Very nice hotel to stay in. Staff very attentive and helpful. Authentically decorated in the Moorish style.

when we arrived to fez the temperature was 7 degrees and the hotel room was freezing cold because they had just switched on the heater. the restaurant was closed. we were the only clients. we went out for dinner and when back to the room, it was still cold. the heater was not enough for such big room. we watched the tv wearing our coats. the morning […] after we had to complaint 3 times before we managed to get (nearly) hot water. we had this problem every morning. the second day we asked for a second heater, which was given and it helped. it was not that warm room you expect in a 5 stars hotel. no sauna, no jacuzzi, no turkish bath. only a room with a bed for massage. there is no bar at all. the best arrived the morning of our departure, when they gave us an invoice with tax to be paid. I showed them my receipt clearly stating that everithing was paid tax and fees included, but they kept on asking for the payment, saying that the tax I had paied were booking fees. they left me with no alternative that going to the police. the tourist police told them we where right. just another thing. the hotel sales 3 different kind of rooms. the riad consist of 7 rooms and they are all the same!!!. beautiful riad, but don't go there in winter, buy the cheapest room and don't pay extra tax. the staff were nice and friendly. 더 보기

Super beautiful riad just inside the gate, very convenient location. Friendly staff, multilingual. Worth for one's money. Only issue was hot water access. You have to run the water for full 7 or 8 minute to get hot water. Water pressure was too high. Riad staff could minimize waste.

Difficult to find at the beginning however the location is very convenient. At the beginning of the old town, close to the gate where most restaurant can be found. Take the telephone number of the hotel so that he can explain you what to tell the taxi to get there. Once you arrive, you will be amazed by the beauty of this hidden jewel.

Hotel has amazing decor, customer service is the greatest, the staff could not be friendlier, the breakfast is great, and location is very close to Medina. To get to the hotel easily, call the hotel hotel first.

This is a spectacular riad. Like all riads in Morocco and many restaurants within the Medina, one must navigate to a few narrow streets on foot to get to the hotel. The staff took care of getting our heavy luggage from our car to the riad. Once inside, you enter a completely different world. A large luxurious room with high ceilings. Everywhere in the riad is meticulously clean. We arrived a bit late so we elected to eat our dinner at the riad. Food was good, but not spectacular, however, good value for money. The only complaint that we could make, if forced to is that the TV is not viewable from bed and the only english channel showing movies was in black and white probably due to wrong settings. Beautiful building in a typical Moroccan style. Beautiful tiles and sitting areas in the central courtyard. The service was very attentive and professional - someone met us once we got a taxi from the train station to the old town (10dirhams on the meter in a petit taxi). The breakfast included pancakes, bread, juice and coffee and was adequate. There […] were weddings in adjacent buildings on two of the nights that we stayed which meant there was noise until 11PM, but that didn't seem to be a common occurance.
