Basic hotel with clean rooms and a standard continental breakfast. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the old center of Baden-Baden and 15-20 minutes to the thermal baths down the main street in Baden Baden. The hotel is located close to the center, parking is a bit of a problem, as no of places are liimited. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast has a nice selection. Staff friendly. Do not understand whay they need to charge for the internerty, but in any case the rates are reasonable.

This is a good hotel located lose to the town centre, had nice comfy room and it was very clean. Only slight criticism is that the receptionist was not very attentive at the bar and was a bit miserable. I don't think she was so happy to be working late at night!

Excellent value. Easy walking distance of city centre. On site parking (fee payable).

we arrived at the hotel around 7 o'clock in the afternoon ,after having travelled for 10 hours drive. My husband suffered from a knee infection and could hardly walk we have found a parking place in the parking garage and asked the reception girl to let us park for two hours free of charge. We wanted to take a rest and then move the car. The answer […] was a definite no no parking free of charge even for a short time. As a result we went to move the car and spent an hour finding an adress where the reception girl sent us to park . I find this attitude unkind and inhuman .I understand the hotel policy is to make profit but sometimes a little bit of kindness in a special case might help.the next day the note on the room contained only the inscription don't disturb and not : make my room. we put the note on the door and when we came back at 7 oclock in the afternoon the room was not Done. However the reception girl changed us the room ,SO there is a kind behaviour if you want to be kind toward the hotel guests. 더 보기

We needed somewhere to stay on the way back from Austria and thought it would be good to visit Baden Baden rather than stay at a cheap Hotel by the side of the motorway. The hotel was clean and modern with a good welcome from reception. The walk into town was short and quite a pleasant walk in the evening sunshine, even for my 9 year old.

This is a great bargain in Baden, just a short (maybe 10 minute) and very pleasant walk from the pedestrian center of town as well as the baths. Hotel is new and very clean/neat, with comfortable beds and good AC.

Great hotel, either new or updated very nicely. Location is very good. A pretty 5-10min. walk to center. Breakfast basic but thats what you get in Europe. Dont forget to visit the Castle and perhaps eat at the great restaurant there. Was a highlight of our trip to Baden Baden.

As you would expect with an HI Express, without a lot of frills. But the price was great, the location was an easy walk into town, and the breakfast was very good. Rooms are small, but that was OK because we spent very little time in the room. Everything was well-designed and very clean.

Everthing is in good condition as it is a very new hotel. Rooms are small but "just big enough". Lobby area is an impersonal shed, but it is perfectly acceptable for a budget hotel and better than many I have stayed in. I would not want to stay longer than a couple of nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is extra and we did not notice it […] on the description, there is also a local tax that is not included either. We travelled with our dog, and the hotel was aware of this. However they then proceeded to charge on a nightly basis for her. Yet up to two under 17 yr olds could share with Mum and Dad at no extra cost! This included a free breakfast for them and nothing provided for my dog. Staff were unable to explain this charge. Пешком можно добраться до казино, в котором играл Достоевский, до знаменитых римско-ирландских купален Фридрисбад и термальных бассейнов Кара Калла.

Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Wir haben nur eine Nacht das HIE genutzt, doch die Sauberkeit von Tiefgarage bis Zimmer / Bad waren vorbildlich, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Kosten oK ! Die Einwegzahnbürste benötigen wir sowieso nicht und an den Kaffeeautomat beim Frühstück kann man sich gewöhnen ,-) Fazit : Wir kommen wieder....

Bardzo schludny hotel z miłą obsługą. Pokoje nowoczesne i czyste, śniadanie lekkie i przyjemne. Parking podziemny bardzo się przydał, ponieważ w pobliżu zbytnio nie ma gdzie parkować. Kawałek od centrum, ale w sam raz odległość do pokonania spacerkiem. Na przeciwko znajduje się stacja benzynowa oraz 500 metrów dalej Netto. W pobliżu jest też przystanek […] autobusowy. Hotel selbst alles super wenn ich jedoch zw. 13.45 - 14.00 h ankomme und das lang vorher reservierte Zimmer nicht fertig ist, mir ein Bezug ab 15 h zugesagt wird ... dann ist mir das für ein Holiday EXPRESS Hotel zu wenig... gern hätte ich auch eine halbe Stunde gewartet... aber nicht bis 15 h

ensemble très correct,nous regrétons que personnes ne parle le francais ainsi que la télévision en revanche le personnel est très agréable

le personnel est multilingue mais pas pour le francais, dommage... places de parking payantes, re dommage.... par contre petit déjeuner continental excellent et finalement un rapport qualité prix très bon

