샹그릴라 호텔 치앙마이 (Shangri-La Hotel Chiang Mai) - 치앙 마이

예쁜 호텔입니다. 아주 좋은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 아침식사와 저녁뷔페가 좋았습니다. 끝내주는 수영장이 있습니다. 일분정도만 걸으면 야시장이 있습니다. 호텔이 너무 좋았습니다. 가게 수준의 재단사를 포함하는 시설이 있습니다.

가족과 나는 지난 Chiang Mai에 방문하였을때 머무른 호텔에 매우 만족하였습니다. 비록 호텔은 근처 야시장에 근접해 있지만 너무 가까워서 밤에 사람들무리와 소음을 피할수 없습니다. 호텔은 크고 조용합니다 그리고 합리적인 뷔페가 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도와주려고 합니다. 만약 Chiang Mai에 다시방문한다면 꼭 다시 갈겁니다.

저는 10일간 있으려고 계획했는데 불행하게도 5일째에 사고를 당했습니다. 20일동안 부러진 다리로 병원신세를 졌습니다. 이틀이 지나고 나서야 호텔에서 제가 병원에 있다는것을 알았습니다…두명의 매니저가 꽃을 들고 방문하였습니다. 두번째날 다른 두명이 과일바구니를 들고 왔습니다. 세번째날에는 호텔 매니지먼트에서 병원에서 나오면 계획했던 날만큼 더 호텔에서 머무를수 있다고 했습니다. 그게 완벽한게 아니라면 뭘까요? 겨울에 다시 가서 같은곳에 머루를 생각입니다.

The Shangri-La in Chiang Mai met all our expectations. Our room was very clean and spacious (plenty of room for 3 adults), and the amenities were excellent. The location was great, walking distance to the night market and very good restaurants. We will stay there again the next time we visit this wonderful city.

My wife, 7 year old son, and I stayed here for 5 nights Jan/12 and were absolutely delighted with both the facility and the staff. We upgraded to the horizon club, which meant a larger, higher up room, breakfast, snacks, and generous buffet happy hour. Food quality and selection were excellent. The staff were truly wonderful. Even measured against the […] high level of service one sees in Thailand the staff were superb. Every person at every level was gracious, friendly, helpful and kind. Our concierge George was exceptionally good, offering spot on advice, and always making us feel welcome. This is without question the finest establishment of its type I have visited, and the value is incredible. If you visit Chiang Mai, stay here. You will be glad you did. 더 보기

The room was nice, shower and tub, comfortable bed. Wonderful pool. Staff were nice for the most part. Not all of them as they decide who they need to be nice to. spa is very expensive. Breakfast is good but expensive. They offer a pickup at airport but better off taking a taxi which is really cheap and 10 mins ride to Hotel. Overall good Hotel

there was only one small disappoinment with the tennis court that was under rennovation without advance notice when I booked the room a month ahead. However, the duty manager offered to take us to the nearby community court which was in terrible condition. Everthing else was excellent. We'll stay there again.

Great staff, great hotel. Horizon Club upgrade well worth it. Surprisingly good gym too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

An absolutely outstanding hotel. Impeccable service. Just the right amount of attention: I neither felt ignored nor annoyed. The gym/pool/spa complex was excellent and there was almost nobody there. I felt like royalty. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The service at this hotel was truly 5 star, from the reception desk service, the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff and to the consierge staff. The location was fine because a reasonably priced tuk-tuk can take you anywhere; even in the pouring rain they are comfortable. The pool area and grounds are well-kept and manicured. Great Hotel. Value for money. Try the very reasonalby priced international buffet lunch, with extensive menu offerings. Staff are excellent and amenities are great. Offer of triple share made the stay affordable. Convenient to nearby shops and restaurants along the Ping River. Best kept secret.. Not only a hotel but a resort feel Highly recommended

I read all of the reviews before booking and feel like I stayed in a completely different hotel than the one described. On the upside, the location is fantastic and the rooms are large. But the rooms are very dull in decor compared to other 4 and 5 stars in Thailand. More importantly, the service was absolutely atrocious. One both days, they failed […] to make up my room by 5pm, when I finally called down to the desk. Then on the second day, they took the bedspread away and just never brought it back. Despite 2 calls to ask for some covers....nothing! When I mentioned it at checkout, I got a (friendly) shrug! The gym is quite nice though unlike most other 4/5 stars, there are no personal TV's...only very loud disco. The pool area is nice, though some chunks of the grounds seem abandoned...water features drained etc. On the whole, in our 3 weeks of travel, we stayed in significantly better 4 or 5 star hotels for much less, with much better service, and better amenities/ 더 보기

I stayed at the Shangri-la for 4 nights on my 12th visit to Chiang Mai. I have stayed at a number of different hotels in the area and the Shangri-la far out shined them all. The service was exceptional, even for Thailand. The staff from front desk to the pool boys totally exceeded my expectations. My room was beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally quiet. […] If I had not seen other guests at the elevator, I would have thought I had the hotel to myself. The best part was the pool. I have not seen another in the area that is even close. It is big, crystal clear, and surrounded by blooming magnolia trees. I found it an oasis in the middle of the busy city. The location is also excellent. Within 1 block of my two favorite restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the night bazaar. I found the Shangri-la to be a delight and was very sad when it was time to leave. I look forward to the opportunity to stay again. 더 보기

The hotel is just on the tail end of the night market a short walk from the old city. Our 9th floor room gave us a great view of the mountains. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thev spa was fantastic

This Shangri-La did not exceed my expectations since, having stayed in many Shangri-La's before, my expectations were already very high: a superb hotel chain. Great location, close to night market. Lovely pool which, in downtown Chiang Mai, is not very common. Absolutely recommended

The Shangri-La in Chaing Mai must be one of the nicest hotels in the world. I've stayed at the likes of the Peninsula, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, etc. and they don't come close to the experience that this hotel provides. The hotel itself is very new and absolutely gorgeous, with some of the nicest common spaces I've ever seen. The pool, grounds, and […] spa are truly beautiful. But perhaps most impressive was the quality of the service -- better than anywhere else I've experienced. Oh and the rooms themselves and extremely nice. We wound up extending our stay in Chaing Mai by a day just so we could enjoy the hotel. What you get for the money is incredible. I recommend upgrading to a Horizon Club room if possible. 더 보기

如果来清迈不想住GH，那就选择香格里拉吧，一如既往的品质，宽大的房间，舒适的室内温度，出行也很便利。晚上走几步就到了night bazzar夜市。

Luksus - genial pool, meget roligt selvom det ligger lige ved natmarkedet og alting. Anbefales.

ゆったりとした作りで、プールもきれいで とてものんびりできました。 カウントダウンで灯篭を空に飛ばしたのは 幻想的でとても素敵な思い出になりました。 ホテルが広いせいか、かなりの宿泊客がいる はずなのに、あまり人々とすれ違うことがなく 快適にすごせました。

ホテルは悪くないが、KAD KAFEのスタッフ教育がひどかった。食べている途中に、会計させられたり、 プレートをもっていかれた。。また、スタッフ間の会話に夢中で、お客様への挨拶が徹底されていなかった。ホテルにしては、珍しい対応だったので、びっくりしました。

タイは物価が安いので、こういう時に豪華なホテル滞在をお勧めします。

Very good as expected. Nothing that stood out really. I can definately recoment this hotel.
