The toilet did work when I got there I had to take the back off and fix it. The Beds where so hard and very uncomfortable. The breakfast food was not good at all. I always stay at days in when I travel they are always comfortable and good breakfast but this one was no good all around. Love the stay it was nice even though it was away from the doctors office for the oppointments but the price was great and the only problem was the hair drier didnt work... teenager was sad...life goes on I told her..thanks

The room was fine, kind of musty, but it seemed clean. The sheets had stains all over them. They were washed and everything, but stains are just a huge turnoff. Slept with all my clothes on. Breakfast was really sparse, but they had enough to find something to grab and go with. Don't expect any luxury or commodities and you'll be just fine.

We were 100% satisfied with the hotel and staff. Everyone was so nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

We've stayed at this hotel before, but on the second floor and it seemed in better condition then. Our room was on the main level, which we thought was convenient, however the condition of the room was shabby. Dark spots ( ink or burn holes?) on the carpet, bathroom fan was VERY squeaky and it was pretty crowded with the furniture. Also breakfast was […] crowded and had LOTS of little kids. Guess the word is out on the reasonable price as it's a great deal to feed loads of kids in the morning. Not sure we'd stay there again but I handed in my comments to the front desk person. The coffeemaker in our room quit, the carpet was wet all around the bathroom floor. We later realized it was due to the toilet overflowing, which it did again while we were staying there. The front desk help was very friendly and courteous. I do understand things happen, but maintenance needs to follow up better.

Horrible set up. Only one entrance and one elevator, and one of everything else...and it's all on one side of the hotel. So everytime you want something and you're staying on the other side, you have to walk all the way to the other side just to find an ice machine or an elevator. Very unclean!! Me and my fiance had itchy bumps on our skin after staying […] here! Dirty....dirty, and the staff are like ghosts. Never hardly even say a word to their guests. And if you want there FREE breakfast, spend a few dollars and go to the Mcdonalds. I tried the "biscuits and gravy" at the hotel and it broke my fork!! Hard as a rock. Stay away from here! 더 보기

The value for cost was excellent. I certainly recommend this hotel to others. Free computer, decent breakfast included in cost.

Had guests in town and when they arrived I found out they were allergic to cats - so they could not stay at our house. We all decided to go to a hotel. We reserved this hotel last minute and the price was very affordable. Staff was great. The lady who was there at check in was very helpful. Our room had a fridge and microwave which was good - so […] we could eat some meals at the hotel. Did not check out the Continental breakfast -- so I can't comment on that. For the price and ease of hiway access this location is great weekend Portland area activities.

Although we received an excellent price through Hotels.com, we ended up spending more there due to the DAILY $30 pet charge. We were there 3 nights so changed price dramatically. I travel a lot and most hotels charge a flat rate for the stay but not here. The motel is getting an "old" feeling to it. Beds were very low, flat standard mattress and barely […] acceptable. TV had 12 channels, most of which were unwatchable due to some sort of strange satellite system they are on. The "cooked" portion of the breakfast was inedible - biscuits were rock hard, gravy gross. Rest was cereal, muffins, etc. Great if you are a morning sugar freak. We grabbed bananas and gave up. At 8:30 on Thanksgiving, they had very little left out although breakfast was supposed to run until 10. Buffet Room was tiny and packed so full you could barely move along food line or between tables. Desk clerks were unfriendly and unengaged with guests. They were amazing! My son is an escape artist & they were on it! Safe we were!!

The room smelled a little funny even for a smoking rm, the door way is kind of small, and the floor in front of the door was warped enough you had to pull the door to close it.

No real complaints. It's not top of the line, but for the low budget pricing, it's a good value, clean and well maintained. Good variety of eateries close by.

The best thing about this place is the location - it is right off of the freeway, and has pretty good signage. It is right next to a McDonald's that is open 24 hours - another bonus! The walls are paper thin! I could hear people talking all night long. I travel frequently and have to say this is one of the worse rooms I have ever stayed in.

Overall, a decent stay. Not bad, but not great either. For the price, it was a good deal.

Overall quality of the Days Inn on this vacation, including this location, was not the best. At this hotel, the beds were obviously in need of new mattresses. A bit disappointing overall.

Hotel was ok for a normal night stay, but neighborhood was not great.

just off I -84 in Gresham Oregon, easy access to downtown Portland. Accommodation was very clean, friendly staff.

the surrounding area was quiet for being fairly close to the freeway. the room was fine, the main complaint was that we could hear the neighbors cooling unit and the hallway noise.

The bed was lovely...the place was very clean. The carpet needs to be replaced. The ventilation never cooled the room off at all in spite of running "full blast" for more than a day. The television/system needs to be brought out of the 80s.

We took our Schnauzer Dog and we had a Pet room. It was the cleanest pet room I have ever stayed in. It had no smell and was very very very clean! The staff was very courteous and helpful in all instances. Highly Recommend!

This is a great hotel, Super clean, well thought out room design and 5 pillows on the king-sized bed! Breakfast was good, too.

This is a no frills kind of place but we were there for the sights not to be holed up in our room. Staff was friendly and efficient. I did have to call about a broken shower door which never got fixed over our 2 night stay and both nights we used the swimming pool and the rules do state that an adult be present w/ children under 14 and both nights there […] were kids left unattended. Parents-watch your own kids! and maybe staff should do regular checks and enforce the rule. Overall a decent stay and I would recommend the hotel to others. 더 보기

Hotel was clean and comfortable. However, there were definitely folks smoking in the non smoking rooms which smelled up the entire hall. Friends staying on another floor had to call and complain about noisy neighbors that sounded like they were practicing acrobatics above them. Pool was small and did not appear very clean. I arrived at this Days Inn just before 1am on Saturday, July 30th (7/30/11). My online confirmation showed that my check-in date was 7/30/11. The receptionist informed me that check-in was at 3pm and that my check-in date should have read 7/29/11. There was no vacancy on this particular night so the receptionist ended up having to call other hotels […] (yes, referring me to competitors!) and I had to drive across town to spend the night at a Howard Johnson paying WAY too much for that kind of a hotel experience (and I use the term loosely) before I could go check-in at Days Inn a mere 12 hours later. Days Inn failed miserably to accommodate my immediate needs upon check-in and should have had a room set aside for emergencies and/or reservation mistakes such as this. The Days Inn receptionist did not offer any refreshments or compensation for the extreme inconvenience that I experienced. In addition, hotels.com failed to disclose to customers on its website that the 'check-in date' for a reservation is as of 3pm or a similar time on that date. Had I known that I had to reserve on 7/29/11 (even though I would not have even set foot in Oregon on that date based on my flight arrival time), I would have done so and not had to spend the night at a gruesome Howard Johnson. I may have been a first-time customer to hotels.com, but a reasonable person would need access to this kind of information about check-in time and check-in date as it is not 'implied' or 'I should've known beforehand.' 더 보기

I was competing in an athletic event nearby. The hotel is convenient and comfortable for a night. It was quiet. There are few choices nearby for food - fast food and one restaurant in walking distance, but the room had a fridge, coffee pot and microwave.
