Quality hotels in general have the same basic features, a clean room with a nice view, excellent amenities, on time valet service. But what sets the Loden Hotel apart from the rest was the best customer service ive had by the staff and crew. Bad service at breakfast, very rude waitress, otherwise good hotel.

Excellent location, updated hotel, staff was very good to work with. The only downside was the bed was a bit soft on one side and the pillows were very soft. I asked for a firm pillow but they had none. Outside of that it was well worth the price. Close to the water, shopping, excellent food, Stanley Park and Gastown I would recommend.

This is a gem of a hotel. The location is really convenient. It's within walking distance to most places in downtown that you would want to go to. The rooms are really nice and the bathrooms are beautiful. I used the gym which is top quality for a hotel of its size. Great treadmills, bikes and a rower to go along with a wide array of weights and cable […] machines. I will say though that I stayed at this hotel previously over a year ago and you used to get an a la carte menu for breakfast and the food was nice. This time the breakfast was a really small buffet with no a la carte options. I dont like to be harsh, but the buffet is crap and expensive. Save your money and find a local breakfast joint - seriously it's not worth the money. 더 보기

My husband and I spend 3 nights at the Loden in Vancouver and everything rated a 5! It is a beautiful hotel, floor to ceiling windows, great decor, loved the architecture of the room. The bath has beautiful marble and lighting. Bed was heavenly! Youthful but professional staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Tableu restaurant is very good and a better value than some upscale hotels like Georgia and Fairmont Vancouver. Quiet rooms.

I use to work in this area so i knew exactly where it was located in beautifull coal harbour. Walking distance to stanley park canada place and robson.... You can get just about anywhere in a 15-20 minute walk.

The hotel itself is great, but the hotel insisted on charging us for the room even though it was already paid for through hotels.com. This is the second apyment issue I have had with this hotel. I cannot recommend anyone stay here.

great location with great staff... the room was lovely with a very well thought out plan and great features... only complaint...bathroom sink with its modern look causes lots of splashing and splattering:)

The Loden is a wonderful boutique hotel with all the amenities. The small dining room and bar has wonderful food, a fabulous waitstaff and great ambiance. The workout facility is topnotch. Loved this Hotel! My room was beautiful; well appointed and comfortable. Very hip, all the best amenities, great bed, wonderful sheets and large down pillows, desk, corner banquet sofa, flat screen TV, and a sliding bathroom wall that allows you to shower and look out at the view, very cool! The hotel was great, very modern and clean. The staff were very professional, and quite young, fitting with the up-and-coming nature of the hotel. The location was nice, only a block or two from the main shopping area and about 2 blocks from the water. It was very easy to get around, and they had a taxi service avaialble as well. We stayed here for one night. The hotel is brand new, is extremely upgraded from other hotels and the staff is excellent. We will stay here again the next time we are in Vancouver.

We only stayed one night but we were very impressed by this hotel. It's everything that was shown in the pictures and more. They took the time to show us all the features of the room (even how to use the heater/air conditioner) too. We had dinner in the restaurant and although service was a bit slow, the food was well worth the wait. You need to try […] the artichoke crab dip since it's delicious! They even offered to take us at no charge to our cruise ship the next morning in their own Londen cab that they have. That was the icing on the cake and we will definately be back! 더 보기

Everything said about this hotel was true, outstanding service, upscale room design, location, great value... it's all true. A ride in the Loden Taxi is a must. (Any Midwesterners looking for a great breakfast, try Joe's Grill on Denman St. Excellent.)

Elegant, beyond clean and comfortable. Rooms are well appointed, with lots of mirrors, high ceilings and huge windows. Add friendly and helpful staff, a great restaurant and excellent location and you have a place that you hate to leave.

This is an exceptional boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Room was spacious and luxurious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Willing to do whatever we needed to make our stay an outstanding one. Hotel has two complimentary cruiser bikes for guest check out and use. This was a great way to tour the city.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were small but still roomy, the bed was fabulously comfy, and the sliding wall to let natural light into the bathroom was a definite plus. Nice big bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub, separate toilet closet definitely appreciated. The hotel staff was beyond friendly and helpful, we would go back again in a […] heartbeat. The only cons are no ice machines (you have to call to have ice brought up), no coffee maker in room, and breakfast at the restaurant although good is expensive. However, they have coffee in the lobby in the mornings, and there are at least 5 breakfast/coffee shop type places within a block for less expensive breakfast. The hotel itself is not cheap, but we took advantage of the 35% off summer sale. We'd be glad to go back even at full price though, we really enjoyed our experience. 더 보기

This was a great spot to stay in Vancouver. The staff was wonderful and even provided us with two bikes to ride around Stanley Park. It is in a good location, only a few blocks from some great shopping and food.

This boutique hotel is an absolute joy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with luxurious bedding and large flat screen TV. Large bathroom with top quality fittings. Hi Speed internet access at extra cost. Having arrived on a Sunday evening the restaurant was not open but plenty of good restaurants within 5 minute walk of the hotel.
