A suitable,convenient, reasonably priced hotel for use in conjuction with a ferry to or from UK. A good restaurant which was also reasonably priced and open from early evening til late. The surrounding area is modern and well tended but rather barren with public car parks and DIY type mega stores although there is a grassy river bank to one side.The […] hotel car park was easy to access and seemed secure - and there was no charge to use it at quiet times. Our room was clean & well serviced, although rather small. We used the sofa bed which gave little open space in the room. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is located over 10km from the center of Bilbao. The nearest Metro is a good 10 minutes walk away, but very efficient. May not so close to Bilbao downtown as you want, but its a great option, at a great rate on an wonderful facilities. We stayed with 2 kids (3 and 7 years) and its was perfect. Strongly recomended.

We have used this hotel as an overnight stop before boarding onto Pride of Bilbao ferry to Portsmouth. The hotel is conveniently located near the main route and first of all a 15 minute drive from the port. We were very pleased with the Novotel Bilbao Exhibition Centre, the gentleman on reception was really helpful, he has great knowledge of the Bilbao area and was able to provide us with accurate information on what to see, how to get there and costs. Our room was really clean and the room was spacious and light. The meal in the restaurant was excellent […] and the service was prompt. Un poco difícil de encontrar, junto a Decathlón, Leroy-Merlin, Mediamarkt, Eroski, etc. Desayuno bastante bueno, aunque con el feo detalle de apagar la luz de los salones cuando da la hora de cierre, aunque quede gente terminando de desayunar. Habitaciones pequeñas con sofá-cama pequeño para que duerman dos niños. No hay armario para ropa ni maletas, […] salvo una esquina de 40 cm con cuatro perchas. environnement glauque, le lit est comfortable mais certainement pas une prestation de 4 etoiles.....moquettes sales etc....

Ett fint hotell med bra läge nära shopping och stora outlet-butiker. Läget nära Ikea var ett extra plus för att kunna äta billigt. Fins lekparker i närheten är toppen för barnfamiljer. Bra service vid hotellets pool. Badvakt och handduksservice! Minus dock för dyr restaurang, speciellt frukosten som var på tok för dyr. Dåligt med förvaringsutrymmen […] på rummet, inga garderober. Hotellet ligger sentralt i forhold til flyplass og undergrund til sentrum av Bilbao eller Gugenheim. Meget bra standard til en huggelig pris og ikke minst meget huggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Eneste minus som deles ut er maten i resturanten som dessverre ikke holdt samme standard. Rune - Stord, Norway

Todo perfecto, la unica pega, es que la habitacion tiene una especie de armario muy pequeño. Ideal para estancias cortas. Muy tranquilo

La habitacion su per pequena, la moqueta su per sucia daba asco andar por encima sin zapatos,en entorno un poligono industrial y e. Recpcion unos cara duras que intentaron cobrarme dos veces con diferencia en peor hotel en mucisimo tiempo

Sólo estuvimos una noche, pero el trato por parte de la recepción fue muy amable, las habitaciones totalmente insonorizadas hicieron que pudíeramos descansar satisfactoriamente, volveríamos a repetir

todo en el hotel excelente excepto los 15€ diarios del parking, en relacion con el precio del hotel es astronomico, solucionadlo pronto o colocar una tarifa por horas nocturnas de estancia

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena, el hotel fenomenal, el trato de los empleados inmejorable, repetiremos la estancia

Quiero dar las gracias a Erica recepcionista. El 4 de abril, por la noche mi esposo estaba enfermo y Erica pidió un médico y era muy útil.

Nos ha gustado mucho sobre todo el baño. Nos encanto tener bañera y ducha. Mas bien por nuestra hija a la hora del baño. Quizás lo que a lo mejor eche en falta, era una manta auxiliar, porque la manta que estaba puesta en el sofá cama, era muy delgada. O poner otro edredón como el que teníamos puesto en nuestra cama. L'hôtel était très bien, accueil, chambre, service, etc... avec une station de métro tout près. Le seul inconvénient est que cet hôtel est situé à la périphérie de la ville. Le dernier jour, nous nous sommes fait volé nos bagages qui étaient dans la voiture , stationnée dans le parking situé à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Je conseille donc aux futurs touristes […] ou à toute personne se rendant à Bilbao et choisissant cet hôtel, de stationner leur véhicule dans le parking de l'hôtel et non pas dans le parking gratuit situé à l'arrière de l'hôtel, car il semble que les vols soit courants car des bris de vitres étaient situés sur tout le parking. 더 보기

en famille, nous sommes allées à Bilbao pour visiter le musée Gughenheim. Nous avons pris la formule chambre + pass musée + billet pour transports en commun (métro moderne et très propre) attention aux billets pour les transports avec cette formule ils sont parfois obsolète (notre cas) petit bémol, la piscine est petite et à l'ombre. sinon hôtel très […] bien tenu 더 보기

L'accueil s'est bien passé, l'installation niquel, mis à part le parking payant (15€ / jour) mais il y a moyen de se garer juste a coté. On est juste a coté de l'autoroute mais c'est super bien isolé. Le métro est ) 5 min a pied et nous emmène direct au centre ville.

cet hotel est trés agreable, pres d'une bouche de metro qui permet d'aller en ville sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Rapport qualité prix irreprochable pour une famille de 5.

L'albergo è posizionato nella zona commerciale della città, vicino alle grandi catene commerciali. E' nuovo e modernamente strutturato. Il personale non è velocissimo ma gentile. Consigliata la mcchina

Je recommande cet établissement. Pour les familles avec enfants c'est l'idéal, chambre avec 2 lit confortables et de la place.
