Had front desk problems ended up changing rooms around and still had problems. Front deck clerk needs some training.

The hotel was great for a family gathering. All age groups were satisfied with the facility. Check in was easy. Breakfast was wonderful. The water park was a hit for both adults and kids. Quoting our six year old "This is my best Easter ever!"

This was the perfect hotel for my stay in Billings. Normally I'll stay downtown but everything was full. Big susprise for me..what a great stay....I will now stay at the Big Horn! Great hotel!..great people! great bargin! one note...Lots of family action on the weekend becasue of the indoor water park. Kids can be loud when they are having fun.

Great resort to stay if you don't want to be in the city. Quiet and clean with a wonderful restaurant next door. Room was large and roomy also.

Good room and great plentiful breakfast. Room was large and beds were very comfortable. A bit out of town, but not a big deal. We'd stay there again.

I usually pick the best-reviewed hotel I can afford, but I had to move down the middle of the list to find one that wasn't booked up. The Big Horn Resort pleasantly surprised me. The building layout was convenient and everything was easy to find-- big parking spaces, lots of elevators and vending machines, a big breakfast area next to the lobby. Breakfast […] was plenty good and the kitchen manager was quite friendly-- she got permission for me to change the channel on the big TV so that I escaped from the political propaganda news channel. Really, the only negative about the hotel in my opinion was that they had that channel on in the first place. Our room was very large, well-equipped, and well laid out. The flat screen TV was the best I've ever seen. I was able to easily hook up my laptop to the ethernet and watch a streaming episode of my favorite series on the big TV. Electrical outlets were abundant for all my gizmos. Smartphone worked great with wireless internet. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and I had an excellent night's sleep. This was summer right before school started, so lots of families and children were there, which might be a downside for businesspeople who want peace and quiet. They should probably time their stays to take place when school is in. Oh, and watch out for the elevator doors. It takes some force to keep them from shutting on you. 더 보기

Its unbeatable for an overnight stay. Close enough to the highway and a great chophouse right in front of the hotel.

Clean, good price, safe, and good cookie at check in.

Overall we were satisfied with this hotel. We have stayed at other Wingate properties and this one met our expectations - it was clean and well-maintained, and we liked the spacious room. One point of conceern was with the in-room mini-refigerator. A note on the hotel's energy-saving policy stated the fridge is kept off until a guest needs it and turns […] the temperature down for use. Unfortunately, the fridge never cooled adequately during the night and we had to throw away everything we stored in it. The front desk employee said he hadn't received similar reports from previous guests, so perhaps this was a maintenance issue with our particular room. 더 보기

I love Wingate hotels and try to stay there whenever there is one close to my destination. Because of that, I booked this hotel without looking at the details. What I didn't find out until I got to the hotel is that this Wingate is attached to an indoor waterpark. Consequently, it was full of very excited, very loud children. The noise from the room […] next door was so bad that we had to ask to be moved to a new room. We heard the next morning that four other "neighbors" had complained as well. The hotel was stated as having a pool which was somewhat misleading. It has a waterpark attached to it which is not included in your stay and on top of that it was closed for the day we were staying. It was quite disappointing for my little one who was expecting to swim. The staff was not the most friendly and could use a lesson in public relations.
