Overall this room met our needs, first time I've ever stayed in an extended type hotel, it's a little different than a typical overnight hotel setup. The little things that your used to like (shampoo, hair dryer, etc) are not a part of the stay, which is not a big deal if you come prepared. The staff was very nice and professional. This hotel has not been updated in some time. A lot of noise coming from above (no good sound proofing between floors). Only a sheet and blanket on bed. Notice posted on inside of door advising NOT to open door for anyone who says they are from the office--unless you receive a call from the office first. My room was clean and neat. If a person were going to actually be using the kitchen, a few more basics (like a pot and pan) would have been nice. The bed was not very comfortable, but the linens were clean. The TV worked fine. It was good for the price, but more comfortable beds would be the icing on the cake.

Clean, friendly, not too expensive (especially when compared with our prices in Canada!). Convenient for meals and I75.

Overall very dissatisfied. Hotel smelled, asked for extra pillow and they had none available, asked for shampoo and they told be to go buy some. Never again will I stay in a Studio Plus,

This is a hotel of the "extended stay" type, meaning no breakfeast but oven, stove and dishwasher in the room. The room we god was the deluxe version of a queen bed, and the room was huge, like an apartment. Nice, clean, good condition and friendly service. I'vould stay there for any length of time. and we got a good price too.

I got an exceptionally good rate for my Monday overnight and was less than three minutes from where I was working temporarily. Should have brought my bathing suit fro that inviting outdoor pool! I was able to borrow a hair blower from the front desk.

Certainly got our monies worth; room was adequate size and kitchen facilities were very convenient. Slight smoke odor in hallways - always a problem when hotel provides both non-smoking and smoking rooms.

I have onle stayed in one other place that I've had no problems. The only problems we had were not the hotels fault. There was construction on the road, but I did not get woke up by the trucks or equipment. Another child vomited in the pool, but no one was watching the 3 or 4 yr old that brought her down. When we left, I asked what was the best way […] to get to the zoo and the lady gave me great directions. When we were about 3 miles away I realized we left out cups in the freezer and turned around to get them and the man was really nice and took me down to get them. Good clean room and a comfortable beds for a quick over night stay or even for a couple of days at a reasonable price. Not a four star hotel but I would rate it a 2.5 to 3 star.

The bedding was a little old school but for the price it was a nice place to lay your head for the night.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were not aware that this was an "extended stay" motel or we would have brought food for snacks and breakfast. The clerk was very nice and refunded money when the drink machine gave me a coke instead of a water. Will probably stay here on future trips through Toledo.

We really enjoyed this hotel, it's in a great location, it's close enough to everything to be convenient and far enough out of the way to be peaceful.A big plus for us was that there were resterants withing walking distance.

Did not expect to have a full kitchen. A little pricey.

The room was OK, kind of crammed with all they put in there for an effeciency. Bathroom was really small. Could hear all the footsteps from the room above everytime they walked across the room. When they flushed the toilet it sounded like you were getting flooded. Hallways were really smokey smelling although we had a non-smoking room and it did not […] smell. Could use some updating at the hotel. Wasn't bad for the great price we got, good location to restaurants and the country club where we attended the wedding reception. FOR A THIRD OF WHAT OTHER HOTELS CHARGE I GOT A BEAUTIFUL ROOM WITH ALL THE AMMENITIES. CONVIENIENT TO EVERYTHING A TRAVELER COULD NEED. (ROAD WORK MINOR HASSLE). WILL CHECK OUT STUDIO PLUS IN FUTURE TRAVELS. NICE JOB.

One of the nicest rooms i've stayed at.Hotel employees very professional,close to shopping,dining,etc.etc.

very clean, new carpet and furniture. They do not problem any bathroom amenities except soap to keep prices down, which is ok. This is an effeciency room complete with small kitchen and work table for computers. Great place and quiet.

We were very happy with the room, and it was a suite. Very nice.
