라군리조트를 많이 가는 이유를 알겠더라구요 시설도 좋고 방도 너무 좋고 다만 아침 조식이 너무 먹을게 없었다는거 ㅜㅜ 그거말고는 다좋았어요~

same like any other resort or hotel in bitan. facilities are old little bit. exept this. this resort is good. but food and drinks are too expensive ...

객실들은 새롭게 단장됐다. 많은 시설물들을 이용할 수 있었음. 하지만 음식과 음료들의 가격이 매우 비쌌다. 돈이 아깝지 않음.

Very relaxing and enjoyable in an idyllic location

The hotel is in need of an upgrade, eg some of the beds are old, but the rooms and room linen were very clean. Service was good. Gardens were beautiful. Staff very friendly. The pool and beach towels were not cleaned properly or available until 10am in some cases which was dissapointing. The food was very expensive for the small portions given. Be aware - all the facilities in the hotel and the restaurants are quite expensive.

Rather disappointing experience with the villa in bintan lagoon. Lets talk abt the positive first: - the buggy is a plus, huge convience factor - close to the beach - roomy The cons: - Decor is 80's and run down - expensive (granted, i went during easter) - food is so so I think the room is better value

Generally e hotel is clean and comfortable,but lack of entertainment n food choices .E food is quite expensive but not really delicious except e Japanese restaurant .I won't really visit it for second time .

Chose this hotel based on rating & price. hotel was in disarray for the most part. the food was TERRIBLE at the buffet both dinner which was not cheap and at breakfast. location and resort is quite nice. but just not quite there in terms of first class resort.

I really love the beach and the sea, but it was so sad that all this motos or jetskys doing that awfull noise and smelling of fuel changed the beautiful panorama in to something dissgusting.

overall this hotel was so very convenience,food is great,staff are very helpfull,great beach,my kids were very enjoy their hoilday in bintan lagoon,and for sure we will back to this hotel again...

After reading the reviews on here I almost didn't book this hotel. But I was in a time crunch and went ahead. I am glad I did. I feel the reviews are here are too harsh. There is plenty to do from snorkeling, jet ski, kayak, swimming, ATVs, massages and plenty of other stuff. The hotel rooms were perfectly fine. The people who are expection a 5 star […] hotel should go to one. For what you pay this is a great deal. Perfectly comfortable for me. I will agree that the food was average at best. But I have stayed at island resorts before and it isn't always easy to get great food at an island resort. In short, I will go back and think I got a great value 더 보기

the resort is set in a lush tropical rainforest on a wide sandy beach and has a big pool that serves children and adults. we saw no signs of oil on the beach which we were expecting from reading previous reviews. the main problems were that it was necessary to get a cab to go anywhere beyond the resort and the food in the restaurants was average. also […] there was a problem with the fan switch giving out electric shock in the bedroom. we were moved to another room and staff apologised. we did have a relaxing time though as the hotel is on an unspoilt island with little to do other than have a massage or visit a local town. 더 보기

While the room rate is reasonable compared to other hotels in Bintan, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. If you're planning a trip here, make sure it's not monsoon season. If you go during that time, expect to spend a lot of time in your room. You'll be mostly confined to hotel food, which is expensive and not at all tasty. We were mostly trapped […] indoors because sea activities were cancelled (for a few months until the monsoon season ends). Although the resort advertises that it has many activities for guest, they are nothing special and nothing you couldn't do in the city either. Plus, you have to pay each time you want to play table tennis or billiards. For the amount of time I had to spend indoors, it's a good thing the rooms were so pleasant and clean. Did I enjoy my room at the resort? Yes. But did I enjoy the overall resort experience? No. It was expensive and offered little value for money. 더 보기

Considering how many properties have sprung up on Bintan and with Nirwana properties being one of its fierciest comeptitors, Bintan Lagoon Resort failed to deliver. The upkeep of the hotel is poor - it's wear & tear is obvious; the cleanliness level is poor (commonly used toilets near the lobby reeked and litter abounded); towels are stained and frayed; […] cutlery and crockery are stained, cracked and chipped, some not even cleaned properly and I had to constantly wipe down with wet wipes; mini-mart poorly stocked considering how reliant guests are on these; prices at mini-mart are exorbitent. Management of meal-time crowds was appalling! I am sure they are no strangers to peak periods like over the CNY period. System for morning breakfast buffet should be improved with more staff and counters to handle the breakfast crowd instead of having long snking queues of people waiting to be seated or indeed for a table to be available. Management could easily ask guests to express a preference of time slot for breakfast eg. 6-7a.m.; 8-9a.m. That way the staff would know how many to expect and tag different room nos. to different buffet timings. Those with young kids didn't appreciate the long queues at all There was no policing of guests around the pool - there were loads of guests who were happy to litter and some allowed kids to pee in the recycle drains where water goes back to the pool! I had also been assured by the online agent that we would only have to pay for 1 kids breakfast buffet. However, not only having to queue to get seated, I then had to explain repeatedly to a staff who just didn't get it, that such an arrangement had been confirmed by the hotel. Obviously communications between the hotel and the agents they use is non-existant. Securing payment is only one part of it, a hotel's reputation lies in the deliverables! For the prices charged (which are not modest!), I think I would rather pay a little bit more and go elsewhere for better maintained property 더 보기

