Great location, quiet hotel, wonderful breakfast, fantastic staff and friendly people. Bathroom door oddly positioned, lights to bath sink and tub area should work independently, not together. Bathroom door had a terrible loud sqeak - but that was being fixed. I would recommend it highly and would stay there again.

I was double charged during this visit and it took 3-4 attempts to contact the hotel, leaving messages and talking to different employees, until it was resolved. I have stayed here before a number of times and the room and service have been good. The breakfast is on the weaker side compared to others. During the whole 4 day stay no internet access was available in room - wireless or wired. It was over thanksgiving through the weekend and while I understand that replacing failed equipment was possibly difficult during that time, I don't think sufficient effort was made to even try. I had to make other arrangements to access the internet while in Boise […] - complicating our stay, and had I known beforehand that a major feature of the hotel was not available, I would have stayed somewhere else. The free breakfast had no proteins, but otherwise ok. The rest of the hotel was not bad at all. Room cleaning and maintenance was fast and good. Pool, hot tub and exercise room was fine too. 더 보기

Loved staying there

This hotel was very clean and had lots of amenities (pool, workout room, and breakfast). I only stayed there one night, but I could stay there a week and be very happy.

BEWARE if take a pet with you. They charge $100.00 non refundable 1 time charge.

It was a great stay. The complaint was that when the air conditioner went on during the night it sounded like it was getting ready for take off! Also my children did not like the swimming pool being salt water, I think they put too much salt in it. It was clean though and that was nice.

Nice room. I liked the kitchen. Quiet, with nice thick walls. HBO, but no pay-per-view.

Rooms were very nice and clean. We had family come and visit us in the room and it was very roomy. The place was really quiet and the breakfast wasn't too bad at all. We chose it because it accepted pets. There were quite a few other pet owners staying and there was a nice field in front of the hotel you could take your pet too. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Very nice staff and excellent room. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and we will certainly stay there again. Very pleased with everything.

The kitchen and dining area was nice and the rooms were new and clean. Wish the breakfast went until 10:00 instead of 9:30. I liked being close to the freeway. The downside was that the Jacuzzi jets barely worked. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was comfy, clean, quiet and very accomodating! All you need for a good night sleep after a day of play! Thank you so much for making our trip so wonderful!!

Always stay here when in Boise for Business. Great access to highway. Rooms are very clean. The mini suite with kitchen is great so you don't have to go out to eat every night.

This is an extremely clean hotel. The breakfast was great. The pool is great and the location is excellent. I've stayed in 21 hotels in the Boise Valley and this is my favorite.

Beautiful on the outside; helpful staff when I walked in; and clean, quiet, updated rooms. What more could I ask for?
