크라운 리젠시 호텔 앤드 타워스 (Crown Regency Hotel and Towers) - 세부

11시 조금 넘어 도착했었는데 일찍 체크인 해주었구요..12시 다 되서 체크아웃하고 짐맡기고 가방도9시에 짐을 찾았어요..친절하게 잘 대해주었던 호텔

객실은 괜찮은 편이나 부대 시설은 별로 좋지는 않음. 수영장은 작은 편, 부페식당은 혼잡함. 로비가 좁고 사람들이 항상 복잡하게 많음. 객실은 훌륭한 편임.

시티에 있어서 모든교통이 편리합니다. 호텔에서 나와서 오른쪽으로 가면 로빈손몰이 있어서 택시를 타지않고도 장을 볼수있고 거기서 조금만 더 걸어가면 로컬마사지샵도 있어서 저렴하게 언제든지 원하면 마사지가 가능해서 좋았습니다. 여기랑 리조트랑 두개를 예약하고 갔는데 다시 세부를 갈땐 여기만 예약하고 가려고해요^^ 아얄라까지도 택시비가 50~70페소를 넘지 않아요. 근처에 로컬 라이브바도 있어서 정말 걸어서 모든걸 해결했네요.ㅎㅎㅎ

세부퍼시픽 타고 새벽에 도착할 시 전망이 좋지 않은 방에 배정 받을 수 있음.. 그러나 주변에 편의시설(마사지샵, 편의점 등)이 많은 편.. 자유여행으로 시티투어하기에는 접근성이 좋은 편..

세부시티에있어서 어디든 편하게갈수있으며 방도깨끗하고 전망도좋고 크고 좋습니다. 전혀 불만없이 이용할수있을겁니다.

4박했는데 나름 만족했구요 고층 전망도 괜찮고 아침식사도 그냥저냥 괜찮았어요 방에 무료로 유선인터넷 쓸수있었고.. 단지 레이트체크아웃시 안된다고 사람간보는게 좀 짜증났어요 첨엔 된다 그랬다가.. 열받아서 짜증나올뻔 ㅋㅋ 가방보관도 가능하고 1층스타벅스도 유용해요~

로비에서..와이파이 잘잡히구요.. 방에서도..공유기만 가져가시면..무선인터넷잘됩니다.이불이 좀눅눅한점만빼고는 다괜찮습니다.. 가성비 최고랄까요..ㅋㅋ 근처에 로빈슨몰..아얄라..등등 있어서.. 쇼핑하시고.. 마젤란십자가..등등 구경하시기도 가깝고.. 저녁에는 엣지코스터하고 이용하시는것도 잊지마시고...야경..탑스 안가셔도..되옵니다.ㅋㅋ

it was nice. The help was very good, and i liked the gym. I stayed there for closeness of location for my girlfriend.

Nice hotel, with skypark at the top floors and nice restaurants in the same buildings, but the quality of the rooms are somewhat sloppy, wall and roof plates are bulging and some of the rooms do not live up to the promise, I first got a room in a corner of the hotel with a small window, but after complaining they got me a much better room at a higher […] floor with a good view. The one drawback is lack of inroom wifi.I have stayed in many smaller hotels with this important modern day feature.

The lobby smelled so bad, even the elevator and the room smelled, our room was located on the 8th floor and there's no elevator to this floor, we needed to go to the 10th floor and walk down the stairs to the room, with the baggage... ..although the staffs there helped, still not convenient, specially we were travelling with a little girl. The bed sheet […] is not clean, we found hair on the bed. The bath towels also smelled. The bathroom is the worst, when we took a shower, water running out from the bottom of the bathtub and it turned like a floating market... The in room internet was so poor that we were not able to get on lined. The TV couldn't connect as the plugs were different, the one of the TV is round while the one on the wall is flat~~@.@ A very unpleasant stay, I definitely will not go back to this hotel. 더 보기

Room was really big but as I only sleep in there I don't give much value for it. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. Pool area doesn't have many sun beds and I didn't like much.

I enjoyed my stay there that booked for anopther two days, I could not fault the facilities and staff, everyone I met, from the receptionists at the front desk to....the cleaners who cleaned the rooms were very profesional and friendly. 10 out of 10 for all the facilities. many thanks to all who made my stay a great experiance

Been here twice now and decided to always stay here every time I visit cebu. The rate is affordable and u get first class service. The buffet breakfast included in ur rate is amazing. Love it here!

The great things about the hotel is: 1) Clean Room 2) Coolest Sky Amusement Park Downsides: 1) Only allow check-in after 2 PM 2) Food at Restaurant at Sky Park is lousy and lack of ambiance.

Yes overall the hotel met my needs, although the breakfast was not up to much for a westerner, but generally everything was ok.

Very unhelpful staff. Every query to the staff took hours to be dealt with from shortage of coffee and sugar, internet not working, only given one door key and taking a day to get a second. Hotel staff questioning my partner as if she was a bar girl..Just because she's a local does not mean she is a prostitute. A very pleasant and enjoying stay, however the front desk wasn't able to process our online reservation right away, maybe more training on this area. Elevator system is complicated and sometimes an inconvenience.

