The hotel is clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was great, but the air in our room was awful. We had it turned as low as it would go and the coolest our room got was 79. The hotel was perfect for me. It was near where i wanted to be and close to Phoenix. The people at the front desk were as nice as could be. I thought my room was clean when I went in and the staff did a nice job when they cleaned it. I liked the little buffet for breakfast. It was just right for me. I stayed 1 night with my children as we were traveling from CA to CO. The room is a bit on the small side, but clean. The beds were very comfortable...no springs sticking me during the night and I woke-up without back pain. The breakfast was pretty good. I stayed in the downtown comfort suites. with my family. The carpet was the dirtiest I have ever seen in a motel. The outlets were fire hazards. The pool had vomit in it, the staff refused to clean it, for the two days we were there. I asked several times no answer was given other than the were sorry. The hotel itself was comfortable but very basic. We were going to a Cubs spring training game, which was only 1-2 miles away. That being said, the neighborhood, and the entire city of Mesa for that matter, was very trashy! Everything was very run down and there was either a dollar store, a thrift store, or an auto shop on every block.

Hotel is fairly new or renovated and was clean and comfortable. Located on the fringe of a shady part of town - if you walk West from the hotel, Main St is modern and non-threatening with a fair number of nice eating establishments. Walk East from the hotel and you may feel a bit insecure.

Nice hotel but was slightly cramped for four adults. My only complaint: I went down for the free breakfast to find it had closed early...seemed a little cheap in that aspect. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it served as a nice place for our one night stay in Mesa.

Nice motel, clean, good breakfast, and nice staff.

Hotel was beyond our expectations, especially for the price! The ONLY thing it lacked was some firmer pillows, but I can cope with soft pillows, no problem. Room was great, staff friendly and very helpful, would recommend highly!

Came for a wedding. Stayed 2 nights. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere very pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

While I was only there for a day, the hotel was well worth the price. The facility offered free internet, and free printing for my airline check-in. The staff was helpful with any request I gave them. Would definitely stay again.

I had meetings very close to another hotel but that hotel was more then $30 per night more expensive. I was pleased with the room and the staff, and it was pretty convenient to my meeting location. The Wi-fi was good, but I didn't use the outdoor pool or jacuzzi. There were several small restaurants within 5-6 blocks, nothing fancy at all, but ok. […] I was told that the neighborhood was not the greatest, but it looked fine to me and of course I had no problems. In all, I had a very good experience and would go back there. I don't know if it would be good for families, though. 더 보기

The hotel looked fairly new and non-descript. It lacked a cut-away ramp in the front sidewalk near the door, so you have to heft your rolling suitcase up the curb. Inside was again fairly non-descript, but the finishes were nice. The room was pretty standard-sized (smallish), but again, the furniture and finishes were nicer than average. The flat-screen […] TV was nice and the granite in the bathroom was nice as well. The carpet had an interesting hi-lo texture that added to the nice look of the room. The curtains closed completely and had both sheers and black-outs. Nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bed linens were thick and luxurious. On the negative side, there were some splashes of some liquid on the bathroom door and door frame, and when I called down to the desk to have it cleaned up (the sign said to call if everything wasn't perfect), the clerk said she was the only one there (it was evening) and she'd get up later to take care of it. She never did. The carpet was also kind of dirty. Not horrible, but not fresh and clean. The clerk was pleasant, but when I asked about places to eat, she said everything was closed (it was only about 6:30 pm). I found a really nice Mexican place a mile away and there were plenty of other places open. 더 보기

Check in went perfectly, the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, breakfast was good, and the location ideal for a few days spent at the LDS temple in downtown Mesa. I would recommend this hotel to others and will plan to stay here again myself.

Everything was nice for the price. Breakfast was a bit disappointing though. Cold cereal, juice; high point: make-'em-yourself-waffles served with margerine. We requested a room with a jacuzzi. It was difficult to get in & out of, as you didn't step down into it. You had to step up - way up - to get in it since it was about 2 feet or more off the floor […] with no steps- bad news for someone with a hip replacement (me) or sciatica (my wife). 더 보기

Great hotel. Clean room and bathroom, they have plasma TV in the rooms, the wireless signal is strong and reliable. The breakfast is limited (toast, cereals and waffles), but sufficient. The neighborhood is quiet, however I don't think is the greatest one. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel inside is very nice. Everything is updated and clean. The location is a bit questionable, but the stay was nice.

Hotel & room were very clean - everything looked new. Hotel employees were friendly. Breakfast was good (waffles were the highlight).

Beds were amazingly comfortable. Very clean, quiet, exceptional staff. Definately will stay here again.

This hotel is very new and well furnished. I have HDTV and free WiFi in my room. Everything is of high quality, from dresser and nightstands with dovetailed drawers, to thick pillow-top mattres. There are also lots of high-quality towels nicely and decoratively folded in the bathroom. In fact, I only used 2 of the towels in an effort not to mess up […] the beautiful decoration. The breakfast was also very nice. They have real orange juice, not the cheap orange drink. There is also a self-help waffle machine that you can use to make your own waffles with the fresh batter they provided. The only complaint was the low humming noise the little refrigrator hidden inside the dresser was making. But since it was a constant noise, it became sort of a background white noise after a while. I could've unplugged it too if I wanted to. 더 보기