Dont get fool by the sea facing room. We paid extra, but not even pool side view. The only excuse was that it was high season and it's sea facing building which isn't sea facing room! A month has gone by, we're still waiting for refund and can't get hold of anyone at all! Don't book it!

The Bintan Lagoon is in the middle of nowhere and the beach is polluted by the overused jet skis and construction trash barge. Our room was covered in ants, the hotel prices are so over-inflated you don't want to buy anything...$30 for a tiny tube of sunblock, and the walls are so paperthin I don't think I slept one night while I was there. I thought […] this was a family resort but we were awakened to loud afternoon hanky panky during our nap and a party next door that evening. Overall we had a very enjoyable long weekend at the Bintan Lagoon Resort. Hotel is a bit dated. The entrance foyer is grand but rest of the building not quite up to same standard. Not a luxury destination more mid-range and reasonably good value for money. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals were reasonable but almost Singapore prices. […] Breakfast included in our package price was very good with wide range of Eurpoean and Asian food. Great food and ambience at the italian restaurant on the resort but the prices for Wine in all restaurants on the resort were outrageous. (80 sing dollars for jacob's creek!). If you drink then buy some duty-free at the ferry terminal or stock up on beer at the local shops before you get to the resort. Recommend hiring a car and driver (4 hours for S$72) and seeing the island's local towns. The Hotel beach was very clean and safe for swimming - soft sand and warm water - fantastic!. 더 보기

We are a family of four and were seeking a relaxing resort break with no hassle. The hotel is easy to get to with swift ferry and hotel connections from Changi Airport. The resort is beautiful with a fantastic beach and all facilities. In our case we just wanted to chill out and get a good rest without any real interest in touring around so I cant comment […] on the surrounding area. But for touring around and exploring I would not chose this island as I think there are more interesting places in Indonesia for this. The Forrest Suite that we booked was effectively two connecting rooms with one room as a bedroom and the other as a living room. The bathroom had a 4 person jacuzzi and we enjoyed this almost every day. The hotel room decoration was OK but was not high quality on close inspection. It does not really reflect the World Hotel status that this place has. There were bits falling off in the bathroom, poor decoration finishes and bad use of materials in general. Not really what you would expect in a room in this price range. (I have quite happily stayed in beach huts with ants crawling up my nose in the night and paid in Coins so the point is the experience should relate to the price you pay.) 더 보기

I got a discount since I stayed 2 or more nights and it brought the price into borderline bargain territory. It was already a good deal at the normal price (now that I've seen the room) but with the discount applied, it became a great deal. It's a resort so there really is no location to speak of, everything you do is on resort grounds. They've got […] some stuff off the resort but I chose to stay on the resort. Food is a bit pricey at the resort. It wasn't bad food but it didn't blow my mind either. The food was average. The on-resort massage at the leisure center is really pricey even by American standards. It was raining my entire second day so it was a good thing the leisure center had video games. Too bad the video games were a bit on the expensive side (hourly) but the attendant was cool and gave me extra time since no one else was there. As an outdoor resort, if it rains, you're stuck with not much to do. In short, great place, would definitely go back except would try and plan my day for no rain but given the weather in the region, that might not be possible. 더 보기

I stayed at this hotel to race in the Bintan International Triathlon. The hotel environment was perfect, although it was a little distant from the main event.

