시트러스 호텔 (Citrus Hotel) - 콸라룸푸르

하룻동안 머물렀습니다. 호텔의 로비는 괜찮았고 직원들은 친절했습니다. 불행하게도 침대 시트랑 배게 껍데기가 저번 손님때 이후로 바뀌지 않아서 우리는 머리카락을 발견하고 침대에서 음식 부스러기와 때를 발견했습니다.

제가 호텔에서 처음 머물렸을때 조금 더 내고 더 나은 방을 받았습니다. 두번째에 Sin으로 돌아갈때에 저는 조금의 돈을 절약하고 이른바 스탠다드방이라고 하는곳에 갔습니다. 다시는 안그럴겁니다. 너무 추잡했습니다.

저는 저렴한 호텔로서 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 첫번째 날에는 정전이 일었다고 먹자골목에서 싸움이 일어났었습니다.

I travelled to KL in May 2012 and had booked 2 rooms for us and our parents. One good thing was they gave connecting rooms and felt like one big room. The service overall is kind of lousy. Overall the hotel was a nice. Some of the other review mentioned that the hotel was a bit worn out. I had been used but still ok acceptable. Overall the room was nice. The staff was overall helpful and friendly. There were some foodcourts around the hotel and overall it was in an ok area i think. The one bad experience i had was that one morning there […] was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Rather than calling the housekeeping. we thought it would be taken care of by housekeeping. We came back and the beds were made but the roach was still there (!?) I called roomservice who apoligized and removed it at once. I still think for the price I paid it was on ok hotel. Breakfast is not good. The choices are limited. I don't think I will stay in this hotel again.

Generally satisfied with the stay. Some decentstly the Chinese restaurant across the street. Also ate at the Pakistani restaurant on the corner and the one meal we had was pretty tasty, and inexpensive. Staff: Friendly, happy to answer any questions Location: Not too far from an LRT station but it is tucked away down a back street which may make locating it difficult, and at night you may feel unsafe. There is little to eat or see in the immediate vicinity of the hotel so you'll be taking a walk to get anywhere which is not ideal after a long flight. i was very up set , because before to go i ask for a taxi with a meter regular, and the desk top they respond that they can t call this taxi, then i ask the number of that taxi and they refused to search. how it s possible that? i said whi and the guy never respond to the question . i never had this kind of answer in my life . very bud ansewr grrrr […] .... 더 보기

All staff at this hotel was extremely rude and disrespectful. One staff member Roland even insulted my mother and myself and we had to leave because we felt so unsafe in a hotel where customer service seemed to be irrelevant. Management was not helpful in addressing any issues and the pillows were dirty and smelly. Comfortable if u only need a place to stay. They dont address u by name, e.g Mr tan, they call u aunt or uncle. Breakfast at cafe sucks.

Firstly, this hotel is in a rough neighborhood, and provides no parking facilities. We had to park in an alley paved with vomit and trash, and patrolled by rats the size of monkeys. The internet didn't work, and after trying to get their help for about an hour, they finally admitted that it really never works, especially at night. There were ants scouring […] the counter tops, and our room was on the top floor! Also, the aircon didn't work well, and was really noisy. Despite the noisy aircon, I was forced to sleep in the sitting area because there was some sort of water pipe in the wall behind the bed that sounded like a torrent of water was cascading right next to the headboard. In the heavy rain,it was way too loud to sleep in the bedroom. The hotel also requires a cash deposit, in addition to the credit card payment, and they made me stand there at 6am holding my sleeping daughter while they had housekeeping check the room before they refunded my cash deposit, which seems a bit excessive since they have your CC number and passport copy anyway. 더 보기

This 3 star hotel is clean, well run and has friendly, helpful staff. Club floor rooms offer access to the club lounge which is a quiet oasis for a comfortable rest complete with complimentary drinks and sandwiches. Whilst the rooms are compact, all amenities are provided. Breakfast has to cater for clients from many parts of the world - there is sufficient […] choice for Western guests. Location wise, the hotel is in walking distance to light rail and monorail stations. KL's major department store, Sogo ( with excellent food court choices), is a short walk away and one of KL's best internet lounges open 24 hours, is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel in Jalan Putra. As long as you do not expect 5 star facilities when you pay 3 star accommodation rates, this hotel will meet your needs very well. 더 보기

Everything was excellent about this hotel until I came to check out the gym. Virtually none of the machines were working (two treadmills, one bike out of order) and parts of the multigym machine weren't hooked up. They had a few free weights but that was about it. So if you don't need a gym - excellent hotel!

