It was a nice room for the price with a small kitchen. The only thing is that housekeeping was not done until the check out. I stayed 5 days. But if you want new towels, you have to go to the front desk. Other than that, it was nice.

Having read the reviews I knew what to expect. This hotel is located right next to a gas station, not a big deal though. The hotel was a lot cleaner than what I expected. We had checked in very late, 11:40pm, so the office was closed by then. But the night guard checked me in and gave me my room passes. Since we just needed a place to stay the night at we weren't looking for any amenities like a pool, which this hotel doe not have. It was within 3 miles of UCF where we were going the next day and stores, shops, and restaurants were right down the street within 1 mile. We had booked a non smoking room and when we open our room door there was a smell, like it was just cleaned, so it smelled like a slight cleaner smell and the air was not on at the time. Pros: Cheap price, convenient to UCF and surrounding restaurants, clean room (besides the slight cleaner smell), clean bed and linens. Small kitchen if needed. Free WiFi. Cons: If you want a resort style hotel this one is not it. It is mainly for those looking for a place to stay the night and leave the next day. 더 보기

Its a nice hotel for the money. The room was clean and there were extra towels available for a party of four. Wish they did provide some coffee as there was a coffee maker in the room. The air condition was a little noisy but overall not a bad hotel.

We stayed here only for the proximity to UCF Arena for a concert. It was bare bones but served it's purpose of a place to crash.

For the price and the location, you cannot ask for anything better. The staff was nice and the room was clean. No issues what so ever during my stay. I will be using this hotel next time I'm in town.

First off, you would think double occupancy may also include 2 beds? Nope. we had one double for me and my husband. The shower had no shampoo and it was still filthy. There was old hair still on the shower drain cover and black stuff in the bottom of the shower. The bed smelled like onions. I was a little wary from others remarks about this hotel - but once I got there and met some of the staff and got comfortable with the surroundings I found it quite pleasant. Very nice people, lots of resturants up and down 50, with Orlando Speedworld right up the road. When we (4 in our party) showed up to check in, the gentlemen behind the desk didn't seem like he knew what was going on or how to handle things. He asked the customer ahead of us to sit down, fill out something and wait. He checked us in, he gave us the keys to an occupied room, then a key to a single bed room, finally a key for a room with 2 beds. […] It was clean and comfy. Room had everything you need when you are pinching pennies. Kitchenette was perfect but bring your own coffee. They provide soap, toothpaste at your request. Pots and pans, utensils etc are there which was great, though we only stayed one night. We arrived late and had to use the call box to get someone as their office was closed, but no big deal. Room was ok. No service from the staff. If you wanted service you had to pay for it. Bathroom door handle was broken. We had to return dirty towels to get clean ones. No later night or early morning person at the desk.

The only thing nice about any Crossland I've stayed at is the price and the in-room kitchen. Otherwise, I try to avoid these places. The beds are stiff and uncomfortable and the rooms feel especially seedy. They're the kind of place you stay at if and only if you need somewhere to sleep.

Good location to a variety of stores and restaurants. We had a comfortable stay and it met our needs satisfactorily.

It's like being home away from home. Kitchen, sink, microwave, refrig. Just awesome.

I knew not to expect much with the price and reviews I read on the hotel ahead of time. I stayed here mainly because it was budget friendly but because of that i didn't expect much so it met my expectations. If you want a really nice hotel, spend the extra money but I was fine with a decent hotel room for the price I paid. The hotel staff was very friendly […] and accommodating. The room was out of date but was fine for a one night stay. The TV was a small 13 inch TV on top of an outdated chest. If I have a complaint, it would be the beds. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I tossed and turned all night because of it. I was staying by myself and the bed was listed as a double but really appeared to be close to a twin size. I suggest booking a queen or king if there are two people staying. I was not unhappy with my stay and would probably stay again because it's budget friendly. 더 보기

I read reviews before booking and was a little skepical. I was pleasantly suprised. Room was clean except shower (a little dirty). Stayed 2 nights, they replace towels no other housekeeping service. Bring your own dish soap they do have dishes. We got there after 11pm the security guard let us in and was very helpful, he brought me an xtra pillow! Staff was very nice and easy check in. Not new, but relatively clean. We had noisy people at 4 am above us...not the hotel's fault. Easy and fast check out. We didn't use any of the kitchen stuff, but it was set up nice. The hotel was in a great location for the purpose of my trip. However, the room was very small and the bed was too small for one. The house keeper overlooked a dead roach near the air condition. I would recommend the hotel it had all you needed, just bring you own ice there was no ice machine.

With a two-star rating, my expectations weren't very high and I wasn't disappointed. Everything worked, the staff was fine, and the room was quiet. Location was perfect to get off to the Cape for the last shuttle launch.

A small card in the bathroom stated they only clean once a week, so wiping pubic hairs from the toilet seat was a downer. The listing said they closed at midnight yet I needed to call security to get the keys and sign for the room at 11:15pm. Upon entering the room, it was ice cold, tundra cold. I turned on both kitchenette burners for 30 minutes to […] warm up the room and left the a/c off all night. The pillow on the right smelled like the last person that slept on it the left pillow smelled clean and I slept fully clothed for fear of bedbugs and was gone 6 hours later. I was very disappointed when we reach the destination. The rooms were not as I feel advertised. The beds were supposed to be queen size. They were standard at most. I would not recommend the hotel to my family or friends.

We selected this hotel for the rate and location to view a space shuttle launch. Have never stayed in an extended stay hotel before and did not know what to expect. The room was obviously well used and showed the wear of constant occupation. Having said that, the staff had done well to keep as clean as possible. Biggest issue was that the room was booked […] as non-smoking and they had no non-smoking rooms. They tried to spray with air freshner, however this only can do so much. totally adverse, the room was in bad condition.

This hotel is good for those on a budget. The rooms are clean. But it has minimun amenities. it has a kitchen , but bring your own dish soap. Bathroom was clean and stocked with towels and bar soap only. No pad of paper to write a note. There is no ice machine or pool. Overall though, we were satisfied for the pirice. I was impressed that the room was an efficiency rather than just the hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was that there was no warm water for the shower. Unfortunately I forgot to mention it upon checkout

The room was ok, small and a little bit smelly, but ok. The area where it is located is fine, with restaurants and a supermarket by it. I only stayed for one night, but if you stay for a week the price is half of what it is if you stay one night, super cheap. We had to call the office twice because there were dogs next door that barked constantly even though the people were in the room with them. The office did visit the room twice and finally the noise ceased. The rooms are very small and the tv only gets about 6 channels.

convenient, clean, not the most comfortable pillows. I checked in after dark and was a little concerned about the location traveling alone, but I had no problems. There was a cute little kitchen with coffee, a clean bathroom, plenty of room and quiet considering the location.
