The beds where not so good, but the position of the hotel is quite good to go downtown using the underground, so you can forget the car in front the hotel and just walk around.

When we reached the reception, staff was unwelcoming and could not understand English. The apartment had broken bed and sofa. No microwave in the room, contrary to what is written on the net. Residential large rooms with big kitchen. Hotel is hard to find, even for the taxi drivers. Fifteen minutes walk to the subway. Train is a better way to get there from the airport.

When we arived for our stay and got to the reception during check in i asked the receptionist if she spoke english? she replied that if we come to a country we should speak the language but she did speak english. we found this particualy rude as we were both australian and therefor did not have any contact with spanish speaking people at all unless […] we went to a course to learn the language. i belive that people from the united states and the UK have allot more exposure to spanish language then australians therefor in this instance i can understand and agree with the receptionest if we were this nationality. when i tried to explain to explain that through our geographical upbringing our exposure was limited and we speak languages such as Japanise,Thai ect the receptionest continued to be agrumentive. overall due to this poor introduction to the hotel it left a sour taste in our mouths for the remainder of the stay. to add to this the bed was shocking and the door to the bathroom got stuck half way through opening and closing. i would not recomend this estabishment to anyone who see's the value of strong hospitality and service. 더 보기

it is really nice hotel, have big rooms, but the location is soo far and there is no internet wirless in you room, which is wired

I spent two nights in the hotel as my flight was ahead of the friends I was meeting up with. I was disapointed when I arrived at the airport that the hotels name and phone number was not listed amongst the other hotels who provided shuttle service to their hotels. After waiting an hour I ended up having to pay a taxi to get to my hotel. The hotel was beautiful, the kitchen suits-balcany was nice. Jet lagged in the morning however and wanting to sleep i had 2 maids knock and enter my room each morning waking me up. The Oasis Madrid Albufera is a great apartment / hotel. It takes 35 mins to get to the centre of Madrid (12 min walk to the metro) You can hire some cutlery/delph / pots/pans etc. for 20 euro deposit. Don't forget to bring a few dishwasher tablets/or small quantity of washing up liquid! I enjoyed everything about the hotel excepting it's internet service. I was assuming it'd be free and accessible from my room. Neither were true. You have to pay 1euro for every 15min. of internet and the only place the internet reaches is the hotel lobby. Very inconvenient.

Después de solo leer comentarios negativos sobre el hotel,la verdad que llegue con bastante miedo,hablaban mucho de la limpieza y las condiciones,a mi parecer el hotel estaba bastante bien,mi habitacion estaba muy limpia y ademas era muy tranquila,lo unico por lo que podria quejarme seria porque en el moimento de ducharnos no teniamos agua caliente […] y tampoco habia cubiertos ni nada para cocinar,todo debias llevarlo de casa,por lo demas...no encuentro ninguna queja mas. 더 보기

En hotels.com me dieron la opción de reservar el tipo de cama, y sin emabrago una vez llegué allí me la dieron con 2 camas, cuando ya había pagado una de matrimonio, y no me la quisieron cambiar (y el hotel no estaba lleno). La primera vez que fuimos al hotel (hace aproximadamente un año y medio), nos pusieron en una habitación muy bien limpia, con el mobiliario en muy buen estado y sin olores a tabaco. primero, reserve otro tipo de habitacion y me dieron un estudio normal, cuando la oferta era una habitacion superior a precio de un estudio. segundo, hasta el tapon de la bañera hay que pedirlo en recepcion, ufff. La recepción está desangelada, no había ni puertas y entraba un frío tremendo por todos los lados. Los acabados son lamentables, las paredes están sin pintar y muchas cosas sin acabar. En nuestro baño había falso techo y cuando abrías la puerta de entrada a la habitación se levantaba solo y empezaban a caer trozos de cosas del techo y porquería a la […] bañera. Passei quatro dias neste hotel e só trocaram a roupa de cama e as toalhas um vez. Achei o hotel muito sujo. As plantas mortas, parecia abandonado ou falindo. As piscinas estavam vazias e com muito lixo dentro. Fica muito longe do centro, onde tem as atrações turísticas. O Hotel é muito bom!! O ruim é a sua localização muito afastado do centro, apesar do metro que fica a uns 2 Km.

Hotel ist ok.die Rezeption hat wenig Plan und wirkt leicht zerstreut bzw. Lassen Leute zu lange stehen waehrend sie Privatgespräche führen. der Pförtner war das allerletzte.kein Kommentar,währe unter der Gürtellinie.

je recommande cet hôtel...pour le prix intéressant...!!!appartement de qualité avec jacuzzi/ baignoire..confort d l'appart impeccable..seuls point négatifs: le métro un peu loin 20mn à pied et 1 piscine ouverte seulement au lieu de 3 dan sle descriptif...mais bon compromis un super marché à coté.pratique...

