크라운 리젠시 스위트 막탄 (Crown Regency Suites Mactan) - 라푸라푸

가격에 비하면 만족스럽네요.. 다만 호텔다운 호텔은 바란다면 세부시티의 리젠시로 가시는게 맞습니다..

3번의 여행 중 이번 여행이 가장 좋았다. 좋은 호텔, 잘 계획된 관광, 푸짐한 먹거리. 호텔은 최상이라고 말하고싶다. 마닐라에서의 참담했던 점심과는 전혀 다른 저녁, 아침뷔페. 공항과 가까운 거리와 세부시티와 막타시티의 어디라고 20분 안에 갈 수 있는 위치는 최상이다. 개인적으로 크라운 리젠시 타워 호텔 보다 위치는 훨 좋다고 생각한다. 좋은 기억 감사하고 내년을 기약한다.

이번이 호텔에서 두번째 머무는 겁니다. 전에 너무 괜찮아서 다시 오게 디ㅗ었습니다. 이번에도 전체적으로 괜찮았습니다. 이번에는 저번처럼 높게 평가하지 않겠습니다 왜냐하면 머무르는 동안 밤중에 한국여행객들이 너무 시끄럽게 떠들고 복도에서 문을 쎄개 닫고 다녔습니다. 방은 괜찮고 가격도 알맞았습니다. 또한 저는 수영장을 좋아합니다. 전체적으로 이 호텔은 가치있지만 때떄로 너무 사람이 많으면 손님들이 너무 시끄러운 소음에 깨었는것에대해 상관하지 않는것 같습니다.

호텔은 충분히 우리가 가려고 한곳이랑 가깝습니다. 우리는 머무르는동안 즐거웠고 우리가 필요한것에대해 주의를 기울였습니다. 우리는 이호텔을 추천합니다.

매트리스는 우리가 아침에 일어나기 전까지 괜찮았습니다. 우리둘다 아팠고 일어나려고 한참이 걸렸습니다.

It was just fine .. The hotel is located in the nowhere which makes a transportation an extra expinse .. The furniture is soo old and the bed size is small for two persons .. The resturant they have in the second floor is auful very bad food and service and that might apply for the room service food and the resturant in the lobby because they use the […] same kitchen .. 더 보기

This hotel don't have all the aminities compared to other luxirious tourist hotels in Mactan; however the internet speed iis extremely fast for a business people. Breakfast is very good for the price paid by their guests. The employees were helpful and flexible to make your stay very comfortable.

Enjoyed my stay, staff overall very good & helpful Would be good idea if they had a tour desk . asked about tourist attrations & no one had any idea . Nice place on 3rd floor for eating & drinking. Rooms good size & comfortable. Location for me was good , But is out of main city area

Very disappointed with the service. Asked if the poolside dining was available at lunchtime (no one else was out there) and placed an order. Waited an hour without ever seeing staff again - no water, napkin and silverware - nothing. I was sure they forgot about me and went in the hotel to ask whichever employee I could find. Minutes later someone (not […] the waiter) brought my burger to me. Waited another 20 minutes after I ate and no one came again. Went looking for someone to get the bill and couldn't find a soul around. I left the dishes and planned on getting a bill at the front desk. Lo and behold - two employees came looking for me (I was one of only a few Americans there so I wasn't hard to describe or find). Tried to convert a $20 U.S. bill to pesos to pay the departure tax at the airport, but was told they didn't have the money available. I tried again four hours later and was told the same thing. How can they offer currency conversion and not have the equivalent of $20 in pesos to convert?? Received a 'free welcome drink' in the lounge, which I expected to be a glass of wine/beer or a cocktail. Instead they brought me a glass of lime green kool-aid looking fluid and was told the welcome drink was a mixture of sprite and lemon and lime juice. It was a horrible tasting mixture and I couldn't even get it down. (The food in the lounge was very good.) My room was very nice, but the surrounding area of the hotel was not attractive at all and I didn't feel particularly safe there. The view from my room looked out over the back of the nearby shops - a field with a few goats, scrubgrass, and a pile of trash. The website states there's an indoor pool, and when I asked I was told it was on the second floor. I scoured the hotel and never could find it so it can't be very big. Nice hotel. Nothing bad really to report.

