머큐어 클래식 호텔 레셍 (Mercure Classic Hotel Leysin) - 레셍

Although we only stayed one night, we had a very enjoyable visit. The mountain view rooms are worth the price. We stayed with children (5-8yo) and they enjoyed the near bye snow activities and on site movie theater.

This is not a 4-star hotel as it is in need of a refurbishment. We also booked an extra night many months before via a phone call from Australia to Switzerland only to find we could have booked online for a much cheaper price. This was not conveyed to us by the hotel staff when the international phone call was made.

Hotel rooms are dated. Also, hotel came up for search in Montreux area. AS the crow flies, it is close but the drive is almost an hour from Montreux.

really on top of the mountain, A little difficult to find and a challenging drive, once there the view is incredible. Hotel itself needs a renovation though is clean and service freindly though not highly professional.

The drive up was unexpectedly long but well worth every turn. The hotel is at the foot of a mountain ski area in a cute little town with stunning views. I can't say enough about the hotel or the staff. They are wonderful.

This was a really nice hotel in Leysin. We had a great view and the room was clean and comfortable. We had noisy neighbours but that was no fault of the hotel. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again next time I was in Leysin. Location is great in the middle of town. Ideal location in centre of village, 300m uphill walk to the ski lift and short walk to restaurants and bars. Food pricey but that applied to everywhere in village. Rooms functional and clean, reception staff couldn't be more helpful and multi-lingual. Great views from our room, nothing really to complain about. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel with good facilities, particularly the restaurant for in September many others in the town had closed. It could not be faulted for excellent service and food. Good location with views across the valley southwards.

Although the location of the hotel is wonderful, (high in the French alps) it is not easy to get to. I didn't mind the drive because the view is breath taking. From the freeway it is 30 minutes through winding uphill roads. We were pleasantly surprised to find this low-cost resort type hotel in otherwise very expensive Switzerland. The town was deserted ; this was June and this is definitely a ski-village. Our experience was all that we could hope for. The room had a balcony from which we could see endless mountains. Finding the hotel was easier than we expected. Superb hotel in the mountains. Fantastic experience in a superb local village. One not to be missed.

hotel very confortable, had a great nights sleep as bed was exellent, area very typically Swiss, amazing views on the way up or down. hotel restaurant was good all staff very polite.

It would be great to be in this hotel if we came to ski. But we didn't. Hotel is in the middle of the mountain past numerous switchbacks. Area very nice and nice view. Staff friendly and helpful. Terrific location and views. Disappointed that a simple coffee service not in room. Restaurant overpriced and seemed empty most of the time. Food seemed too pricey.

Acredito que para o padrão Suiço, realmente o Hotel não pode ser considerado um 4 estrelas. Mas aparentemente, se comparando aos demais hotéis da cidade, e principalmente pela localização e atendimento da recepção, recomendo e com certeza retornarei.

Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Personal im Restaurant auch - bis auf einen Tag. Da wurden wir vergessen. Nicht gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir immer einen sehr schlechten Platz zugewiesen bekamen. Erst als ich am 4. Abend protestierte und zu meiner Frau gesagt habe, dann gehen wir, haben wir einen schöneren Platz gekriegt.

Fint hotell på nästan alla sät. Men aldeles för dyr blygsam frukust! Min son (9) och jag hittade en bätre frukust ute på stan till under halva priset! Internet hotspot i lobbyn men inte på rummet (utan x-tra betalning) känns lite snålt också. Annars helt fint.

Wie kann ein Hotel ohne Air Condition mit einer Zimmertemperatur nachts von gefühlten 27 Grad, Schimmel an der Decke, ein Bad aus den 70ern mit Plastikvorhang an der Badewanne und herausfallenden Schranktüren Vier Sterne erhalten? Dafür gibt es Regeln und in diesem Fall wären maximal 2 angebracht.

As we participated in an event in Lausanne this hotel was closest to the city which was free. The hotel is fine and good service, but the drive from Lausanne is long. 1 hour - and last 30 mins in mountains. Temp in the morning is 9-11°C. The nature is fantastic - but if you are searching for a Hotel close to Lausanne - search again :-)

Hotellet og beliggenheten er fantastisk hvis man ønsker å bo i de sveitsiske alper. Plassen har gode resturanter og en fantastisk utsikt, men en svingete og bratt vei opp til hotellet. Ligger ca 1 time kjøring fra Lausanne, og ned fra Leysin er det en spennende kjøretur. Anebfaler også gondolen opp til 2500 m rett ved hotellet. Bra hotell !!!

Bon hôtel, propre et bien entretenu. Je recommande ce hôtel bien situé au centre de Leysin.

Wir waren mit meiner Frau und Freunden über Neujahr in diesem Hotel. Generell enttäuscht, vor allem von den Zimmern. Flecken an den Mauern und Decke, komischer Geruch. Altes Badezimmer. Hellhörig. Wenn wir es richtig verstanden haben, gibt es zwei Teile im Hotel: der Ost-Wing und der West-Wing, wo wir waren. In diesem befinden sich die „billigeren“ […] Zimmer und, gemäss Empfang, die älteren Zimmer. Wir denken dieses Hotel es ist eher ein 3 Sterne-Hotel und war zu teuer für die Leistungen, die wir bekommen haben. 더 보기

Das erhaltene Zimmer befand sich ín einem Nebengebäude. Der Sauberkeitszustand des Zimmers ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Staub, verschmutze Minibar, verschmutzte Fenster, unhygienischer Badewannenabfluß, eine Fernbedienung ohne Deckel haben uns die Abreise erleichtert. Wenn ein Hotel einen Schnäppchen Preis anbietet (aus welchem Grunde auch immer), sollte […] nicht der Gast dafür bestraft werden. Wenn nur durch Preis der Gast gewonnen werden kann, sollte wenigstens das basic Angebot, wie Sauberkeit eines Zimmers, gewährleistet werden. 4 Sterne Service war nicht gegeben. 더 보기

plutôt 3 que 4 étoiles , chambre premier prix assez petite et confort basique (mini bar vide) lits un peu dur et un seul oreiller très mou . restaurant très correct en qualité prix .

Recepção atenta e rápida a atender.Pessoal do restaurante excelentes!!, comida muito boa, café da manhã farto.Quartos confortáveis.Serviço de camareira precisa melhorar.Localizaçao com vista privilegiada, mas não recomendável para quem tem medo de estradas sinuosas por entre encostas nas montanhas.

emplacement dans les montagnes! environ tres jolie! hotel propre! les murs sont fins donc on entend un peu les chambres voisines mais vu le confort de l'hotel, pas a se plaindre! tres bon rapport qualite/prix!je recommande cet hotel!
