This hotel is well-managed, has fiendly staff and the room was very quiet. The location is exellent, near the sights of Rome.

Great value for money and great location

The personnel is super nice and the hotel clean, but it's more a kind of B&B than hotel. If you have a room close to the reception, be prepared to deal with the noise of the lobby and the kitchen. Our room was a stuffy dungeon unless you wanted to hear the bar below or street work. It was not well-appointed; bathroom the size of a postage stamp. Bed was okay though.

The building is not well marked but we were prepared with the address and the driver got us there no problem. The front desk staff was very helpful and personable throughout the visit helping arrange transport to the airport on our way home. We didn't speak Italian and their English was appreciated. The continental breakfast was nice and the woman […] cleaning tables and making coffee and cappuccinos was very accommodating and always had a smile when asking if she could get you anything. Really nice little hotel, really centrally located. Walking distace to the Spanish steps and Fontana di trevi. Really good help from the clerks regarting directions maps and sightseeing.

Great value for location. 5 min from spanish steps. Very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and good english.

Excellent hotel for excellent value! We were very pleased with the location, the cleanliness, the service and knowledge of the front desk staff and quality of the breakfast that was included.

We found Hotel Garda online after our travel agent screwed up and put us in an awful hotel far from town and in a shady neighborhood. From the moment we checked in we knew our luck had turned, the staff was very welcoming and helpful (even let us check in early). The rooms were very clean and nice (more than 2 ppl might be a stretch in the ones we were […] in, although good size by European standards), the hotel was cheaper than most we found online in the area and the location was perfect. We could walk to many of the sights, the metro/buses and the neighborhood was safe. Phillip at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a great rundown of the different parts of town, sights to see, etc. Would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome. 더 보기

Clean rooms, average bed. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but you can always head across the street to a superior cafe. The area is quite quiet, and a very reasonable distance to popular attractions. A good budget option that doesn't offer much else than friendly staff, and a good place to sleep.

The price was very reasonable compared to many hotels around. Everybody was super friendly, from the concierges to the cleaning lady to the lady in charge of breakfast. They were very flexible on our departure time. They included free breakfast with excellent espresso, and they let us bring it to our room. The room and bathroom were very clean and […] elegant, yet functional. Though the hotel was on the 4th floor they had an elevator. It takes about one minute walk to arrive in Via Veneto. This is a great hotel. The rooms are very clean with modern interiors. The breakfast is great. Most importantly, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. Luigi at the front desk gave us great dinner reservations and helped us in finding the next train to our next destination. He also gave us a good orientation to the city. Great room for the money. However, the hotel may not be easy to find. Thus, try to be there during the day time for the first trip.

Auch wenn das Preisniveau für zentrale Hotels in Rom offenbar sehr hoch ist, kann man meiner Meinung nach mehr für sein Geld verlangen. Hierzu folgende Punkte - Zimmer sehr hellhörig (nur mit Oropacks konnten wir ausschlafen) - Matratzen durchgelegen und weich - Dusche undicht und für Leute über 1,75m nur gebückt zu benutzen da der Schlauch zu kurz […] und auch keine Wandhalterung vorhanden - Personal teilweise unfreundlich (mache waren aber auch nett) - Frühstücksraum sehr eng und zu klein für alle Hotelgäste (teilweise mußte man auf freien Tisch warten). Außer dem Kaffee war das Frühstück auch sehr spartanisch (ist aber angeblich so üblich in Italien) Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber vom Design schick und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Direkt um die Ecke fährt die Bus-Linie 116, die einen kreuz und quer durch die Innenstadt fährt. Noch praktischer wäre aber vermutlich ein Hotel etwas weiter südlich also direkt in der Innenstadt gewesen. 더 보기

Hotel Garda oli ihan hyvä kokemus Roomassa. Huone oli siisti ja vastaanoton henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Hotellin vastaanotto sijaitsee neljännessä kerroksessa: jos en olisi lukenut näitä arvioita etukäteen niin en olisi löytänyt sinne niin helposti. Hotellilta oli lyhyt matka moniin nähtävyyksiin. De uma manira geral o hotel está em boas condições e até confortável. A ducha é um pouco apertada. O atendimento, normalmente, transparece que está com pressa de atendê-lo e se "ver livre" do atendimento. Impacientes para dar informações.

Fine værelser og fællesområder. Dog var væggene noget tynde så man kunne høre alt hvad der foregik i værelset ved siden af. Badeværelset var lidt mærkeligt indrettet - der var badekar med bruser, men intet badeforhæng og ingen holder til bruseren... Måske sidder de ned og bader i Italien. Generelt var der rent og pænt. Good location. fotos look nice but the actual rooms are poor and should be cleaner. Reception pressure us to book a taxi to the airport for more 15 euros than the amount defined and published in every taxi.

Rent og pent. Bra strøk, men litt langt opp i en ås, så ikke fullt så sentralt som det så ut på kartet.

The hotel is to a nice and quiet place next to Via Venetto. There is a convenient bus in 1 min from the hotel and some other shops for the everyday good and espressos. The staff was REALLY helpful and they know their job and how to help the customers. Room was nice, in a moderate condition. The only thing that it was poor it is the breakfast.
