넥서스 리조트 앤드 스파 카람부나이 (Nexus Resort & Spa Karambunai) - 코타 키나발루

시내랑 먼 단점이 있지만.. 빌라 형태의 단독형으로 된 휴식형 호텔이 너무 맘에 들었어요. 호텔앞의 비치는 정말 아름다웠구요. 아무 생각 없이 정말 푹~~ 쉬고 왔습니다. 다음에 또 가고 싶은 곳이구요.. 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.

우리는 수영장이 있는 빌라에 머물었는데 주요 리조트로부터 약간 떨어져 있는곳에 위치하고 있다. 일상의 빡빡한 업무 스케줄로부터 쉴수있는 좋은 곳입니다. 전체적으로 제 경험에 비추어 10점만점에 7.5점을 주고 싶습니다. 만약 제게 다시 갈거냐고 물어보시면 대답은 아니오입니다. 쓴돈을 봤을때 다른나라에 비슷하거나 더 나은 리조트가 있습니다. 오해하지 마세요, 아직 가보지 못한곳을 방문하는게 가치있다는 말입니다.

이 리뷰는 리조트에 만족하지 못할 까다롭고 가리는게 많은 여행자들을 위한것이 아닙니다. 이런 사람들은 어디에 가던지 트집을 잡습니다. 저는 더 큰 관점으로 몇 개는 무시할수 있는 여행자들을 위해 리뷰를 씁니다. Nexus는 크고 한적한 리조트입니다. 만약 2-3일정도 있으려고 한다면 KK시에 갈필요가 없이 리조트자체에서 충분히 바쁘고 즐겁게할 활동이 있을겁니다. 골프코스와 드라이브코스는 정말 너무 경치가 좋습니다. 만약 골프를 치시면 정말 돈가치가 있습니다. 수상스포츠 예를 들어 다이빙은 괜찮지만, 그다치 흥미롭지는 않습니다. 하지만 라군파크에 ( Nexus에서 무료 서틀) 3가지 재밌게 탈만한게 있는데 꼭 둘이서 타야합니다, […] 2-3 형제자매/친구들 등등이 좋습니다. 우리에게는 "새로운"것이었고 즐겼습니다. 선택사항으로 바다에서 (울퉁불퉁을 한것을 좋아한다면) 제트스키를 타거나 혹은 라군파크에서 (부드러운것을 좋아한다면) 타세요. 중국 남해는 제가 가본곳중 가장 깨끗한곳은 아닙니다 하지만 리조트에서 아침마다 해변가를 깨끗이 하려고 노력을 기울입니다. 해변은 매우 개인적이고 한산해서, 아이들이 감시 (경사가 낮고 파도가 세게 치지 않습니다)받지 않고 안전하게 놀수있습니다. 하얀모래에 꽤 많은 안락의자가 놓여있습니다. 전체적으로, 리조트 잔디와 가든이 좋습니다. 세상에 대한것을 잊을수있고 긴장을 풀기 좋은곳 입니다. 자 이제 조금 별로였던 점입니다. 저는 약간의 물품들이 오래되었다고 느꼈습니다. 새 리조트로는 보이지 않고 제 생각엔 오래된것 같습니다. 그리고 오래되어서 어쩔수 없는것들이 있습니다. 서랍중 손잡이가 부러진것을 발견했고 몇개의 스위치는 형태가 변형되어있습니다 - 켜고 끄려면 정말 세게 눌러야 합니다. 가장 최악인것은 천장의 선풍기가 작동하지 않습니다. 좋은점이라 할수 있는점은 후덥지고 땀이 나는 그런기후에서는 저흰 선풍기가 필요하지않고 무조건 에어컨이 필요했습니다. 음식 - 다시말하지만 좋고 아니고든 각 개인의 기대치에 달려있습니다. 더 보기

First time we were staying at Nexus in 2006 and it was the best resort we've ever seen. Fantastic location and environment, convenient to reach, very good food and many activities for kids and adults. The resort had a STYLE. More over good value for money. So we kept coming every year - 6 times all together. Unfortunately this year during the Easter […] holiday ( I suppose it's the peak season ) we were facing for 10 days just half-functioning resort. Few restaurants completely closed ( Darling-darling, Olives, Kingfisher opened just for 3 days for BF ). The remaining Penyu restaurant was absolutely overloaded during BF time, we had to queue up before being seated. The service during BF was poor due to insufficient staff – any flair of luxury or personal treatment was completely gone. As for dinner – 3 restaurants were still available. The buffet dinner in Penyu was too expensive, I can remember times where I paid less for it and the quality was better. The a-la-carte dishes however were still very good, excellent in taste and presentation in all three remaining restaurants ( Penyu, Sunset, Noble House ), even the prices are at a reasonable level. Regarding the facilities : many of the chairs on the beach are broken, the figures on the “outdoor chess board” must be replaced, the wireless internet on the beach or in the lobby area was horrid ! ! !.....the devil is in the details….for example the tableware during BF was not unified but rather a collection of whatever was left from previous years. Of course it doesn’t spoil completely a holiday but it makes the difference between mainstream resort and a luxury resort. The gym is still OK - one of the few positive points. All in all – the exotic flair from the past days is gone. The location and the beach are still great of course but the resort’s glamour is fading. I would really enjoy a nice quiet BF without any hassle, afterwards few hours on the beach, sunbathing, swimming or simply browsing in internet for interesting 더 보기

If you are looking for nestful rest and zest...karambunai is the place. Scenic beach with powdery sand and chilling breeze of the sea. Great gateaway from busy city life.

