shower was nice. Got too hot in the room for me, but everyone else was fine. The pool is descent and towels were provided, which is nice. The hot tub was out-of-order, so I couldn't use that. Other than a little bit far from the free way, this hotel is clean and rooms are big enough. Espically bed is very confortalbe for sleeping.

other than a cleaner carpet, the stay was comfortable and nice. Laundry was done and breakfast was good but more space is defintely needed.

Everything was great except for one bad problem........no exhaust fans in the bathroom. None in ours or our daughters who was traveling with us. We could hear other room with theirs on though so they must only have them in some rooms. We took the motel aware it was a ways off freeways and Portland where we wanted to visit. It was the price that we liked […] and felt the traveling was worth the distance as it's only about twenty minutes from Portland's fun stuff. 더 보기

The hotel stay was great for 80% except that the Free WI-FI and the Business Center was the only complaint I had. The hotel advertise free wifi but yet when I try to log on, I was unable to connect. I was disappointed. I reported it one hour after I check in with the staff member at the lobby and was only refer to a number of the internet service provider. […] To make matter worse, the business center was out of service due to smut/porn being on the computer. I am very disappointed in the service and the lack of help and that the business presentation I had to do was incomplete and I had to go to the nearest Starbucks to pay for wifi in order to complete my business presentation. I feel that I had been cheated and I didn't even get an apology and the staff member didn't even off to help solve my problem. Years of traveling for pleasure and for business, I choose hotel based on amenities. If they cannot deliver, don't advertise the service at all. 더 보기

The staff was excellent. I was disappointed with the hotel, though. They were doing construction work in the lobby, and were using a chemical so strong that the smell made feel ill for several hours after just passing through the lobby. There were some stains on the seats of the chairs in our room. The beds were very hard.

Newer hotel. Big rooms. Attractive decor. Did have problem with internet connection and had to change rooms :( Clean. Good price from Hotels.com. Hall was carpet was stained, but room's was clean.

Best Western Battle Ground has all the amenities of a "big town" top-notch hotel. I've stayed three of four times when visiting family in the area. Relatively new, it has all the perks, fitness, inside pool & the "continental breakfast" is the best I've ever encountered. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need.

This was a wonderful room and I had a very nice stay. I had a friend staying in another room and both were in excellent condition. My room (208 with double queen beds) was exceptionally large and had room for a 3rd queen bed. The extra space was wonderful. This would be a great room for handicapped person needing extra room for a wheelchair or other […] medical equipement. The pool was great and a nice size. Well maintained. I would definitely stay here again should I visit Battle Ground. 더 보기

Staff was very friendly and provided information readily when requested; accomadations were nice and enjoyed our stay.....

We were impressed with our large room and big screen TV. The hotel was clean and safe and the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved having a pool and hot tub. And the breakfast spread was plentiful with fruit, waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, cereal, etc. Recommended for families.

This is a new hotel (2 years). Room was surprisingly large for the money with comfortable king bed, business desk, internet cable, great shower, microwave and frig. Granite surfaces added elegance. Great value. Nice pool, spa downstairs.

we came in late at night and the place was new and looked and felt very fresh right as we walked in and through out our stay, nice pool area very clean, good breakfast. Overall more than you would expect.

This was a great hotel new, clean, friendly staff, I would reccomend it to anyone . Large rooms Great value
