Good hotel, but it needs to improve the gym.

was in room 606, it's a corner room and had a great view. great location. neat rooms, friendly staff. on minus side, cold pool and window started leaking in when it rained. also ok with kids, but a business hotel mainly, staff not used to kids. ok prices. good breakfast.

Great!

We had an enjoyable stay. The only complaint we had that dinner took too long. The restaurant was nearly empty on 29 December but the service was very slow.

lovely hotel in great location my only fault with it was the temperature in the bedroom could not be turned down and I like to sleep in a cool room

We stayed at Nordic Hotel Forum from the 16.dec - 19.dec. 2011. The hotel is located very close to the old city, and a lot of the attractiones is at walking distance from the hotel. The room is very nice, but a little funky with the see through shower, but it didn´t bother us. We stayed at the 8th floor (non-smoking room) which was ideal, as it is the […] same floor, where you have the swimmingpool, sauna and spa. There is only one spa, and the pool is a little small, so it can be a little busy, but choose the evenings where there is less people. The breakfast is large and very good, you don´t leave the breakfast hungry ;-) The staff is very helpfull, and speak english well. Tallinn was a surprisingly nice city. We loved the old town with the Christmas marked and a lot of cosy coffee shops and local restaurants. Where you can try Russian and Estonian dishes. The estonians are very polite and nice people, so you will felt us very welcome. 더 보기

We loved this hotel. It is new, clean and wel-appointed. It is a short walk to old Tallinn and the breakfast was delicious. We had a terrific view of the city from our room. We also enjoyed the pool. Not big enough for a real swim, but fun to play around in and really georgeous.

Good location and close to old city. Breakfast nice, friendly staff and clean room. Indoor swimming pool a bit small and without attendant or towel during visit.

We loved our stay at the Nordic. It was cold and rainy, so having the spa to go to was fantastic. Plus, it is on the top floor, which had great views and reminded us of just how beautiful Tallinn is.

Conveniently located city centre hotel within walking distance of old town. Friendly and helpful staff - all spoke good english. Room slightly small in size. Leisure centre very nice. Breakfast ok but not special.

All staff were very helpful at this conveniently located hotel for those wanting to visit the Old Town. Rooms were pleasant, although as mentioned before the glass wall to the bathroom is a little strange. Gym only has 3 machines, no mat or weights. Pool area very pleasant. Strange decore, but it works. Perfect location for tourists. Nice Pool/rec room. The rec room has a great view of Tallinn.

Excellent location (old city, public transportation, shopping). Very comfortable. AC in the room was very nice since it was very hot outside (disadvantage - the windows cannot be opened). Great localtion. Great breakfast. Free, fast wifi. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Only negative was that the bathroom always had a nasty odor.

great location, great breakfast, great hospitality. Transperents door in the bathroon and you can be seen nude through those doors. All the rooms are the same.

Palvelu erinomaista mutta englanninkielinen henkilökunta ei osannut suomea mutta ei haitannut yhtään koska kukaan ei suostunut puhumaan suomea koko kaupungissa, mutta pitää ymmärtää ettei olla suomessa. Очень понравилось расположение отеля, совсем недалеко от Старого города. Напротив отеля торговый центр Viru, что тоже очень удобно. Заселили нас в отель на 1,5 часа раньше времени заезда, выехали мы на 1 час позже, никакой дополнительной платы с нас не брали. В номере не работал сейф, но по нашей первой просьбе неисправность была устранена. Оригинальный […] дизайн ванной комнаты, но стеклянная перегородка немного смущала. Если бы я находилась в номере не с мужем, то чувствовала бы себя неудобно. СПА-центр маленький, но народу было немного (мы ездили в феврале), часы работы с 7 до 22. Siisti ja hyvä hotelli.

Television antennijohto huonossa kunnossa kuva epäselvä.ilmoitimme asiasta aamulla ,mitään ei tapahtunut.seuraavan kerran iltapäivällä,respa lähti katsomaan tilannetta.totesi rikki on.lupasi järjestää uuden telkkarin tai korjaajan tai huoneen vaihdon.yhteyttä ei enää otettu meihin koko aikana.Erikoinen palvelu ,olimme tosi pettyneitä asiaan.