My family and I stayed at the Nexus resort during the CNY 2012 break. We chose it because a couple of our friends had highly recommended it and had stayed there in 2009. However our stay was full of very unpleasant experiences and we came back with mixed feelings from our holiday. Here are some details of our stay and what went wrong: Overall Location: […] Very good, by the coast, good waters, clean beach. Forest on one side, lots of flora and fauna around. Resort has many monitor lizards walking and swimming about, which gave a very special feel about the place. Its away from the main city and airport, and one pretty much needs to have their own transportation if you're staying at the Nexus. There is regular bus transportation available point to point, but it takes away the flexibility needed on a holiday. Room: We stayed in an ocean view room, which was newly refurbished, rooms were clean, they have internet access in the room. Food: They have 5 restaurants, different menus, overall quality and taste of food was average, nothing special. Choice of vegetarian food is very limited. Kids room: have a good play area for kids, you can just leave your young one's in the area and there are plenty of activities they can participate in at a pretty nominal price. Service & Basic amenities: here is where everything went wrong for us. After paying peak season prices for a star rated resort, one expects basics to be in place. Well they were not - 1. No water in the room - out of our 5 day stay, we woke up on 2 mornings, with no water in the room. The first day it happened, we called guest services and were told that there was no water anywhere in the resort and that they had arranged for all resort guests (was running 100% occupancy at CNY) to have a bath in 2 rooms that were getting water. One had to go to the lobby and book your slot. I told them that there was no way, we were going to do that, and instead if they could send me 10 bottles of mineral water in my room, so we 더 보기

I was looking forward to staying at the nexus resort as I had heard good things about the resort from friends who had been previously. While the grounds and facilities are very good I was dissapointed to see the conditions of the rooms were dated somewhat and not being maintained as they should. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The resort was beautiful and the private beach was great. The spa was wonderful, possibly the best part of our vacation. I visited the place with my 2 year old baby. I booked the 2 bedroom pool villa. Althogh the transfer method was quit discomportable becase the place was located far from airport, but the natural beach was soooo beutiful enogh that could ignore the disomfort. We love the seaview from our balcony and the wave sound is so comfortable.

Slow service in restaurants. Maybe lack of peronnel or training. Luggage service missed our baggage in room - waited one hour .

Our stay at the Nexus Resort was as inconsistent as our margaritas-on-the-rocks were that we had ordered...[1/2 came frozen] The Villas We had booked a two bedroom Pool Villa which comes with a separate check-in from the main lobby. At first glance the Pool Villa was a great choice. Very private. Very spacious. It has a kitchenette; the master bedroom […] has an ensuite bathroom, rain shower, spa Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a bathroom steps away. Of course there is a pool that runs the length of the villa. Perfect for our purposes. [Sage was making her way to the front door to let us in after breakfast at the beach; the only way to access our front door from the beach] Negatives: The pool villa does not have wireless internet but does have a cable for internet in the master bedroom. It's not secured. My husband was hoping to get some work down but unable to login to his office. We had to tether the connection through my mobile; less than 24 hours and our home network called to say that our phone bill was exceeding $2000! [We called the I.T dept who suddenly had an option; for $150 ringget they could make our in-room connection secure... a $2000 lesson later...] The private breakfast available to the villas staying here is at the beachfront. The view is stunning. The flies are aplenty. The food tastes like they made it 2 hours ago and shuttled it in from the main hotel. Double negative: the shuttle service. Before noon and after 5 the shuttle is available every 30 minutes to run you up to the main hotel where all the restaurants, main pool, mini mart and more are located here. I don't know about you but on vacation we are not a clock-watching family - most of the time we would have to wait 25 minutes to get to the main hotel. I would give the Pool Villa 3/5 stars based on wait time and inconvenience to get anywhere. The Spa At first glance the spa is amazing. I had a facial and foot massage with my older daughter. the staff are all very friendly and trying, but management is missing and that means nobody tells them how to improve their game. We had a very nich pool villa, but it was very remote from the hotel restaurants (2km) needing shuttle bus service; the table cloth at the breakfast buffet were dirty so that overall the experience was mediocre. Great value for money. A bit far from the city center but offers a lot of exclusivity and privacy. A resort definitely worth coming back to.

