This property is at least five years, possibly ten, passed the renovation time. In our room, one chair was broken, the tv remote did not work, carpet was well worn and the king sized bed has a sway in the middle. Staff was pleasant enough. Breakfast was somewhat limited but acceptable.

Probably the worst bed I ever slept on. Mattress sagged in the middle, like sleeping on a hillside.

Gave a lower rating because there was no airconditioning it was 90+) in the hallways, breakfast area and stairwells (we were directed to walk 2 flights to our room). The linens and bed covers had an odor - not sure if it was the cover or the linens themselves - I would guess they were not being washed enough or had not been washed between guests - […] because the coffee maker was dirty and had a used coffee filter and unwashed pot. The hotel was clean and comfortable. My wife did find a small stain on the bed sheets which kept us from giving a 5 for cleanliness. We were also surprised to find out the hotel does not have an elevator. Getting stuff to the second floor was not too bad, but this could be hard on some travelers. Morning breakfast was fine, but options were limited, […] the only hot options were waffles or oat meal. When we checked into the hotel, the television in our room did not work. Since it could not be fixed, we were moved to a new room where the air conditioning did not work. There was inadequate soundproofing as well. Let's just say...our neighbors were enjoying themselves... making their own fireworks.

We met family here as a half way point for Memorial Day weekend and this hotel was GREAT! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the free breakfast was quite good (belgian waffles made the breakfast for me). I would definitely stay here again if we meet in Calhoun!

The management was great! We had issues with our cable & they were very prompt in getting it fixed.

This is what you would expect on a quick overnite on a road trip. The room was very well maintained and the overall condition of the facility was excellent. The staff was very courteous and willing to help when asked. The breakfast was very good. They even has sausage gravy and biscuits which was a treat and my kids loved the belgium waffles. We had never stayed at La Quinta before and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was especially for the price !!! We actually stayed on two separate nights, one going down to Florida and one coming back. It was a GREAT stay and we will DEFINITELY be staying there again !!!

My boyfriend and I needed a good hotel and FAST for an event in Calhoun,GA. We had never been there before so I looked on Hotels.com for some reviews. The La Quinta was recommended on the website for the the event and received good reviews from prior guests. We checked in and only had a small snag with hotels.com showing up as expedia with a different […] confirmation number, but that was the biggest issue. Comfortable beds Roomy shower and a quiet place to relax. The location was 9 mins away from our event and was extremely convenient. 4 thumbs up! 더 보기
