This hotel was not that great. There was no iron, no plug for the bathtub, the heat was messed up. I will not stay there again. It was cheap all around.

First of all their check out time is not as they state, which made me mad to start with because he argued with me about it, when I even had it in writing. He also assumed because we are young that we trashed the room and wouldn't let us leave without checking it first. Obviously u have my info so why would I trash the place? Extremely noisy. Poor value for location

This is not the largest motel around but it was quite nice. Extreemly clean room and comfortable beds. I was hesitant not being a well known chain. Glad I chose it, Great choice for a visit to Gettysburg instead of paying twice the price. Just about 25 minutes away.

Motel uses lowest end towels , bed linden and mattress. On the last morning of our stay the management kocked on our door and said we were smoking in our room because the poeple down stairs said they smelled smoke. staff was very helpful, hotel was clean and convenient to the interstate, but rather bare bones operation -- few towels, no coffee pot in room, very sparse continental breakfast (coffee by the cup, small honey buns, no chair to sit on). Was fine for one night, but no long stay.

We were looking for a place to spend the night on the way to somewhere else. This hotel is not fancy, but it is clean and the beds were comfortable.

RATE WAS RESONABLE. LOCATION INCORRECT ON MAP. NEXT TO BUSY FREEWAY AND INTERSECTION. CARPET WET. CRACKS UNDER DOOR.

Basic room. Nothing fancy. Refridgerator was off upon arrival. Linens and bathroom were clean. Lots of restaurants in the area. Right off I-81.

I reserved a room online. When I arrived I was given keys and halfway to my room I was stopped by staff and given a diffrent floor. The second room had two beds instead of one (not a problem) The problem was the second bed was not made! Urine stained matress and pillows were very visable! Check-in was easy enough and the lady was extremely helpful in the special request we had. The place was nice as could be expected and most importantly .....clean! We were moving from the Chambersburg area and I was a life long resident [there]. This area (@ motel) is extremely safe and convenient. K-mart, Denny's, Cracker Barrel, Arbys, Applebee's, […] Bob Evans within 1/4 mile. Also right up rt. 81 within 3/4 mile are lots of other places to eat and shop. Rt. 30 E. and W. has just about everything you could want and is easy navigation to and from. A fantastic grocery, coffee shop named the Butcher Shoppe is in the area and a great place to grocer and grab some lite fare. As long as you stay away from downtown and the south and west end of Chambersburg you will be fine. 더 보기

The hotel is in an excellent location a couple blocks off the interstate with many restaurants in the neighborhood. We stayed here on our way to another destination and all we really need is a clean room, hot shower, and comfortable bed. The Red Carpet Inn met 2/3 of these expectations. The room was clean and the shower was hot but the bed mattress […] was very uncomfortable. It felt like a spring could pop out and bite you in the back at any moment. Also, the fitted sheet appeared to be a twin sheet stretched out on a queen mattress. We were afraid that it would unfurl at a corner overnight and we'd be sleeping on a bare mattress. Local power outage made this a difficult situation, but staff did eventually recover and things worked out ok

I was looking for an economical place to stay on a vacation to Gettysburg. It is convenient to the main roads going to the battle grounds. The room was clean and the staff friendly. The mattresses need badly to be replaced. The beds were very hard and the springs felt like they could have come through the bedding at any given time.

This was the only disappointment was the breakfast. There was not much in the way of a breakfast but Bob Evans is across the parking lot

I was a little skeptical at first as this is right off of the highway. But everything was clean and comfortable.

Took my son to Gettysburg to see the battlefield on a weekend trip. The hotel is about a 35 minute drive from Gettysburg and located right off of I-81 with several restaurants nearby which made it very convenient. The room and sheets were clean, beds were comfortable and had a microwave and frig along with free wifi. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was not much to bragg about, only coffee and wrapped pasties. However, there were several resturaunts close by that served breakfast.

Very basic accommodations with rather limited parking. Small table in room with two chairs but no easy chair. Close to eating establishments. Worked well for me as I only needed a place for a brief overnight stay between SC and CT. Clean place, friendly staff, easy to find -- right at the exit from the Interstate. Worth it for the discounted price.

Yes, we got what we paid for. So it was a decent place to stay. It was clean and a place to lay your head, but not much else.
