The Hotel looks impressive but we arrived late afternoon and there was no hot water, after a 7 hour drive we really needed a shower and all the staff would say was it should be hot later. we went to bed at 10pm and water only luke warm. The hotel is very convenient to the airport if you have a car. If not a shuttle is available (check to see if they charge). The only downside is the resturant does not have very many choices and there are no other restaurants within walking distance.

We were really happy at the hotel, traveling with kids and dog is always difficult but Novotel at Girona is really very friendly, clean, staff extremely helpful, patient despite my pitiful Spanish (all of them speak English over there) nice swimming pool, place to walk our dog (charming lady at the reception gave us even a toy and treat for our golden […] retriever!) Friendly staff, and the courtesy bus to/from the airport is very handy. Gorgeously comfy room and delicious food. Unfortunately, with a captive audience (not many alternatives), the food is VERY expensive by Spanish standards. Eat sparingly... or at the airport....

Les installations sont très agréables, le bâtiment est bien insonorisé et les lits sont confortables mais : -Les prix sont un peu élevés par rapport à la situation de l'hôtel -Le personnel d'accueil n'est franchement pas des plus aimables -Une chambre soit disant pour 3 personnes ne fait pas un mètre carré de plus qu'une chambre simple et l'une des […] 3 personnes doit dormir sur le canapé-lit -Nous avons également eu l'agréable surprise de trouver une chauve-souris volant dans notre chambre en y arrivant, bien que le personnel de l'hôtel ne puisse évidemment pas être tenu responsable de cet incident, sa réaction face à cet incident fut des plus déplorables et aucun geste n'a été fait de la part du personnel ou de la direction qui n'a pas même semblé réaliser le désagrément occasionné par la découverte d'un tel animal lors de notre arrivée dans l'hôtel à 2 heures du matin et épuisés. 더 보기

j'ai apprécié la qualité du service hotelier et du personnel du restaurant. la nourriture est très bonne. hôtel avec de bonnes prestations. calme appréciable seul bémol : l'hôtel se trouve au milieu des champs et l'engrais de fumure sent mauvais surtout lorsqu'on déjeune dehors.

The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was good. The room was good, but the toilet being in a separate room from the sink was a little irritating. The lawn around the swimmingpool was muddy. We arrived late at the airport and had to take a taxi because the shuttle bus wasn't available at that time, and the hotel reimbursed the money.

Greit hotell til en rimelig penge, nær flyplassen i Girona. Det eneste minuset var masse fluer (de kunne ha montert noe som tiltrakk seg fluene), noe som var irriterende når vi skulle spise m.m. Videre var det noen få maur på rommet, ellers helt greit. Fint med basseng og gratis shuttlebuss til flyplassen.

Fint hotell, deilig med svømmebasseng på en varm sommerdag. Praktisk beliggenhet når man skal med tidlig fly fra Girona. Gratis shuttlebil til og fra flyplassen. Hyggelig betjening. Eneste negative var restauranten på hotellet (eneste alternativ i nærheten), med treg servering, rot i bestillingene opptil flere ganger osv.

Men husk å bestille transport til flyplassen allerede når du booker hotellet. "Hotelbussen" har kun seks seter. Vi opplevde at det var fullt på de tidspunktene vi trengte den.
