The restaurant has the best Filet I have ever enjoyed. The service in the hotel and restaurant was truly 4 star.

At first I was very excited with my reservation through an online co. for Renaissance Seaport. Easy enough, great deal and just where we wanted to be. I called the hotel for express check-in - they had no reservation under either room we booked and we were back and forth with the hotel and reservations for 45 mins and eventually the hotel found the […] reservation somehow. TWO front desk staff unfortunately gave us the wrong directions to where we were headed (walking in a blizzard) but all in all the hotel itself was great. 더 보기

Fabulous view of the Waterfront AND the city-Amazing staff, super comfortable bed, great lobby and bar!! Very short walk to the financial district and south Station. We SO enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay at The Renaissance Waterfront Hotel in Boston was fabulous.The staff could not do enough for to make our stay as pleasant as possible.The only fault we could find with our stay was that the hotel was situated a little way out from the centre of Boston,but a short taxi ride and we were there.We (8 Irish women)would definitely stay there if ever […] we returned to Boston. 더 보기

My friends stayed at the Marriott Long Wharf this past weekend while I stayed at the Renaissance. The MLW is in the "middle of the action" at the waterfront, but the Renaissance is only a mile walk and, I feel, a nicer property. I paid about half the rate at the Renaissance that my friends paid at the Long Wharf. My room was actually a little nicer, […] too. We stayed here overnight as we were seeing a show at the Bank of America Pavilion next door. Really clean and beautiful (if large) hotel - and super convenient. There are a lot of nice-ish restaurants within walking distance, and so easy to get on the Silver Line. Definitely recommend.

Overall pleased with hotel- nice rooms, clean, comfortable bed. Decor not my taste (the least of my concerns). Hotel has valet parking only (>40/day) & took a bit long to get car when others looking to do same. Public parking nearby but still expensive considering the walk.

It's a beautiful, modern and comfortable hotel located in an interesting neighborhood on the waterfront in South Boston. My only minor complaint was that we were on the 8th floor close to the elevator and early in the morning it sounded like there was a gym directly over us with audible noise. THe hotel was everything we could have asked for and more - except location. That said, what we paid made it totally worth it and then some. The hotel is technically in South Boston, but in a nice area with great airport access. It is far from the touristy stuff which was a bit of a pain, BUT it is right across the street from the Silver Line of the […] T. The Silver Line is very cool - it's a bus, but it functions like the subway (even goes underground). It connects to the red line at South Station, so it's very convenient. Plus it's only 2 stops from the airport (you can't beat that for $2). Condition and comfort of room was excellent. Front desk was a huge help with suggestions on restaurants and attractions. This area of the waterfront is getting more developed, not as built up as area by aquarium, but still very nice and short walk to North Market (15 min). Must do's are tour of Fenway and visit the skywalk on top of the Prudential center. […] Both were suggested by hotel concierge and well worth it. The only problem we encountered was the extremely loud music in the lobby of the hotel on Friday night. We had a 3 am wake up call Saturday morning, so was a bit perturbed by this.

This wonderful hotel is just one block from the subway and is surrounded by great restaurants and bars. It was an easy walk (or quick subway ride) to all the tourist destinations.

This hotel was wonderful. I stayed with my family, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was within walking distance of Quincy Market, the aquarium, the children's museum and many other areas of Boston.

Not worth the price. The room is okay but the bathroom smells of mildew. Parking is way expensive.

The hotel was very clean, our bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was pretty impressive and our accommodations were quite nice. The cleaning and reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, however room service and the Navigator (Concierge) were not the most helpful, however never rude. If you're using Bay State Cruise Company to take […] the ferry over to Provincetown, this hotel is extremely convenient and the dock is only a 5 minute walk. Not the best location for a vacation with kids, but great hotel and good customer service.

Hotel was immaculate...rooms very nice ....all was good except we found that upon arrival the valet were not very helpful or welcoming...we had to bring our own bags to our room

normal week day rack rates prohibitive, but good bargains if staying during the weekend. Good service, great facilities (25 m pool, well equipped gym, room service fine) and helpful staff. Good location - close to Logan Airport with public transport, and easy to get downtown with the transit bus/subway

we had an awesome experience at this hotel, the staff was more than friendly, everything was excelent!!

Gina at the front desk got us a room with a great view and was very helpful. convenient to everything. Great stay!!

This hotel was a great find! Only downside was that we had to wait until almost 5 to check in as the room wasn't ready. Fortunately the hotel bar was open and very nice. This hotel is right next to a T station so very easy to get downtown. Great rooms, very clean. Staff was very nice as well

Hotel was fine, reception service was slow. Handy to everything. No info about the hotel in your room, eg dining room and hours opened. Drinks menu did not have prices for some spirits only top shelf. More info on surrounding area would have been appreciated.

Beautiful Hotel in a great area, but for the money you pay for the rooms they should give you free internet access. Even the two star hotels offer free internet access. And the restaurant was too pricey for the portions. Great for a couple but not for a blue collar family with children.

We were traveling with another couple after a wedding in Rhode Island. The hotel was so nice. All the staff was very pleasant. The Navigator (concierge) helped us get reservations in the North End for dinner on a Sat. of 4th of July weekend. We walked (1.5 mi.) to dinner and to Fanuel Hall the next day. Breakfast was very good in the restaurant. The […] rooms and lobby decor were a pleasant nautical theme. Everything looked so new even thought they have been open for 3 years. The pool area was crowded with kids but we found a restful area on the deck. Too bad something can't be done to tone down the sound of the roof top units next store. 더 보기

Great hotel, very clean, lots of good restaurants nearby, close to public transit. Felt very safe, well parolled by police. Most comfiest beds I've slept in, in a comparable hotel. Would definately recommend. Staff very friendly. Karen, Lesley and Debbie of Toronto

I am very upset over my past stay at this hotel. EVERYTHING was great- however, when you book a room and the check in time is 4pm, you expect it to be ready at 4pm. I am very upset that the second room we reserved was not ready until at LEAST 5:15, This created a problem because we had 6 people getting ready in one tiny room to go to an event at 6pm […] 30 minutes away. 더 보기

We liked the location-easy access to both the airport, subway and to the city sights but not in midst of the city. Many quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The staff was very attentive, the room was clean and the hotel was quiet (something that seems rare these days). We will be back on our next trip to Boston.

Stylish, fun, elegant. Delicious food, great staff, nice to be on the water.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, outside of main city but still very convenient. Comfortable beds, neat and clean throughout the hotel...I would stay here again.
