The rooms were not that clean and the people at the front desk were not that friendly at all. I could not sit in the comfort chair because of the stains on it and did not leave my bags or anything on the floors, and could not walk on the floors without shoes on.

The Staff was friendly. It was fast since I reserved online. The price was Fair. It was a bit of a drive from downtown St. Louis. There wasn't much to eat near by (at least not in the direction I was heading). The room was clean. I would book with them again.

It is a good place for a one night stay if you are on a budget travel.

For the price you can't best this place great location in the center of town and for a couple og nights the place is a steal I will be going back

We made a long weekend and stayed here. We choose the signature room because they are newly remodled and located on first floor. We could park right in front of our door which was good. When we first arrived the room looked ok intill we noticed the trash was full, a quick call to front desk and they came and changed it. After that I did wash all the […] dishes myself to make sure they were clean. I also noticed a hair on the floor but didn't complain about it. They said they bed was suppose to be a pillow top but I don't think it was and it was very hard, but for the price it would be cheaper to buy a topper and stay here than stay in a different place with better beds. The area was great, it was close enought to everything without being in a bad part of town.] We liked the fact that they do not come in to clean the room everyday. If you are staying for an extended time they come once a week inless you pay for more. We didn't want anyone having a reason to go in the room and mess with our stuff. The TV is on the smaller side but had hook ups on the front for a dvd player or something because they only had about 20 channels on tv. The bathroom was pritty small but had alot of counter space. There was a full size fridge and 2 burner stove, (no oven) sink and dishes for 2, one smaller pot, and normal pan. This was in the area of many places the sink is outside the bathroom. There in only a queen bed in the room, i also think they have rooms with 2 twins but don't know how you could sleep more than 2 people in a room. I had one issue where on the day we were checking out housekeeping came knocking on the door at 8 in the morning to see if we would be leaving that day. I asked what time checkout was and said we would be out before then, next time i will put the do not disturb out. we will stay here agian, It is worth $40 a night, next time we will bring something to put on top of the bed to be comfortable, and more pillows (i use alot of pillows) and a dvd player or video ga 더 보기

For a good price it is close enough for all kinds great attractions.

The hotel is not new. Having noted the obvious, it was clean, well-maintained, and easy to get to from Lambert Airport. The staff personnel were pleasant, professional, and helpful. My room had a refrigerator, microwave, and other amenities found in more expensive hotels. The bed was comfortable and pillows were, too. The hotel was pretty nice except that the first two rooms they put us in were supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. Eventually they upgraded us to a much nicer room that smelled just fine. Very nice and friendly service.

This location is very clean and quiet. This is the nicest Extended Stay America I have ever stayed in during all of my years of travel. Great Area with lots of great restaurants and entertainment.

This was the most disgusting hotel room I ever saw! The kitchenette was covered in grease and hair. The bed had black & brown shell casings and a bunch of hair in it. The hotel is in a nice area, don't get me wrong. It seems like a middle class suburb of St. Louis. You really need a car if you plan on staying here. The public transportation situation isn't the best out here. About a 20-30 minute drive to downtown STL or about 1.5hr commute via multiple buses. My room was clean and comfortable. If you can't sleep on a firm bed, you might want to consider another hotel. On another note, Extended Stay does not clean your room every day. They clean it once every 7 days or you can pay a nominal fee to have them clean your room when you'd like. You get what you pay for. This place is fine for a night maybe two. I wouldn't recommend staying here for an actual Extended Stay more than two nights. However, if you are on a budget and don't mind a room that isn't clean or a hard bed...then by all means knock yourself out.

My needs for an overnight stay are simple......a bed, a toilet, a shower. My room had more than those so I'm a satisfied customer.

I read a lot of the reviews on this place and did not take the negative ones seriously. As soon as we showed up we were told that the room we booked, with a queen bed, had already been given to another guest. The only room they had left was one with a double. Strike 1. I said O ok, cause I am a nice person and people make mistakes and I can survive […] not in a queen, but when we got to the room the main light didn't work, I had to use my cell phone light to try and find the light on the end table. That one also didn't work, so I had to stumble to the bathroom hitting my leg on the way. Strike 2. As soon as the light was turned on the room just looked dirty and the smell was awful, (the smell had been there prior to the light being on, I just couldn't put 2 strikes in the same example) Strike 3. So we left and asked for a refund, which Hotels.com was very helpful with and we did get our money back. But take the negative reviews seriously, don't think that it won't happen to you!!! 더 보기

Desk staff was not friendly or professioal, for an extended stay room was expecting better than one old/broken recliner to sit on. Bed was comfortable & room was clean. Key didn't work and had to stand out in the cold waiting for desk clerk to come up and unlock door.

the stay was good quality for the time span we stayed. the bed was kinda hard but we were only there for one night. so it served its purpose.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and nice location. Needs remodeling, but well worth the money. Friendly staff, would stay here again.

I am a native to Florida, however I traveled to Saint Louis last weekend to visit my fiancé. I booked this hotel on the recommendation of a friend and I had high expectations. First the lobby attendant checked us in a gave us the room key to room 320, which we hiked the entire flight of stairs to reach, to find it occupied. We returned to the lobby […] where she gave us a new room. We got settled and everything seemed fine, until the next morning when we woke to someone trying to enter the room. We had the deadbolt on so he couldn't get in, but he had been sent to our room and neither I nor my fiancé were decent and were, to say the least, angry about being woken up at 8 am. My girlfriend complained that the experience made her uncomfortable at the hotel and it ruined our weekend together. Upon checking out, she complained to the lobby attendant who was blatantly disrespectful and gave a sarcastic apology. Upon requesting my receipt I realized it was completely wrong and for someone who we now had all the information. Overall I must say I couldn't be more dissatisfied with our stay. I do a lot of traveling and I've never had a single complaint. I was unable to enjoy my one weekend a month with my fiancé because of where we stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE! 더 보기

Hard bed ,Table was kinda grimy, clean bathroom clean fridge. Room smelled like dirty tennis shoes.

I checked into the Extended Stay and the front desk clerk was very rude, on top of that the room was very nasty! There was food left on the floor, beer cans under the bed, the sheets were dirty, and If this wasn't enough the toliet had urine around it! It was a horrible experience and I would not stay here ever again.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet was clogged before we got there. The cheap price was the only saving grace. You're better off spending a few extra bucks on a nicer place.

The room was so nasty! Smelled like mildew was dirt on the air conditioning unit. carpets were nasty!! Never will i ever stay again!!

The room in itself was awesome untill you need to do the one thing you got the room for "sleep". The bed was as hard as a rock, the only way I was able to sleep was in the recliner, thank God for that. Besides that everything was truly great.