Hotel has not been kept up - sheets, carpets were stained. However, still has reasonable value for your money. There are couple of mono rails stops nearby.

The Hotel was good overall but the Toilets are not maintained Properly and always Overflow. I booked an Executive Room for 3 Adults through Hotels.com online but after going there i was told that there is no extra bet for the 3rd Guest as per the Booking. Don't have much time to escalate this to Hotels.com

Room got ants, carpet dirty, toilet wall tiles and bath tub dirty. Toilet sink spoil. Call for housekeeping for maintenance and they took very long to come to the room. Even though I put the 'Do not disturb' sign, housekeeping keep knocking my room ask to clean the room. Luckily I lock the door from inside bacause in the morning while I was still sleeping, […] the housekeeping opened my door despite of the sign outside the room. And the same happened again the following day. The taxi counter outside the hotel is not good too. I booked 2 ways to Sunway Lagoon, but they did not come back to pick us up. We waited for 1.5hrs outside Sunway. Wasted my phone bill to call them many times and keep giving me excuses until 1.5hrs later then they ask us to take another taxi and claim from them. The trip was only less than half hr but we wasted 1.5hr to wait for their driver. Although they later did offer compensation by giving complimentary ride to KLCC from hotel but what we would rather the driver came to pick us on time than getting the complimentary ride. A good thing to praise is the hotel staffs at the counter and the cafe are friendly. 더 보기

At the first instance, during the drive to the hotel I noticed that the area was not the best of places to stay. It looked a little run down. While checking in, the receptionist wanted 50 MYR from me as a deposit. This is not a standard practice and her request was overshot by a manager. I was a little annoyed and surprised as the request for 50 MYR […] should never have been made. The door staff seems to be hand in cuff with the hotel approved taxis. These taxies can be booked at the reception and according to a board at the entrance of the hotel these are metered taxis. I was to catch the early morning flight and needed a taxi at 6:30 AM. I inquired with the reception and was told that I will have a metered cab in the morning. However, in the morning the cab driver, a man of south Indian origin, transferred me and my luggage to a white van and refused to charge me by meter. The door staff sided with the taxi driver and said that at this time you won’t get anyone to go by meter. I did not have a choice as I had a flight to catch and it was too late to make alternate arrangements and so paid him 20 MYR for a ride to KL Sentral. Typically this should cost around 11 MYR. Finally, as I had paid for the breakfast in my room fare, I requested that the hotel pack it for me as I was checking out before the time they’d start serving. They complied but provided me only with a cup of water, an apple and a cheese sandwich. Certainly, the 30 MYR extra that I paid for the breakfast would have been better spent elsewhere than on what they packed for me. 더 보기

Not all cabs knew the location had a hotel. It was at a residential area a block away from a main road. Check-in was pleasant and fast, but we weren't told when and where breakfast was served. (We didn't even know breakfast was included.) The room was spacious and clean. "Some" effort was made to make it look modern or like a boutique hotel. For the […] price it was ok. Excellent value vor the money if you are below 40.

all nights u will have too listen train sound, cannot sleep. not a good hotel for recomandation

My stay at Citrus Hotel was for a total of 9 nights. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The Free Internet that was advertised however does not work unless you use the computers provided in the Executive Club lounge.

The hotel is in an extremely undesirable street. It is very loud, and not very clean. The rooms looked new, but they are not. The bed was not clean, there was a blood stain on my pillow and stains on the sheets. The carpet was very dirty, and the shower was gross. The telephone did not have a chord, so it didn't work. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. There was great service. Excellent transport into town. Food at the resteraunt is cheap and so tasty. And they also let us check in when we got in at 10am. We had a great stay here!

