this is a std la quinta hotel, no better no worse. if you like them, you will enjoy this one also.

I stayed on the second floor. The beds/pillows were comfortable. We had a fridge, A/C unit, LCD tv, and microwave. No disturbances throughout the night. The staff is polite. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located by medical centers right off Loop 410. There were several restaurants close by. The complimentary breakfast wasn't vast but it satisfied my family's needs and was attended the entire time by hotel staff. The beds were very hard. We did not sleep very well I wish the hotel would provide eggcrates or padding if requested. The hotel […] was very quiet and clean. If we go to San Antonio again we will stay closer to Sea World since it was a 45 minute drive with traffic. There was construction on the Loop that made getting back to the hotel a pain. i brought my grandaughters over to the indoor pool which was very hot inside the pool area so we noticed a window was open to the outside on the lower level. this pool was open ot anyone who wanted to enter through a window and then where ever the felt free to go. the rooms were very clean however, i saw several long black hairs in the bathroom probably […] from the cleaning crew which I understand but no one likes to see someone elses hair in their bathroom....maybe some hair nets could help in this situation. overall everything was good. The price was just right but,now I know why. The breakfast wasn't that great,milk was spoiled by the time we got there(30min.after it opened.) Our room smelt like mildew,some of the towels were stained and there were several broken/moldy fixtures.

We spent this summer 4 days at this hotel. My family enjoyed the breakfast. My kids enjoyed a lot the 24 h swimming pool and the safe place the hotel offers. Th hotel is about 20 mins from Sea World San Antonio and is close to attractions in downtown San Antonio. First this hotel wasn't on Stone Oak as maps depicted by LaQuinta website. Secondly the hotel is showing it's age. The price is high for what the hotel appears as and that is at best a 2 star facility. Sheets were clean, but drains were slow, carpeting worn, smoking smell throughout the room marked no-smoking and in the hallway as well. Not recent smoke, […] but dirty old smoke. Checkout staff at desk seemed very short and abrupt, not even aware of the fact my room had already been purchased through Hotel.com. Just wouldn't recommend to anyone. I would try another companies hotel, now that I have been there. Last resort, and you need a room, well the sheets were clean. 더 보기

When we arrived to our room, we noticed a stain on the sheet and the bed was already turned down. We called the front desk and told them. We were told that the maids had already left and we would have to change the sheets ourselves. They didn't even offer us another room, we had to ask for one. I would not reccomend this hotel.