I can highly recommend this Crown Regency Tower and Hotel for their uniqueness facilities and vey challenging experiences they offer right inside the hotel, wow,!! very amazing . my family and I from SFO enjoy their vacation so much....we loved it .. Keep it up and congrats!!!!........

Breakfast was terrible with limited choices. Hotel lobby and lift were always crowded with locals. Maybe I think this hotel is a timeshare and bought by locals and many are staying in the hotel. No wifi in room. Will not visit this hotel anymore nor recommed this hotel to anyone.

Mold, if you like mold and other fungus stay here. The hotel isn't even finished being built and there is mold visible on ceiling of the lobby and thru out the rest of the hotel. The bathroom in my room was particularly bad. In addition, construction on the new tower starts early in the morning even on the weekends

My Room: When I first walked into the room, I was amazed on how big the place was. I stayed in a room equiped with small living room (with a kitchen sink and fridge), a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. At first I was impressed by the set up and the size. But once you start looking at the place in detail, it seemed as so though the furniture was taken […] from one of the Company's old hotels. There were some stains on the curtains and on the couch, and there were water marks on the table where you can tell someone had left their glass. However, the beds were very comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was pretty clean as well. The view of this room was nice. I was able to watch the entire Independence Day Parade and hear the band playing. Another Room: We also happened to book another room on the same day which was on the top floors of the hotel. Those rooms did not have separate living room area, but were much more cleaner and impressive. The view on this room was amazing! These rooms had 2 large floor to ceiling windows where you should see the city. A couple things I wasn't too happy about: 1) There are 2 elevators that service the building. If you are guest of the hotel, you will have to put up with the crowd, because the same elevators take the general public up to the entertainment level (19th floor) where the ride, the 4D movie theater, and the Edge Walk is. The elevators can be very busy during weekends, and you will end up having to wait of couple of rounds until you get an empty elevator. 2) There were random electricity black outs throughout the day. So everything would go out in the room, including the lights, the cable, and the AC in the ENTIRE hotel. Speaking of the elevators, if you are stuck in one during a black out--good luck. I don't know if this is normal, but I don't think I have experienced the same occurrence at other Cebu hotels. Things I loved: 1) The SPA!! It was amazing! This hotel is not nearly a 4 star. Lost power in the room, cable tv went out several times, air con was similar to a wind tunnel sound. This property is a time share concept, and services are geared to time share approach, not business traveler.

The hotel was located in center of Cebu.Cheap cab rides across town.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good really hated to leave. It has the Edge coster ride and Sky walk on top floor,if you got the nerve.Ran into beggers next to hotel but not after.Walk around town from hotel.

I like there breaksfast buffet. The best!

レジャー施設的にホテルがありますが、小さなカジノが付いている以外に良いことは何もありませんでした。

Preis-Leistung steht in keinem Verhältniss. Sie bekommen auf den Philippinen bessere und weitaus schönere Hotels für diesen Preis. Es wird für alles extra Geld verlangt und in einem solchen Land für ein Bier in der Bar 250 Peso verlangen ( 5 Euro ), ist eine Frechheit. Das gleiche Bier kann man an der Strasse für 25 Peso kaufen.

le pire séjour de ma vie dans un hôtel, si vous aimez les groupes de 500 japonais qui sont en permanences entrain d'arrivé et de repartir dans le minuscule lobby avec tous leurs bagages, allez y ! Pour développer chambre correct avec vue sur un mur à 30cm, buffet au 37ème étages digne du plus mauvais food court, vitres horriblement sales et le stéréotype […] complet le pédophile à la table d'à coté. セブ最高層のビルであり、地元民にはかなり憧れのホテルらしいです。しかし完全に見かけ倒しで、ホテルの状態・従業員の態度・サービスの質等々、不満だらけです。 見かけは確かに立派ですが、部屋のアメニティは殆どないに等しいです。スリッパ、ティッシュ、バスローブ等々何もなく、部屋の掃除も不十分です。また、エレベーターの数が少なく非常にストレスを感じます。今回はさらにチェックインに30分もかかり、一体ここの従業員はどうなっているんだ、という感じです。 朝食もいまいちだし、上層階のレストランも味はまずいです。また、異常にジョイナーフィーが高く、ふざけるなという感じですね。 はっきりいって、値段の割には最悪です。

cet hôtel est de catégorie moyenne, gros problème d'ascenseurs (2) que vous devez attendre une éternité. Une fois dedans, comptez 5 bonnes minutes de trajet !!!! Non ce n'est pas digne dans hôtel qui ce veux de bonne catégorie. De plus en arrivant ma chambre n'était pas prête, j'ai du attendre plus de 2h30 mn : raison invoqué : l'hôtel est plein .... 设施比较旧，自助早餐也非常一般，酒店位置比较方便，房间还算干净整洁。算是中规中矩。

１　部屋自体はJr sweet並なのだが 　　窓が限りなく小さく　あまりにも・・・・ 　　room-number=1028 ２　室温設定が機能していない ３　室内電話機能やinternet機能が作動していない。 　　これはクレームで解消した。
