This hotel packs a lot of good things into a small layout. It's cozy and within walking distance of restaurants, etc. The staff is very courteous and the concierge even walked outside to wave down a taxi for me.

I thought that the room was everything I had anticipated, and more. I'm used to staying in Hampton Inn's on occasion, and this one was terrific. Even better was the staff - the woman with whom we dealt with at the front desk was SO accomidating and relaxed. I would certainly consider staying there the next time that we're in Soho.

The check in went great; the person was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area and best way to navigate the city

more than decent place in SOHO. stayed with the wife and kids. free in room wifi, free breakfast, free refreshments 24/7 in the lounge area. staff is extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. the business center printer was being used by someone for a long time period, so the front desk person let me print out our boarding passes from her computer, which […] was very nice, especially since she was in the middle of using her computer to do paperwork. one problem is the hotel is located on the street that leads to the Holland Tunnel, which means there is traffic almost constantly. our cab back to JFK couldnt even get down that street, so we had to walk around the corner to catch it. not a huge deal, but just an FYI. also, take note that while the overall location of the hotel is fantastic vis-a-vis SOHO and TRIBECA, the immediate surrounding neighborhood is pretty blah compared to other hotels that are located in the thick of SOHO shops or whatever. i would consider staying again, if other comparably priced SOHO hotels were not available. 더 보기

Good hotel in the SOHO district, near to metro connections and plenty of resturants. Good breakfast and services at the hotel in general. Fast interenet access in the rooms. Slow elevators is the only negative.

What a fantastic hotel! Excellent location - close to restaurants, take-away and also so close to the Subway station. The complimentary breakfast provided each morning was outstanding - so much more than we expected. Great hotel in a great location. Perfect for overnighter or longer stay!

I generally stay in mid-town or the upper west side, but for this trip, a family member favored Soho. Hampton Inn location was perfect. We had school age children with us and the staff really paid attention to make sure they were comfortable. I was a little hesistant about booking this hotel because the rate was so cheap but i was very impressed. the location was perfect. close to cute boutique shopping and the usual mall stores. Hilton-G seems good. But small room, small restaurant for breakfast with no table to sit (too many guests), no bathtub. Reception was kind.

perfect location, great staff except for one woman that is usually there in the morning, she is very rude and made a mistake during my stay. called up my room yelled at me to then realize she mad a mistake called back and didn't even apologies and said oh everything is ok now. when i told her the second day that i didn't appreciate her service and on […] how she handle her self over the phone with me, she started to yell again and explain why she was yelling because of an error in there system. 더 보기

I love this hotel. We have stayed here 4 times over the past 4 years. It's in a great location and everyone working in the hotel that we have ever come in contact with is very friendly. They really seem like they are happy you are staying there which is not typical the experience at many hotels. Their breakfast buffet is a nice perk as well.

It was an amazing weekend! The staff was nice,the room was very clean! The breakfast was free and amazing!

Convenient location though traffic heaidng to tunnel often backs up in front of hotel. No problem by cab or walking. Clean. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast. I will return.

2 nights after into our hotel stay our safe did not open with the code we had used to program it. A hotel employee had to open the safe for us. Shortly after which we noticed $50 was missing. When bringing this up to the hotel manager we were told we must have forgotten the safe code (not possible, as we programmed it according to a memorable date, […] and tested it a few times before leaving the room). We heard other guests talking about having the same issues: their safe not opening. After this incident we did not feel safe leaving our possessions in the room, and decided it was best to find another hotel. First stay in the Tribeca area. This is where I'll be staying the next time I'm in town.

This was my third visit to this hotel, the location is great for Soho shopping, East and West village. Plenty of restaurants within close distance. The first night we had a malfunctioning noisy heating unit and when the chief engineer looked at it he upgraded us to a superior room for the rest of our stay. Great last minute hotel stay in Soho. Within walking distance from Little Italy & excellent dining options! The best part was we parked our car right outside the hotel for no fee & even better when it was time to leave we drove right out on the holland tunnel. Zero traffic! I absolutely loved my stay at the Hampton Inn Soho location. The staff were very courteous and helpful, the bar tender was a lot of fun and the cleaning staff were not intrusive and were very careful not to disturb guests. The hotel also offers a generous free breakfast until 10AM which allowed me to sleep in a bit without having to rush downstairs […] for something to eat. Additionally, this hotel is roughly 5 blocks from Bleecker St and a host of restaurants, shops and little parks. This hotel is in an amazing NYC neighborhood and is very reasonably priced. Great hotel for the price overall. Breakfast until 10. It was good enough. Location right next to the A-C-E and 1-2-3 subway lines which will get you over a lot of the island quickly. Amazing value for a modern looking hotel. Great shower in room, decent bed and TV and in great location, about 4 blocks from Soho shopping. Great budget business outpost. And breakfast is included and nice with egg and waffle options in addition to cereal, etc.

The room was bit small but confortable to stay. it is placed close to Soho and very convenient to take subway. I will again use them when i have chance to visit NY again.

Overall, the hotel was good. My only complaint was the curtains. They didn't close all the way and it didn't appear that they were designed to close all the way. It didn't make any sense to me.

Will definitely be staying here again. Hotel is very close to the heart of SoHo as well blocks away from 3 different subway lines. Hotel staff was very friendly! Would come back and stay with them for that alone. Internet was also free which is a huge plus since I had to do some work during the trip and they offered free breakfast each morning.

Everything was great about the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful and they even saved our luggage for almost 20 hours after checking out! Clean, comfy and overall great! I will totally come back!

This was a one night, Saturday stay. I had pretty high expectations for this property based on other reviews and photos. Overall, while a bit disappointed, it was decent and I would consider staying again. I booked the reservation online and paid a reasonable rate considering it is NYC. The room was small but smartly laid out with good storage and […] nice linens. It had a decent bathroom, which along with the room, was in pretty good condition and quite modern in design. The room I was given was on the 2nd floor with a view to an alley (complete with a view of a chicken coop) behind the hotel (i.e. no city view), so the place looses a few points based on that. The room was right next to the stairway and an elevator yet was very quiet. The real complaints I have were the following: missing room fire alarm (major code violation), a safe which did not work, and the hot/cold faucet in the shower that was broken and had a temporary screw in place to allow it to be turned. I called management about the safe, but I was on my way out just after check in and could not wait for a visit by the repair staff. In fact, I was only in the hotel for an overnight or I would have requested a room change based on the broken items. When I discussed these items with the front desk upon checkout they were very apologetic and concerned and I would hope they have already been addressed. 더 보기