Das Hotel hat schöne, saubere Zimmer mit einem tollen moderem sehr schönen Bad. Es ist günstig gelegen, die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben hier auf der Durchreise eine Nacht verbracht. Zimmer komfortabel, etwas klein wenn auch noch ein Beistellbett drin ist. Unsere Kritik betrifft die ungünstige Anordnung des Lichtschalters im Kopfbereich über dem Bettes. Ein wenig umdrehen in der Nacht und dabei die Wand berühren und schon war es zweimal taghell im Zimmer...

Είναι στην αρχή της πόλης και όχι στο κέντρο της όπως διαφημιζεται. Χρειαζεται 25 λεπτά περπατημα ή ιχ για να πας στο κέντρο της πόλης. Η καθαριότητά του ήταν καθημερινή και σωστή. Το δωμάτιο δεν παρείχε ντουλάπα ουτε ψυγείο. Το πάρκιγκ όπως και το ιντερνετ στο δωμάτιο δεν ήταν δωρεάν αλλα με καθημερινή χρέωση. Το ότι διαμένεις στο ξενοδοχείο, δεν σημαινει […] ότι έχεις και θέση παρκιγκ, στην περίπτωση που πηγαινεις και δηλώνεις πως έχεις ιχ. Υπήρχαν νύχτες που οι θέσεις ήταν καλυμμένες και το αυτοκινητό μας (ενοικιασμένο) το παρκαραμε εκτός του παρκιγκ και φυσικά στην εξόφληση του δωματίου πληρώθηκε το παρκιγκ κανονικότατα. Το πρωινό σερβιριζόταν σε μικρό χώρο όπου τις ώρες αιχμής περίμενες αναμονή να καθίσεις και το χειρότερο όταν τελείωνε ένα είδος στο μπουφέ δεν το αναπλήρωναν ακόμη κι αν αυτό τελείωνε στις 8.30πμ και το πρωινό είχε ώρα λήξης 10.30πμ. Eenvoudig hotel, een karig ontbijt, leuke omgeving op loopafstand. Vriendelijke ontvangst en alles ziet er netjes uit. Voor de parkeergarage onder het hotel moet 12 euro worden betaald per nacht, samen met extra toeristenbelasting 2x 3 euro, toch 18 euro extra. Achteraf vonden we het wel veel geld voor een afgeslankte Holiday Inn.

Das Hotel eignet sich eher für einen kurzen Aufenthalt,man kann im öffentlichen Parkhaus das Auto unterstellen (falls Platz ist) und ein Bus in der Nähe fährt bis in die Altstadt oder zum Casino.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und ruhig.

We vonden dit een prettig hotel. Er heerst een ongedwongen sfeer en de kamer was schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid maar wel goed. Het enige minpunt is dat er bij het hotel zelf weinig parkeerplaatsen zijn daarentegen zijner wel mogelijkheden in de nabijheid van het hotel om de auto te parkeren.

Relación calidad precio muy buena. La habitación es pequeña para 4 personas. A 10 minutos caminando se llega al centro. Cobran el aparcamiento del coche 12 € diarios.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, zum Casino, verschiedenen Restaurants und Bars nur etwa 10-15min zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr schön ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist da! Mycket fint och bra. Låg en bit ifrån centrum, men absolut promenadavstånd. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Fick behålla rummet ett par timmar extra utcheckningsdagen utan problem. Bra frukostbuffé med bl a färsk frukt.

Virkeligt godt lille hotel med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Dejligt at morgenmaden, som er ritig god, er inkluderet i prisen. Nemt at finde fra motorvejen. Byen Baden Baden er utroligt hyggelig.