i thought this time i would reach a beach but chose not to go alone on a half hour taxi ride to nearest one. almost enough at friendly hotel with attentive staff. enjoyed the pool. lots of korean kids on vacation to learn english added sounds of laughter and splashing. nestling up the 50's bar was perfect with live music and eyecatching bar tenders […] and waitresses. and excellent food. the offer to mail my postcards for 80 pesos was ridiculous though and inspired me to walk to town where i saw city hall and met the police chief where i exchanged an nypd patch for a lapulapu patch for my nyc friend. it gave me a chance to feel the pulse of the street, see daily life, lean lazy pooches in the shade. i suggested a blackboard in lobby for guests headed to the beach who prefer company for security even though a single woman from the states returned to say the beach was fine and she went alone. 더 보기

An extremely good hotel with very good , helpful staff and facilities . Very convenient for the airport . The only downside to it is the locality which is not very pleasant . You need to take a taxi whenever you leave the hotel . Ideal for one night before or after your flight .

The foyer of the hotel was tired and dirty; we had to wear shoes in the room because the floor was dirty, etc. Half of the front desk were disinterested - the other half were very nice and helpful. What i value most in this hotel is that their staff and personnel are very hospitable. Also, room cleanliness is always maintained. Food is better compared to other hotels I've stayed of the same price range. Overall, a very reasonably priced hotel. I was satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

Management was terrible, continued to try and over book me for their mistakes. Couldn't make a desicion at all. Unable to meet the reservation I made, and offered nothing to correct the matter. If it wasn't enough for the room problems, they couldn't deal with the children running up and down the hall ways at all hours of the night. Location is terrible […] for getting a taxi. Not bad but could have been better. Accidentally broke the mircowave plate and was charged @ $20 which seems excessive. B'fast was adequate but uninspiring. Floors in room made one's feet black if walked upon barefoot. Taxis were sometimes hard to obtain. If you are wanting a place to stay overnight to rest up between flights, this is the place to stay. It is close to the airport, you can get a free shuttle to and from the airport. The neighborhood leaves a little bit to be desired. The hotel staff were there to serve the client. Most went out of their way to please you.

I chose this hotel for its easy access to the Mactan airport. Staying here, you have no excuse to ever miss a flight, but it was still very quiet and without looking at a map you would never realize how near the airport is. Mandaue and Cebu are just across the bridge, though at times you can still experience heavy traffic trying to cross it. A short […] ride will get you to Gaisano, or you could even walk there. My one-bedroom suite was nice and comfortable with a separate sitting area. Breakfast included a good selection of hot dishes such as congee, pancit, tocino, longanisa, steamed and garlic rice, and they had a chef ready to prepare an omelette however you like it. They also had sliced fresh fruits such as watermelon, mango and pineapple, some cold cereals, milk, iced tea and mango and pineapple juice. For the rest of the day, I strolled up and down the road and discovered some wonderful street food, turo-turo places and even lechon pork. I did not have the best view, as my balcony overlooked a swampy little area, but I enjoyed watching the local children playing down there. Real safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk. Internet access worked much better in my room than in the Business Center, so bring your laptop if you can. The staff were very courteous and helpful. 더 보기

Hotellet ligger fint ift. lufthavnen. Havde bestilt et ikke-ryger værelse men der var ikke flere, så det var bare ærgerligt. Receptionisterne var sløve og servicen knap så god.

Were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Highly recommended.

Das Frühstück in Buffet Form ist etwas armseelig und entspricht nicht der Hotel Sterneanzahl. Zimmer OK Service sehr freundlich Schöner Pool und gutes Essen vom Restaurant