Dirty sheets (even the two extra sets they brought to our room were stained and dirty), there was hair in bathroom sink, shower and on toilet, no bath towels (had to ask), we slept in our clothes with the towels over the pillows, need I say more? If you live by any measurable standard of cleanliness, stay away from this hotel.

cheap shaby hotel

After reading some of the reviews I was unsure about this hotel, however we were very happy with our choice. (Bear in mind that this review is for a cheap hotel, so while the room was excellent do not expect 5 star, please be realistic!) We stayed in one of the club rooms for a few dollars more, and while we weren't blown away with the club lounge […] facilities, the view was pretty great at night, there were snacks, free soft/soda drinks and some of the best coffee I had in Malaysia. The room was good, larger than normal due to our club upgrade, very clean and had good tv reception. There were 6-8 channels in English(CNN, ESPN great if you like football/soccer, etc) but no pay movie option if I remember rightly. Location was not the best, you would have to walk 10 mins to an LRT or a little more to the monorail. Monorail is a great option for shopping, anywhere round Bukit Bintang has some great malls. Hotel amenities were great, the pool is brilliant and the gym was also pretty good. The breakfast was your usual buffet fare, which is a huge amount better than what I have at home so I was more than happy. For the money we paid, round 28 sterling for 2 people for a night, we thought it was superb value. We also stayed at the Sheraton through hotels.com, and that was an infinitely better hotel, mind blowing for me as I'd never stayed 5 star before, but it's not competing directly with them and should not be held to the same standards. 더 보기

staff especially duty mgr jothi were very helpful. clubroom was nice. train and many attractions within walking distance.only bad exp we had was the taxi driver who took us from the bus stop from via singapore charged us double the price.told us we had to pay per person.

This is one of the cheapest 4-star hotels in KL you will find. The room could have been cleaner and the general condition of the hotel is " so so" but you can expect that much more for the price they charge. Don't expect too much from the "club lounge" facilities. It goes down to free internet en free softdrinks.

one thing that must be done and change rite away about this hotel is about their staff ....pls smile,pls say tq,dont look at your guest as u want to eat them,dont be rude when asking to your guest...ask politely....Its a good hotel but the staff need a makeover..NOW!!!!!!

３泊しました。部屋の天井は高い古いホテルです。基本サービスはしっかりしています。朝食は焼き立てのクロワッサンとオムレツがおいしかったです。場所はチャウキットに近く、古い町並みでホテルが大通りに面していないため、ホテル周辺を歩くのには少し不安を感じるかもしれません。クラブルームにとまると１０Fのクラブハウスを利用でき、クラブハウス自体はどうということもないのですが、係りの女性が親切に応対してくれますので、わからないことは何でも聞いてみる（ただし、英語です）のが一番です。タクシーは、KLセントラルからであれば、タクシーカウンターでホテル名を告げて、先に料金を払って（RM１３）チケットを受け取り、タクシー乗り場へ。タクシーに行き先を告げるときに、ホテル名と住所がプリントされている紙を見せると大丈夫 […] です。ホテルからKLセントラルまでは、ホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらい、乗る前に料金を確認。KLセントラルまでRM15でした。LRTでは、KLセントラルからSudanIsmalまで、RM2.50だったと思います。LRTは便利ですが、ながい階段が原則で、重い荷物を持っての利用はできません。９Fに泊ったのですが、部屋のテーブルでは、オレンジ色のアリ（といっても日本でみるアリの２０分の１ぐらいのサイズ）がうろうろとしていました。 甘いものを求めてやってくるのではないかと推測。無害ですので無視してあげてください。 더 보기

今回初めて泊まりました。 普段はブギッビンタンア周辺に宿泊することが多いのですが現在ＫＬセントラル駅とモノレール駅との間は工事中で大きく迂回が必至、なのでロケーションを変えてみました。 ＬＲＴ駅からはちょっと歩きますがルートは大通りで全く問題無し、周辺もローカルな屋台が並び食事にも困りません。部屋もきれいですし、朝食には焼きたてのクロワッサンもありました。お値段も過去に泊まったホテルより更にお安く、言うことはないですね。

Het zwemwater van het zwembad was prima, maar de douches en toiletten waren een aanfluiting.
