This hotel went beyond our expectations. The cookies and coffee offered to us at the reception was an excellent touch after a long drive. The breakfast was excellent. Good variety of food. Would definitely stay there again.

I would like to commend staff member Mike, he was the best, kind, courteous and very pleasant to talk to , he made you feel like your were home away from home. one of the best places I have ever stayed. indoor pool, gym, free buffet breakfast in the morning. Flat panel tv with all the station plus HBO and Showtime. USA today and local newspaper free. fast check in.

I book for one night but . But everybody in my family agreed to stay another night and we do that..

We had a great stay for my daughters 9 birthday sleepover party! They loved the pool and free breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Clean, cheap and breakfast was great.

Very new hotel. Nice large room. Clean and comfortable. Too bad they can't give you a glass in the room - paper cups are tacky. Good convenient location and an overall good deal

I chose this hotel because of good pricing, as well as its pool. I was delighted and recommend it highly. An excellent value. A complimentary breakfast was an unexpected benefit. All the staff members were pleasant and helpful.

We spent several nights here for a wedding and very much enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, comfortable room. Service was excellent and the breakfast had many options to choose from. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Recently stay was nothing short of fantastic, from the front desk who were extremely friendly, the cleanliness of the room and facility, and the breakfast was really good. I would recommend this to anyone!

I had a nice, clean and comfortable room. The room size was satisfactory. The bed was great and I slept well. So overall wuld definitely recommend this Hampton Inn.

The room was very clean and spacious. Hotel personel were very friendly and helpful. Close to ski area.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner by a very nice young lady. She helped us with not only accommodations, but gave us maps of the local area, suggestions for dinner out. We had the best time. The pool was warm and inviting. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We stayed […] on the non-highway side of the building in a room with 2 queen size beds on the 3rd floor. My only concern was the size of the bathroom - it was a little small, but had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel and if you are looking for a place to eat you should try the British Beer Company - it's close to the hotel and has terrific music on Friday nights at 10pm. 더 보기

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Suites was excellent. Thr room was very spacious and clean. The people who work there were curtious and very helpful. We also enjoyed our breakfast he next morning before leaving. I recommend Hampton Inn Suites to everyone and look forward to staying there again.

Nice clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast.. Quiet location but near the highway. I have no complaints! (The drive to Boston takes 30 minutes, but we knew that it would.)

The only problem I had with this hotel is that when we got to the room the carpet was wet and when I asked them to dry it out they said we have had not had any leaks lately, where is it wet etc. etc. The did not want to take my word for it until I finally got someone up there to see that the carpet was WET

My wife and I are in Acton on a frequent basis and this hotel in Chelmsford is very convenient for us. Very easy to get to and the price is right. Breakfast was great and plenty of it. This is where we plan on staying in the future when we are in the area.

We were visiting Boston while all the schools were having graduation ceremonies. Finding a room near Boston was tough so we took a room at this Hampton Inn and had about a 40 minute ride but it was worth it. Great service, great room, breakfast was busy and still not a problem. Definitely will use them again. Staff was on the ball.

My son and I spent a weekend in Harvard, Ma. at and excellent event named the Appleseed Project. Instead of making a 90 minute trip back and forth for both days, we decided on the Hampton Inn. We were exhausted when we checked in Saturday around 630 PM, and the young lady at the reception area was very pleasant and quickly confirmed our reservations, […] answered a few questions, and in no time we were settled into our room. Two great things about the room besides being spotlessly clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a long time. We both slept great. The second thing was Sunday morning. I really liked the personal coffee brewer. Actually I used it Saturday night to brew myself a cup of Peach tea which was quite satisfying. Sunday I brewed two cups of regular coffee which was good. Then down to the breakfast area. What a choice!! I was disappointed with the western omelete as I prefer to have just cheese. However the lady running the breakfast nook offered to make me scrambled eggs and cheese. I declined because I dont like to make extra work for other people, but it sure was nice to be offered. Like I said the choices were numerous. Fresh fruit, muffins, homemade waffles, cereal, bagels, you name it. Checkout was smooth and easy. One drawback for some might be the Interstate 495 running along the back of the hotel. The noise did not bother me at all, and I really need a quiet room in order to sleep. So the highway was not a problem for me or my son. This place gets an A plus from both of us and we would highly recommend other people check it out. My kids and I stayed here for a night as a little weekend get-away during our limited time together. With the ski resort nearby the hotel ended up quite full both with registered guests and visitor. As a result the indoor pool was packed and my kids couldn't really have fun it was so crowded. So many people used the pool it had to be closed to improve […] water quality on Sunday morning so my kids couldn't swim in the morning like they usually like to do. The complimentary breakfast was packed with people and it was difficult for the staff to keep up with the demand ( although I give them much credit for their efforts). Finally the surrounding businesses and restaurants were also very crowded. Just a natural hazard of staying near a ski area during the winter. My boys and I love this hotel but I probably wouldn't stay there again during ski season. 더 보기

Amazingly this was the best price for a hotel I've ever had. The room was very clean, bed comfortable, bathroom A+ clean and to top that - the hot breakfast in the morning was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and friendly. Front desk recommended a great local restaurant within walking distance and since it was after dark, loaned me a flashlight to ensure my satiety. Departed earlier than the official breakfast time, but the staff made sure I had coffee and a bagel before leaving. Will return ASAP

Only issue was our room overlooked I-495 and we could hear the road noise pretty constantly all through the night. A very nice breakfast was provided.

I have stayed at this hotel several times with my young kids and each and every time the experience has been fantastic. The people working there are extremely friendly and helpful. The woman who checks us in on Saturday afternoon is unbelievably friendly and nice to me and my kids. I wish I had her name to pass along the compliment and appreciation. […] The hotel is clean and very well kept. The rooms are very nice. The indoor pool is very nice. The complimentary breakfast is fresh and very good and contains a wide variety of choices. There are many restaurants and stores etc in the immediate vicinity. Hotel is very well decorated & clean. Complimentary breakfast offered great variety. Swimming pool area was very clean & pool water was nice & warm! All staff were very friendly & helpful.

Once again it is proven that you just can't lose at a Hampton Inn. Comfy beds, friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast, even cookies at check in! It's nice to have a hotel chain that you can make reservations with and have no worries. Thank you!