Sviitin kylpyhuone. Kun kävi suihkussa lainehti koko kylpyhuone veden vallassa. Kylpyhuoneen kaadot olivat niin, että vesi lainehti ympäri kylppäriä. Siinä sitten extra pyyheliinoilla tehtiin valli, jotta vesi ei pääsisi wc:n puolelle. Sanoin respaan asiasta, mutta eihän ne sille mitään voi antoivat vain lisää pyyhkeitä, että sai veden kuivattua. Fräscht hotell med perfekt placering, nära till gamla stan och shoppingcentrum. Vi tog ett lyxdubbelrum, rummet var jättetrevligt och bekvämt. Dock är inte personalen den trevligaste, och inte så serviceminded. Detta gäller speciellt barpersonalen. Mitt tips är att ni tar en drink någon annanstans än här.

Moderni hotelli keskeisellä paikalle. Siisti tilava huone. Aamupalla oli henkilökuntaa liian vähän asiakasmäärään nähden. Astiat, ruoka, kahvi ym. loppuivat ja täydennystä sai odottaa aika pitkään.

Veldig kaldt på rommet, max 19 grader. Varmetilførsel ikke. Fikk satt en en oljeovn etterhvert.

Asiakaspalvelulle 10/respa, siivoojat, tarjoilijat ym. eli luonnollista hyvää ja miellyttävää palvelua. Ainoa hassu juttu oli mukavassa hotellihuoneessa, kaunis lasiseinä kukkakuviolla. Kylpyhuoneesta näkyy huoneeseen valojen päällä ollessa kaikki. Eli huoneeseen näkyy, jos olet wc-pytyllä ja toinen istuu nojatuolissa huoneessa. Ei haittaa, jos on perhe […] kyseessä, mutta ehkä sitten jos majoittujat eivät ole tuttuja (esim työkavarit tms). Mutta em. oli pieni - , koska mukava kylpyläosasto 8 krs, oli auki klo 7-22. 利便性◎ 道路を挟んで目の前がショッピングモール（地下にスーパーあり）。ホテルを出て右に歩けば5分で旧市街。左隣は郵便局。その先、道路中央にトラムの停留所があり、新市街のストックマンデパートへはトラムで1個目と大変便利でした。 スタッフ◎ フェリーの予約や変更・モーニングコールなど何度も頼みましたが、大変気持ちよく対応してくれ正確でした。レストランやお掃除のスタッフも感じ良い人ばかりでした。 プール○ ジャグジー、サウナは満足でしたが、プールの水温が日本人にとっては冷たすぎました。サウナの水風呂なのかもしれませんが。 朝食◎ すべておいしかったです。ブッフェ形式なので、たっぷり頂きました。

Miesporukan pikkujoulu suuntautui Tallinnaan ja ko hotelliin. Ainoa huono puoli hotellista oli kuulema lähes läpinäkyvä Wc:n ovi josta suora yhteys hotellihuoneeseen. Ei kiva. Aamupala oli ollut kuulema parempi kuin vastapäisessä isossa tunnetussa hotellissa. Mukava henkilökunta.

Siistit viihtyisät huoneet, saunaosasto pore-ja uima-allas maksutta käytössä. Huoneiden erikoisuus, wc:n seinässä lasiaikkuna huoneesta näkee vessaan ja toisin päin. Hauska yksityiskohta josta ei ollut haittaa. Suosittelen kaikille mielestäni erittäin hyväö hinta/laatu suhde. Kattava aamupala.

Ett prisvärt modernt, rent och snyggt hotell ett stenkast utanför gamla staden. Poolen, bubbelpoolen, baren och bastun sitter perfekt efter en heldag på stan. Helt ok frukost.

Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Forum per lavoro e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo, vicinissimo al centro (10 min. a piedi) in più dotato di un'area relax con sauna, bagno turco, idromassaggio e palestra, molto pulito e comodo quando si viaggia per lavoro, aprivano già alle 7 del mattino. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Henkilöstö on todella sisäistänyt hyvän palvelun idean - koko henkilöstö suhtautui asiakkaisiin hienosti. Ainoa miinuspuoli on toisen puolen huoneiden aika kova liikenteenmelu - mikäli olet meluherkkä. Me vaihdoimme toiselle puolelle, vaihto sujui hyvän palvelun merkeissä.
