the bed was very hard to sleep on. the room smelled damp and smoky for a non smoking room, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom i had to call to ask for some and then had to wait for a third person to get some. the air conditioner did not work properly, there was roaches in the shower.

Pillows are to thin, therefore not very comfortable

the room was great for the price . the only thing wrong was not enough towels and the vanity drain water slow .

I wasn't really expecting to find the kind of value in a hotel as I did with this one. Honestly, we just rented the room so that we can use the pool and have a place to change afterwards. This Hotel was excellent, not that expensive and got a good room, by good i mean clean, a/c that truly cools and quiet. I would stay 10 more times in this hotel.

I booked this hotel just 2 hrs before I checked in. For the price and location it was great. Checkout was noon and the room was spacious. Great hotel!

The rate is high for the service, Iif you Expect a full service, do not attend this hotel, there is no room service, the front desk is unorganized, they do not have all the information abut the reservatios. the breakfast is only served from 7 to 9 so if you want to wake up later dont expect any food, at least you want to serve yourself. My family and I have stayed at this hotel before. We look forward to staying there every time we go visit the Valley. It is a great location and the room is every thing we have come to expect. For the price, you can not go wrong.

Great stay and very convenient for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised in the condition the property and the rooms were for the price of the stay. I will definitely stay there again.

The Valley has grown as has Pharr. This hotel is in a great location with easy access to the expressway. It was clean and the surroundings were very pleasant. I look forward to staying there again. For the price you can not beat it.

cada día había que peidr algo en la recepción, toallas, o papel sanitario, o kleenex.

-Pros: -Cerca de las tiendas para ir de compras -Barato -Habitación amplia -Alberca -Desayuno gratis -Micro y mini refrigerados -Contras: -Dormirmos en el piso de abajo y se escuchaba tooodo lo que hacían los de arriba -Ruido en las tuberías de agua bastante molesto cada 15 min -La puerta del baño muy maltratada no cerraba porque topaba con el excusado -Toallas […] muy viejas y desgastadas a punto de romperse Conclusión: Está pasable, pero definitivamente prefiero pagar 20 dls más por una habitación mejor en otro hotel que fue lo que hice en la tercer noche de mi estancia. Falto mucha atencion en el servicio en general.

la falta de tuallas 2 chiquitas y viejas, papel de bano 1 y el dia siguiente no tenian,ese tipo de cosas son un poco incomoda no puedes estar hablando me trae esto o lo otro.....

Nos hemos hospedado en el hotel en 2 ocaciones, es un buen hotel en relacion con el precio, habitacion muy funcional con micro, refri, estancia. Recomendable

yo solisite una habitacion de no fumar y me diero una q olia a puro cigarro , y habia muchos cucarachos en la habitacion ,en el baño y tambien en la cama me tocaro no estaba limpia o mas bien muy descuidado en esa cuestion les falta fumigar y haser bien la limpiesa

esta cerca del heb plus, el cual queda de salida hacia el puente internacional de´phar

Mal mantenimiento de llaves en lavabos, estuvieron en el estacionamiento afuera de los cuartos grupo de huespedes tomando y con radio a todo volumen durante altas horas de la noche, no dejando dormir y nadie les dijo nada

Todo muy limpio y un excelente servicio, los empleados son muy amables y las habiaciones estan super comodas, ademas puedes disfrutar de la alberca..

No habia fruta incluida en el desayuno y la habitacion no funcionaba el seguro interior

Excelente hotel, habitaciones limpias, baño limpio,trato excelente, la hora de salida esta magnífica al igual que el precio....

EL HOTEL ESTA COMODO, LIMPIO Y A BUEN PRECIO, O RECOMIENDO

Buen Hotel... a secas... nada del otro mundo, por el precio y la localizacion se me hacen una buena opcion para quien va de compras a RGV y no pasa mucho tiempo en el Hotel pero que en la noche necesita de un lugar comodo para descansar... yo en lo personal si repetiria pero no sin antes dar un vistazo a otro apr de opciones
