The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The room overall was clean. Really liked the new flat screen tv. That was a nice suprise. For the cost of the room it was worth staying there.

Very affordable price, hotel was clean.

It should be cheaper as dirty as our room was! It is in a good location and the staff was friendly but there was hair in the bed human and animal, no toilet paper, dirty bathroom and the carpet....... This is my fourth stay at this hotel. The staff is so helpful and the breakfast offered is extensive and tasty. The location in the center of Helen is convenient. A great market, Betty's, is within walking distance and offers everything you would need for a romantic picnic, including wine. This hotel is also pet friendly.

Good Hotel, Close to all the shops. Could use a little renovation. But well worth the money.

I really enjoyed my stay at Quality inn. The breakfast is very good.

Enjoyed our stay room and staff were very nice. Carpet in room needed to be replaced. Other then that everything was good. Located in walking distance to shops and main street. Really enjoyed our getaway.

I stayed one night in a non-smoking king size bedroom. The staff was exceptionally nice. They went out of their way for me twice. It was very clean. The only issue was the toilet. TV was advertised as having 50+ channels, including HBO. Because of what was found to be a glitch in the remote control, we only got 11 local channels. Problem was rectified when reported. The carpet near the table had a burn in the shape of an iron. However, the MAIN complaint was that of the extremely bad maid service. There was a used wash cloth […] hanging over the shower rail from the previous guests and, what appeared to be, a bloody hand print on the door frame of the bathroom. I don't mind having limited television viewing, if not lead to believe otherwise and many hotels bare various burn marks on bedding, carpeting or draperies. However, the neglectful maid service of what should be routine duties prompted me to believe that other important routine duties were probably neglected, as well, such as clean bed linens. The front desk associates were very pleasant and helpful, but poor housekeeping is inexcusable, especially if it puts your guests at risk of exposure to bio hazardous materials such as blood. 더 보기

This 40+ something motel has been updated somewhat. The rooms were clean and adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay. The outside of the building, parking lot, etc. needed a lot of maintenance. It looked like the paint job was done by a bunch of teenagers on summer break. Don't waste your money staying here as there are a lot more places in towns which are […] better and available. The hotel is alittle outdated but clean. The staff were so very friendly and nice they went out of their way to help us. I would stay here again

Motorcycle Road Trip- Original plan was to stay at this hotel two nights then ride up to North Carolina for two nights, then to Virginia for two nights. Ended up staying here for all six nights and riding different 200+ mile routes dailey. Besides the above "very satisfied" rating of the hotel, the management and staff were exceptional. Mark, the owner, […] continued to check with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied with our room and service. Front desk clerks Colleen and Cindy prepared the free morning breakfast and were so hospitable to us every day. A sign on the wall in the lobby reads "Come in as strangers, leave as friends" is 100% true. We felt valued as friends from day one and right on up to our departure. WE WILL return!!! The Quality Inn in Helen, Ga is in a nice area and within walking distance of the main attractions. The quality of maintenance in the rooms needs some attention. The rooms also need to be cleaned in more detail and the carpets have dirt and grime ground into them. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with local info.

The hotel room very clean and the bed was comfortable. The swimming pool was tiny, so if you want a great pool for the kids then I do not recommend it. Good hotel for the price.

The hotel is within walking distance of many shops and several restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood has an old German feel to it. The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was not fancy, but it was comfortable. The building seems older, but is in fair condition.

From check in to check out, it was a wonderful place to stay. Close to everything in Helen, and just a short drive to Cleveland. They had the fluffiest towels I've come across in any hotel we've stayed in! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend them to our friends.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable with all the common ammendities; i.e. coffee marker, hair dryer, frig, and microwave. The hotel offers a continental breakfast which is nice for the price of the room. The only problem we experienced during our stay was with some young children in a room two doors down from us that kept running up and down the […] stairs and hallways yelling and screaming until 10:30 when we decided to take action and called the front desk and they took care of it right away. 더 보기

I loved the location of the hotel. It was away from the main road and still very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Went for a weekend of cycling and also attended Octoberfest. Great stay for cycling. Rooms enter from balcony so great for stowing bikes at night. Cycled from hotel up to Brasstown Bald, highest peak in GA. Walking distance to downtown and to Octoberfest. Had a blast. Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean. Very comfortable bed.
