시설이 낡고 오래되어 유지보수가 필요한 상태임. 특히 난방장치 가동시 소음이 너무 심하여 잠을 깰 정도임, 전체적으로 시설도 낡아서 깨끗한 편이 못됨 전철역이 가깝다고는 하나 걸어서 20분 정도로 특별히 걷는 것을 좋아하는 분이 아니면 비추함. 버스를 타면 돌아서 20분 걸림

The room I got was ok; not particularly up-to-date in terms of design, bed spread, or bathroom facilities but appeared to be clean. Can't beat the price in DC area. The surrounding neighborhood - Old Town Vienna - is nice. Whole Foods, a ton of restaurants, coffee shops & local craft & gift shops are around the corner.

Having a possible dispute with management about check out day and time. I stayed one week, from Tue April 3, checking in at 2:15pm(2:00 pm is earlist check-in time), and checked-out at 4:15 am on Tue April 10. The day before, Mon. April 9,the front desk clerk phoned me and asked when I was checking out.I told them that I was checking out Tue morining […] early.(Check out time is 11:00 am). Later, I went to the office front desk and told the clerk of my check out day and time, and to have the magnetic card key refreshed, which was done. Later on, I left the room and return to find out the card would'n open the room door lock. Again, I went to the front desk to have the card refreshed, and I was handed a check-in document that I had to sign. The clerk's explanation was that I had to check in again. Asking the clerk why I wasn't told earlier either by phone or the first front desk visit this day, my answer was that the clerk on duty earlier "forgot" to provide the document and say anything during the phone call about this procedure. The way I figure the time stayed is that from Tue at 2:15 pm to the following Tue at 4:15 am equals 7 days, the length of a week. When told that the first on duty clerk "forgot" that check-in paper, I began to wonder if something fishy was happening here. What other charges are they hiding from me? 더 보기

Stayed here for 1 night when visiting DC. Metro close by. The room was clean and fine for a nights sleep. Price was very reasonable. Restaurants are convenient. Would do it again.

I had a one day business meeting.. it was fine for one night stay.

The last two times we stayed there we had a hard time sleeping soundly due to noise in the next room or out on the balcony after 11:00 PM.

Basic hotel on busy road; rooms open onto the outside walkway. The first room I was given only had thin venetian blinds and no drapes, it was insufficient to block the window. I had to leave my house for a fluke circumstance. To me it was pricey, but it was the cheapest I could find. Was it worth the money? It may have been had I used more amenities. Was it comfortable? Yes. Was it quiet? Yes (I have many roommates at my house). Decent cable selection. Convenient. The front desk man was super-friendly for it being 10pm at […] night (more so than, say, a Marriot). This hotel had a good rate for the area, considering that the average price of hotels in the VA/DC area is quite high. The manager was very receptive. We had a problem with the plumbing, but the manager assured us that he will make sure we get a better room for future visits. Much appreciated!

Was not happy with accomodations at this hotel! The room is listed as an Handicap for one person the bed is listed as a Queen size, but is actually a full size bed... The room was modified to allow a wheelchair accessable to shower room and cau sing the sleeping area to be very cramped! This is a low-cost option in an expensive area of the United States. If you want luxury you'll have to pay more, so don't expect bells and whistles. As it is, this place was fine. Rooms were cleaned when requested, the manager was friendly and personable, the one-mile walk to the metro can easily be done in 20 minutes, and the Mexican restaurant next […] door was pretty good. This hotel was a great choice overall but the continental breakfast was lacking to say the least. Warm coffee, Hot orange juice, and cheap donuts is not a continental breakfast. Not in my opinion.

I did not feel safe and it smelled like urine. never again

This is a great, inexpensive place to stay if you are planning to visit Washington DC. Close to Metro line for easy train commute. Clean and comfortable, nice town with all amenities close by. Great Mexican restaurant right next door. Our stay was pleasant, no surprises. Staff very friendly.

Good location in a short drive to Washington. Good restaurants nearby (recommend Japanes sushi place towards the Vienna village). Value for money.

Although a little thread bare, our room was clean and the price for the location near Wolf Trap and Tysons Corner for a long term stay was good (not as great as can be had with weekend rates). Our A/C conked out on the 3rd night, but was repaired when we returned in the afternoon. As opposed to earlier comments, the continental breakfast bagels/donuts/juice/fruit/coffee […] was always well stocked and seemed to be open extended hours since it is still just in an empty room as the remodeling is nearing completion. The room was clean but shabby. The bathroom door had sections of the veneer missing. The walls had drops where someone had thrown things into the trash and missed. One of the light bulbs was out. The carpet was coming up in sections. The walls showed where furniture and pictures had been before and were scraped and dirty looking. The outside walks could […] use a good power washing--they had stains, gum, and dirt. Ditto for the outside stairwells. The office was tiny. Looking at past reviews the "hotel" is remodeling the office. Those reviews were months ago. How long does it take to remodel? The hotel is actually a motel. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the linens were well used but clean, the A/C worked, and it was quiet. It was cheaper than the famous chain inns in the area. The office management was courteous. My overall impression is that the motel is on the run-down side and needs more than paint. The fixtures and interiors need to be repaired/remodeled. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The location is good with lots of restaurants nearby. The price is very reasonable.

We pulled back the sheets and we had bugs! We left.

The room carpet was not clean. The carpet has black stains all over. There was smell in room apperently from dirty carpet. I would not stay in this hotel in future.

Good value for the cost Front desk was being renewed when we stayed, so a little chaos found Metro within walking distance for the fit but parking is about $5 all day at weekdays and free at the weekend - 30 Min to Washington down town

Very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to rehersal dinner and wedding reception we went to at the Marco Polo's, which was right across the street. Would stay there again.

They can call it a hotel but it's a motel. Three floors, outside entrance. Room was OK but worn. This place has obviously been around for awhile. Surrounding neighborhood is fine. Conveniently located about 2 miles from the MetroRail station, which I recommend for taking into DC. Easy to use and only $9 for an all day pass. Really beats driving in DC. […] The hotel office was under renovation; not sure if the whole motel is. Had to go to the office for ice. This hotel was recommended by the hotels.com staff. I was disappointed with this choice. Upon entering the office (during renovations) there was little space. The computer for guest use was in the same office and it was too crowded when people were checking in. Also there was no privacy. The ice machine was in the back of the office and I had to wait […] for over 5 minutes to get ice although there were 2 people in the office. There were knats in my room and too much activity outside the room since these were outside rooms and my room faced a mexican restaurant. 더 보기

Very, very disappointed with the quality of the room, and with the continental breakfast. Please do not look at this hotel as a choice for a good place to stay.

Very poorly maintained; main office was a mess. Smoking rooms were in real need of redecorating and appliances did not function properly. Non smoking rooms had no appliances whatsoever. We stayed there because of the hotel's proximity to Wolfrap and a concert we intended to attend. We asked for some ice for our cooler. Hotel room was very clean but very small and old. There was renuvation going on so it was hard to judge the whole complex. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Over all it was okay for just one night.

the hotel has seen better days. there was work going on in the reception area so a temporary office was being used but the sign at the entrance indicated the work should have been finished last february. there was a smell of stale smoke in the room and the blinds were faulty. the accommodation was adequate but for the cost not value for money

The best I can say is thank you for the free parking. It is near the metro.the dog hair and barkingmade the very old mattress seem even worse.

We found the staff to be very pleasant and most helpful. No, it is not the Ritz, but for the price is was definitely worth the value.
