Very good standard and very helpful and nice personal. The SPA was fantastic and open until 01.00 is amazing. The prizes in bar/restaurang is overprized but beside that I was very satisfied and certainly come back.

Everything is great with this hotel: clean well-sized room, good food. Spa is awesome and it is all day free for guests. Hotel is located in walking distance to many historical places. When I go again to St. Petersburg I will stay here.

Very nice hotel within walking distance from the Hermitage. Only minuses were very expesive breakfast and problem in TV-systems which claimed movies to have been watched even if the TV was closed all the time.

Location is not a peaceful park-like setting as anticipated from the description. Since the location is not central, there was no positive trade off for the remote location. Service was mixed, sometimes negative and sometimes OK but never 5 star. Pool and spa area can only be used free of chrage from 7-10am. Potentially a good hotel, let down by a) no room airconditioning, quite unbearable in the summer heatwave; b) offhand or surly staff - a smile would be nice; c) need to check the final bill carefully - I was billed for breakfasts I had not taken. I was staying at the Grand Hotel Europe for an action packed few days with a group. I decided to stay on for a few more days and the rate at the Sokos was much better so I moved. After the grandeur of the Grand Hotel I was pleasantly surprised with the fashionable modern spaces at Sokos! The cafe area with its indoor was lovely for an afternoon coffee […] and the paper or evening drink. The rooms were very attractively decorated and comfortable. The jewel of this hotel is the pool, sauna and spa area which is not to me missed! What a restful break from a very hectic week of sight seeing. 더 보기

I am a non smoker, I had lots of problems with my asthma even at the lobby of the hotel. They did not put me a cover sheet instead they used a comferter. I asked for it 3 days in a row. They did not put shampoo in my bathroom for 2 days washed my hair with soap. The english of hte personnel was pitiful VERY UNHAPPY. I was already unhappy with the bad […] mood of rude manners of most of the Russians I encounter I was expecting better service from this hotel. Very nice hotel, but a few problems. Location is close enough to Hermitage and other wonderful sites in an amazing city. Problem is that the hotel is on a island that has 3 draw briges which are open for multple hours every night. If you go out past 1am, you need to know precisey when the bridges are open. After 2 and you my be stuck until 5am. Hotel […] did not find this information important enough to tell me and others. Concierge who told me all about the great nightlife, laughed at me when told herI got stuck from 3 to 5am at the bridge. She said that the bridges are famous and everyone nows about them. Front desk manager said the same thing. General Manager was more thoughtful especially when I told him that the same thing happened on my second night becasue the hotel told me the wrong time, after I knew to ask. He did not however do the right thng and refund a night, since I only real slept there 1 night on a combined basis. Also. location requires a taxi generally to get to good restaurants and unless you are an excellent negotiator, plan on paying $15 each time. Nice enough place for tour groups, but not ideal if you plan to enjoy the nightlife of this great European City Rooms are small but nice. Spa/Pool/Gym is free only till 10am. 더 보기

All very good only gripe is the location which is a bit far from everything - meaning you have to get taxi's or the metro if you don't want a 2km walk.

Erittäin hyvätasoinen ja siisti hotelli. Asiallinen huone hyvällä sängyllä varustettuna. Lisäksi kylpylä- ja muut palvelut erinomaisia.

Great location and intgerior design. A very positive surprise. Great value for the money. only negative surprise was price of breakfast: EUR 30. That is a rip off. Will only use this hotel for future trips to Petersburg

Super hotel je le recommande, luxieux, branché, classe et très propre. Malheureusement, il faut quand même énormement marché voir 30 mn pour accéder aux principaux sites car Saint petersbourg et une ville immense.

Accueil DEPLORABLE! Pas de clim en etat de marche dans une certaine partie de l'hotel dont notre chambre (40° dehors et 35° dans la chambre!!). Lorsque nous nous sommes plaints aucune solution, ni aucun changement ne nous a été proposés, à part une chambre similaire sans clim alors que l'hotel possède 7 étages et n'etait pas complet. A AUCUN moment […] le personnel ne s'est excusé. Il nous a simplement ignoré et lorsque nous avons demandé à voir le manager, nous avons attendu 1 heure, sans jamais qu'il ne vienne... Nous avons donc quitté l'hotel. Conclusion: Je ne recommanderai cet hotel à personne, car pour un 5 etoiles il n'a meme pas le service d'un 2 étoiles... 더 보기

Hotel confortable et agréable Pas très loin du centre ville et des sites touristiques Nous en sommes satisfait.

Albergo molto bello, curato e in posizione abbastanza strategica. Interessante rapporto qualità prezzo a condizione di non fare colazione. La colazione viene fatturata a parte a prezzi esorbitanti. Interessante il fatto di poter usufruire della Spa (molto bella) gratuitamente fino alle 10.00 di mattina.

I had a very pleasant stay in the Sokos Palace Bridge Hotel. The only negative aspect that I can mention is that it is allowed to smoke in the public areas in the hotel (as in almost all other hotels in Russia).
