The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. When traveling in this area again, we would definitely select this hotel.

Hotel itself is clean and simple. Rooms are adequate just overall nothing special either.

The only thing that I noticed that was dirty was the elevator floors.

All the casinos were sold out, so this was a good alternative... the front desk was training a person, so it took a while to check in. They were nice to switch me from a mountain view room to a lake view room. Elevators were old fashioned and slow, room was ok with a dearth of furniture.. felt like something was missing... but clean. Maid service looked […] like they rushed the cleaning as they didnt replace the coffee and all the table lamps shades were crooked.. I guess details werent a priority... overall it was fine. Nice big room, with fridge and microwave, free internet. Wife didn't like the pillows.

Hotel is only 4 years old, hotel is pretty nice, however, the room cleanliness is not very good. you can tell that the people running this hotel do not follow Company standards. Again the facility was nice, cleanliness was the only issue and thats due to inexperienced cleaning staff and training methods. If I was with Best Western corporate, I would […] do an inspection for this hotel and not give a 24 hour notice of arrival, hotel deep cleans rooms and places on block for the inspectors as most hotels do. The hotel is very nice, the room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was wonderful - make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit, juice, bagels, toast. My only complaint and it is too minor to lower the rating was that our window was over a casino where the music and the people were very loud. Hotel was great. Perfect location next to stores and restaraunts. We spent two nights there and enjoyed it. The lake is in view of the hotel which is nice. Pool ans jacuzzi were a lot of fun. We stayed in the jacuzzi past ten and werent hassled by staff. Only complaint was the people above us. I dont know how someone could make so much noisse and walk […] around so much in a hotel room. This was one of the hardest beds I have ever slept on. Besides that just your average Best Western. Should not be a Best Western Plus.

This place's carpet is never washed. sofa is nerver cleaned. i wiped clean sofa and carpet with wet towel myself. Sticky floor and sofa surfaces had dark residue came out on wet towel I wiped on. There are hairs all over the room everywhere. Shower curtain had real bad odor, And had to ask clerk to replace it asap. Crapets were dirty in room. We had to move to a second room because of trash left in room. very hard bed. Otheriwse nice.

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding we attended. Had the best time. Great hotel, loved the pool. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Everything we needed was near, stores etc. Will definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is quiet very clean and I had a room facing the valley with windows that open wide. Great sleep with fresh air and very relaxing. It is fairly new and there are a variety of nice restaurants nearby. Overall I would rate this hotel a 5 out of 5.

It was the best Best Western I have stayed in. The employees were very helpful and nice. When we first got there, they were still cleaning our room, so they moved us to a view facing room and on the top floor like we wanted. The place was clean and well kept. Very nice and comfortable room. Was close to the lake and the skydiving site.

The no-smoking room we were given had a very stong smell of smoke, which proved that the room was previously a smoking room, with a sign stating they would charge me $250 for smoking in the room, the smell was a little disturbing. The reviews led me to believe that I was going to be pleasantly surprised with a really nice stay. Though there was nothing intolerably wrong, but I felt misled by the reviewers. The room was very typical. The towels were not fluffy, but dingy and borderline acceptable. The carpet was old and well worn at the entry way. The staff was nice, but nothing […] extraordinary about the check in. The tub was small - very typical of an old hotel. The only view I had was of the parking lot, so I can't comment much on that part. The tv was just a tv - not a new flat screen, but an old crt. The internet worked fine. You had to have a password to get in. I was thrilled that the front desk gave me this without me asking. If you are looking for a room, this works. It was a very pleasurable experience, it became a good choice for us to have selected this location, our stay will always be a very memorable one due to the excelent service and comfortable accomodations. the hotel, the staff and its services was great. we look forward to our next stay there.

The room was clean but could have used more towels. The spa was warm enough but needed to be resurfaced. Continental breakfest should have had a better selection.

The rooms were dark and dreary. The room smelled of mildew and old. Housekeeping did not clean our room once a day. The location of the hotel wasn't the greatest, a lot of the restaurants were shut down. There was nothing to do.

The hotel staff are very polite, love the view from the 3r floor rooms facing the lake. The rooms are clean, I would recommend the bedspreads be newer. I would stay at the hotel

The hotel was clean and was the only hotel in Lake Elsinore that had a real pool. The hotel staff was great and I will recomeend thsi hotel to others.

When this hotel is half full, it's sewer system hits max capacity. The hotel was full when I was there and if you flushed, the water level went up.

I wanted to stay at a nice hotel for the night and I wound up staying at a not just nice, but clean and friendly hotel. The room was spacious and I loved the shower. I would definitely stay there again.

Relatively new hotel in convenient location near I-15. The hotel is in good shape and we enjoyed the pool. The room was nice and clean and had a view of the lake. Crane your neck and you can see something that might be water. Ask for service and be prepared to wait. Make sure you get what you paid for or else you won't.

Clean and certainly more that adequate---nice to have a free breakfast. Hotel.com rates are excellent considering the fact that there are few decent hotels in this area!

AIR CONDITIONER FOR ROOM NEEDED TO BE PLUGGED INTO THE SOCKET. LIGHT BULB MISSING FROM A LAMP.. OTHERWISE THE ROOM WAS O.K.

The room was nice. But I suggest sanitize with some sort of cleanser, to give it a nice aroma, because it had a stale smell through out the halls. And the jacuzzi had a sign on it like the jacuzzi had been out for some time! When I asked about the jacuzzi just to see what he would say he said he was waiting on parts... I started to go to the lengths […] of asking him, to give me a list of the parts and I will stop by Home Depot on my way back in to the hotel...