Lamento comentar que este hotel deja mucho que desear en cuanto al trato recibido por las recepcionistas. No veo de recibo que un apartamento te lo entreguen sin menaje de cocina y para obtenerlo necesites abonar una fianza . Si quieres que te lo limpien a diario debes pagarlo aparte. Los pasillos de la escalera no les funcionaba la luz, 3 piscinas […] y 2 de ellas sin funcionar y llenas de agua verde loque es muy "bonito" a la vista del cliente y pequeñas las 3. La vitro daba calambre al fregarla y la campana hacia saltar la luz. Los alrededores no tienen nada donde pasar el rato, ni bares ni restaurantes, solo un centro comercial al que accedes 15 minutos andando. Para llegar allí dependes del coche, para el que viaje en tren... aaaaaaaahhhhhhh te buscas la vida. En definitiva, lo unico atractivo es el precio barato pero que luego te gastas lo que te ahorras en taxi o gasolina, no merece la pena, no lo recomiendo. 더 보기

Hotellet er fint, hvis man bare regner med at sove der. Fitnessrummet er ikke noget at råbe hurra for. 1step maskine der virkede og 1løbebånd + step maskine der ikke virkede! Køkkenet er pænt og nyt, men uden udstyr overhovedet. Man kan dog leje dette med et depositum på 20euro - hvis altså det ikke er udsolgt, hvilket det i vores tilfælde var. 3pooler, […] hvor den ene var åben... Et kvaters gågang til metro og tyve minutters metro til bymidte. Indkøbscenter lige i nærheden. Personalet svarede på vores spørgsmål, men så heller ikke mere. Een appartement met de service van een hotel, verschillende supermarkten en bushaltes binnen 5 minuten lopen en de metro op 1 km, en toch een groen leeg uitzicht van de van alle gemakken voorziene kamer! met goede keuken en grote badkamer. Het enigste dat jammer was, is dat de zwembaden of leeg waren of gevuld met groen/bruin water en lege flessen. […] Ook de fitnes ruimte bestond uit slechts 4 apparaten. Lidt mere end middel, men mangler basalt køkkengrej i det ellers godt udstyrede køkken. Husk derfor proptrækker, kopper, vinglas, opvaskemiddel, kaffetragt, termokande, eller brug instantkaffe. Hvis der skal laves mad hvor der skal bruges køkkenkniv/grydeskeer/kartoffelskræller skal dette medtages.

Lejos del centro, aunque con estación y metro a unos 15 min a pie. Malas condiciones de mantenimiento: bañera hidromasaje que no funcionaba y sin tapón! La antena de televisión estaba rota (nos la cambiaron) Menaje de cocina sucio!!!

muy bueno,no centrico pero la calidad y precio compensa la distancia ,nosotros preferimos sacrificar 10" de metro pero en un muy buen lugar,como este,volveremos hugo y estela argentina

Em comparação com outros hotéis de Madrid, o Be Smart é muito barato, e isso compensa muito alguns problemas. As recepcionistas foram bastante atenciosas e simpáticas, os banheiros dos quartos são limpos e novos, mas o hotel no geral precisa de alguma limpeza (elevadores e paredes sujas), o ar condicionado de dois quartos não funcionava (apenas o ar […] frio, que foi um problema no inverno) e por estar numa região bastante isolada a única cafeteria existente para se comer algo e que pertence ao hotel é péssima, com uma comida ruim, cara, mal feita e com um atendimento quase agressivo. Apesar de isolado, o hotel fica relativamente próximo do metro, com uma caminhada de 15 minutos, o que permite ir com malas leves sem problema. Surgiram algumas complicacoes com o primeiro quarto mas depois foi resolvido, mal insonorizado em relacao aos outros quartos, limpeza do quarto deixa pouco a desejar

Rapport qualité /prix très correct Le principal problème est le bruit de la rue (fenêtre ouverte ou fermée c'est pareil), et entre le chambres (surtout quand des cars de teenagers débarquent tous les jours) Sinon c'est moderne, très propre, très accueillant et à 10 min à pied du métro 1

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville ou pour faire halte voyage. Les piscines sont mal gérées malgré un personnel sur place. Personne ne se douche avant l'entrée dans le bain. Hôtel difficile à trouver, en périphérie (10 km du centre) dans un quartier vide, presque fantômatique. Très grand, personnel parfois peu aimable. Les piscines sont ridicules, au milieu des parkings et du béton, pas un brin d'herbe et leur entretien laisse à désirer. Buffet petit déj très cher et très mauvais. Venligt personale med humor og charme i god spansk siesta stil. Tingene blev ordnet i eget tempo. Vi bestilte dog en ekstra barneseng som vi aldrig fik. Det gik alligevel.

the hotel was fine!! but the airport shuttel only drives 3 hrs in the morning and 2 at night and it takes more than an hr. to get there by metro!!!!

Curioso mi aspettavo la solita camera d'albergo invece mi sono ritrovata con un mini appartamento..un pò lontano dal centro..ma la metro si trova a cica 20-25 min dall'albergo..unica peca il parcheggio a pagamento.
