호텔 일 프린시페 (Hotel Il Principe) - 밀라초

This was a really great place to stay. Absolutely top class with highest standards of rooms, furniture, cleanliness, ambiance; it reaaly deserves more than four stars. Staff was very helpful, especially Antonio at the desk. Everything was within a few minutes walk; very convenient, and best place we stayed at in Sicily.

Excellent hotel with an excellent location. No garage parking was offered for my motorbike but luckily we had a ground floor room with the bike parked just outside our window but for motorcyclists a secure garage parking would be important. We tried speaking to the receptionist in English however her English was very weak and our Italian was much better […] :) and it worked anyway. Breakfast was typically bread, butter ham and cheese and rolls + coffee and cakes and some powdered juice but OK. Great hotel overall. Only complaint was that for a 4 star hotel I expected better TV channel choice of Free to Air channels but only had Italian local stations or PAY TV from SKY. 더 보기

We'll mention the positive first: the hotel manager, Davido, is wonderful: professional, polite, knowledgeable, all things you'd expect from any hotel staff but especially the manager. He was a gem. Now for the negative: the front desk staff, particularly a singular woman who checked us both in and out, was the most dreadful experience we've ever had, […] in any country, at any star-rated property (even one-star hotels), hands-down. Unprofessional. discourteous, and unapologetically unskilled in her job. She was and continues to be a horror. Needs to be replaced - Davido, you know about whom we are speaking. Until we know this woman has been replaced, we would never ever recommend staying at this otherwise charming hotel simply because, with the experience we had, we couldn't recommend the hotel in good conscience and have other travelers go through what we went through. 더 보기

Very nice hotel with a great view. Rooms were very neet and presentable. We had a room with a view over the sea and every morning we had the opportunity to observe the local fishermen selling their freshly caught fish to the locals. Soo nice. I would recommend this hotel to everybody

L' hotel è nuovo in posizione ecellente sul lungomare con arredi di ottimo pregio , lussuose e grandi stanze con letto king , pulitissimo bagno grande con idro/doccia. Ottima e abbondante colazione, cortesia del personale, ad un prezzo davvero eccezionale per la qualità superiore dell'hotel. Merita le 4 stelle.

Cet hôtel est très bien tenu et les chambres impeccables... Les services sont appréciables (navette pour rejoindre le port vers les iles éoliennes à prix raisonnable et en Mercedes s'il vous plaît!) situation rêvée sur la mer, enfin à recommander sans restriction!