The hotel is a bit far away from the MTR station as it is really too hot to walk over 15 minutes to reach the hotel. You can take buses of quite many choices to nearby EUNOS station. We found at the back of the hotel is a very interesting eating places : Ka Tung. Old food stores, famous old tea house with traditional toast made over charcoal stove. […] Opposite to the hotel is a busy local shopping centre. We can but all necessities as there is the "Cold Storage" supermarket. It takes about 15 minutes drive on a taxi to the city area that may cost you S$18 -25. Somehow it is quite resonable if your have 4 persons taking the ride. The swimming pool is not a big one but quite shady, i.e. not too hot even you wants to swim in the mid-day. With the price range, the hotel is clean and quite tidy. I only hope that they can put up a note in the bathroom as to remind the tourist to put the used towel in the bath tub for cleansing. We also support green measure for not overusing towel but just need to give us some reminder. 더 보기

Entgegen der eher durchschnittlichen Bewertungen waren wir vom Hotel und insbesondere von dessen Küche durchaus positiv überrascht. Es ist halt eine von diesen Grossanlagen, die Betreuung ist aber sehr persönlich und kompetent. Dezember und Januar eignen sich wegen des Monsuns eher nicht, wir hatten Dauerregen und das Meer spielte verrückt, dafür war […] der grosszügige Pool gut besetzt. Das Zimmer war wegen der Klimaanlage eiskalt (manche scheinen das zu mögen), nach deren Abstellen und dem Öffnen der Fenster war sofort alles beschlagen und nicht mehr trocken zu kriegen. 더 보기

Väldigt trevligt och välfungerande komplex med fina pooler och bra service. Extra bra var den japanska restaurangen, medan buffén var tämligen medioker. TIPS: Om ni liksom vi är två vuxna och två små barn, kolla om du kan få in en extrasäng i det vanliga rummet (som är ett stort rum). Vi "lurades" att boka två rum - vilket vi inte alls ville - men använde […] bara det ena. Onödigt och dyrt! 部屋の広さに満足、TVも液晶の壁掛けタイプ。 部屋は山側で雑草しか見えませんでした。アップグレードサービスなし。 スイミングプールで、のんびりできました。 2つのゴルフコースでプレーしました。予約なしでぶらりと行ってすぐできました。 4泊しましたが、洗濯物に困りました、セルフランドリー（　コインランドリー）施設なし、ランドリーサービスは有るが、洗濯洗剤を持って行き、手洗いで済ませました。

2歳の子供と夫と三人で宿泊しました。 一番安いお部屋に宿泊しました。 Hotels.comでは子供も入力して検索すると、安い部屋が検索に引っかからないため、大人二名で予約しました。 (ホテルのHPを直接見ると、11才以下の子供は、添い寝の場合は追加料金なしと記載がありました。そのため、リクエストランにその旨を記載して、後は現地での交渉しだいだろうと考えていました。結局、チェックインの時は何も言われませんでした。) 良かった点： ・プールが楽しかった。ウォータースライダーとか、楽しかったです。 ・エステが気持ちよかった。(でも、インドネシアなのにぜんぜん安くなかった・・・。ホテルの中ってそんなもんですかね) ・フロントにお願いすれば、日本語のインフォメーションをくれた。 ・歯ブラシは、常備 […] されてはいないが、依頼すれば無料でくれた。 ・砂浜が、とっても綺麗でした！ 悪かった点： ・フロントに電話した際に「Japanese　Please」と言えば、日本語が出来るスタッフが対応してくれるよ、と書いてあったが、片言の日本語が出来るスタッフだった。ま、片言の英語を話しても、相手ががんばって聞いてくれたから通じ合えたけどね・・・。 ・何でも高かった。食事も、エステも・・・。(安く済ませるなら、ホテルの外にタクシーで行くしかない・・・。情報が無い私は、仕方なくホテル内の高いビュッフェを食べました。ホテル内で済ませるなら、ルームサービスを頼んで部屋で食べるのが一番安かったです。余計な飲み物注文しなくてすむし。レストランと同じメニューが部屋に届くし。) 総合的に、プールでのんびり過ごす目的は果たせました！プールはほんとに良かったです！ エステは高いので、日本でやるのとあまり値段は変わらない気がしました。ちょっと残念でした。 더 보기

superbe hôtel, style indonésien, il y a plein d'activités à faire, 2 piscines géniales, une superbe plage, la nourriture est très bonne et variée. activités et extras qui peuven sembler cheres par rapport à l'asie mais très atractif par rapport à la France. chambre spacieuse et super équipée avec vue sur la mer. par contre si vous voulez sortir de l'hôtel […] il y a plein de choses sympa à faire à Bintan mais il vous faudra prendre la navette de l'hôtel ou louer une voiture super pour passer quelques jours loin de l'agitation de Singapour à seulement 55 min de ferry 더 보기

les extras : ping pong, laser quest sont chers ainsi que les repas. l'hotel est tres bien avec deux piscines et une tres belle plage. Convient tres bien pour des familles avec de jeunes enfants. Les ados s'ennuient un peu, il y a des activites mais toutes payantes!