This resort has lots of potential if things actually worked. During my 6 day stay, we had power failure twice, each lasting several hours when we experienced heavy rain. Not fun or funny. They also put us in a sub standard deluxe room in the beginning and only gave us a proper one after much complaining. It is less expensive than Shangri-la and Sutera, but to me, it can provide the same level of satisfaction. As long as you follow the timetable, you can enjoy different activities for free such as kayaking, body stretching and discover scuba diving in the pool. 服務很好, 環境舒適! 試過連續兩日光顧NEXUS的Massage , 效果很好~ 雖然第二次去massage 後,可能時間安排有誤會, 發現 總共90mins 的massage 竟實際只有60mins , 於是向職員投訴, 經理立即賠罪, 並將原定價格打折扣, 計算為60mins 的package, 但整體服務都有水準!!!

Bra service men hotellet ligger lite isolerat. Bussar till Kota Kinabalu går dagligen och hotellet ordnar även utflykter. Rummen är stora och bra med ac och stora badrum. Ett flertal resturanger med bra service och god mat. Däremot förhållandevis dyrt jämfört med lokala resturanger. En fin golfbana finns för dem som gillar golf. Villa區很舒服，很悠閒，對於帶著一家老小前往渡假是一大享受，且往來main part的bus很頻繁，不會造成困擾，唯一的缺點是飯店的餐廳十分昂貴且難吃，對於吃慣台灣飯店buffet的人，會覺得種類少且貴又糟，強烈建議要前往且預計住pool villa者，可以善用裡面的廚房，但缺鍋子喔！

地方不錯, 位置好, 離九如激流及神山效市區近. 房翼離Lobby不遠, 泳池一般, 餐廳選擇不多而且較貴.

決して「高級ホテル」のジャンルではないです 実際に訪れた感想は「アットホームなネクサス村」 とういう表現がよいでしょう アメニティが不足していても笑っていられるような のんびりした気持ちで過ごせる方向きです 広大な敷地にヴィラが点在している作りなので 散歩の好きな人には気持ちいいコースです レセプションに電話をすれば車で迎えにきてくれますが、移動やご年配の方がいらっしゃる場合は　時間にゆとりをもってスケジュールを立てる事が必要ですね

I lived in the Pool villa, that it really provided our family an amazing residence experience. The staff here is nice, they tried effort to fulfill my special requests. As that day was my wife's birthday, they provided us a complimentary cake and delivered it to the restaurant we had dinner. It was just an instant request for the delivery, they arranged […] a van to deliver the cake and singing happy birthday while sending us the cake. That was an incredible surprise. Hotellet ligger langt fra Alfavej Hotellet er meget stort og med mange gæster, det mærker man dog ikke så meget til, da arealet er stort. Der er fint rent, og et godt sted, hvis man ikke vil andet end at have helt ro, ligge ved en Pool eller gå tur ved stranden. Der er en del brandmænd, hvilket gør det vanskeligt at bade. Vi blev brandt et par gange, […] selv om det var lavsæson for brandmænd. Dog advarer hotellet mod disse. Servicen var rigtig god og alle var hjælpsomme. Alt på Hotellet er forholdsvist meget dyrt i forhold til resten af Borneo og Malaysia tæt på samme priser som i DK. 整體的感覺很好, 可是太遠了, 離機場要坐車要一個小時

ホテルの部屋が広くて綺麗でした。 バスタブの大きさは寝転がれる程でした。 シャワーブースも別にあり気分的にかなりリッチになります。 ウエルカムフルーツも嬉しいおもてなしの一つでした。 コタキナバルでリゾートを楽しみたい方は是非ご利用になられるといいと思います！

住的是新完成的别墅套房，设施绝对对得起房价，服务也过得去。最赞的要数无敌的景观，面朝大海，背对神山，泡着私家泳池，绝对是难忘的渡假经历。

ゆっくりするのにはとてもよろしい。 リゾートライフを満喫できる。

Nexus像一个大花园，麻雀、松鼠、蜥蜴、白鹭、壁虎还有游客在这个大花园里各有一片天地。美中不足的是入住当天下了一场雷暴雨，我们的房间漏雨了，不过酒店的服务不愧是五星，立即帮我们换了房间，并且将房间等级提升为海景房，也算是因祸得福吧！ 酒店也有需要改善的地方，儿童中心的玩具破损不堪、只有洗发水没有护发素、没有无线网络，这么大的酒店应该多设置一些路标。 总体来说是一次很愉快的度假，性价比还是很不错的。

酒店环境很好，景观漂亮，空气清新，很长的海滩，沙很细，不过沙子不白，海水颜色也比较暗。海边树林中有躺椅，躺在上面看书或者休闲都很舒服。房间大、漂亮，设施齐全，价格也比较合理，就是从酒店出来时，酒店要求买票打的，价格比从市区到酒店要贵很多
