Awesome! Kids loved the pool: went three times in a one night stay. Room was spotless and quiet. The crib was already in the room when we checked in! Hotel is not far off the expressway and down the street from a Burger King with a play area. Free breakfast buffet included hot fried potatoes & peppers and sausage besides scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt. […] Breakfast attendant promptly offered coffee and toast. The rate was unbelievable considering this is a Holiday Inn and less than 20 miles from Washington DC. This was the perfect stay for our family. Only caution/suggestion is that our 2nd story window heavy drapes weren't designed to shut. Fortunately we had a clothespin to make the room dark enough to get our son to nap. 더 보기

I was greeted by a manager immediately and he was very helpful with any questions I had. The stay was great although the rooms were not that great at keeping the noise levels down as I listened to a family of 5 for an hour or two.

Excellent hotel beautiful rooms wonderful friendly staff. Great location close to DC METRO Veinna station took us to All the DC sites. Would go back again and recommend to my family and friends.

We stayed at this Hotel, because our daughter chose this as one of the Hotels for her upcoming wedding guests to stay. It is a nice Hotel, with a very comfortable bed, nice bar/restaurant area, and very clean and welcoming.

At first glance, the room was very nice. Newly updated and everything. However, when I was getting ready to leave and packing up, I found a BED BUG in the sheets. I flipped out, and start shaking all my clothes out before I packed up. On the way out, I told the front desk. All the lady did was right the room number and my phone number on a sheet of […] paper. I'm not sure if she even did anything, but I know I never got a call back. Guess looks can be deceiving. Sucks cause it really was a nice looking hotel, but I will never stay there again. 더 보기

Excellent room!

The cleaning staff does not respect the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. I had a rare morning to sleep in an hour....it was ruined by knocking at the door, calling on the phone and knocking on the door again!!!!

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn before. It's not usually my first choice for the area mainly because it's not as convenient for where I work, but I go there mainly for the price. On this visit it was about $50 less than my favorite hotel in the area (SpringHill). I was a little disappointed with the Holiday Inn this time. I was given a room on the […] 4th floor that had some type of renovation of it's A/C system recently. They installed a new type of ductless unit and didn't do a very good job finishing the wall off. The drywall looked horrible like something you'd expect in a 2-star hotel. I figured I could live with that for 2 days, but the ductless A/C unit couldn't get the room warm. On top of that, the room really smelled of cigarette smoke even though this is a non-smoking hotel. I asked the front desk attendant to look into it but never heard anything back. After a couple of hours I asked for a new room and was promptly given one (kudos on that). The new room was on the same floor but at the other end of the hallway. It did not have the funky A/C unit that the other one had and I finally felt like all was well. I did notice the next day that the 2nd room also had a bit of a smoky smell, and I finally figured out that it was coming from the bathroom exhaust fan. It was nowhere near as bad as the first room was so I just dealt with it for my last night. Overall I saved a hundred bucks on my 2 night stay, so that was a positive. I would stay there again for a similar savings, it's just not my first choice for the area. 더 보기

The hotel was in great condition. The staff was friendly and very professional. Mike, in the bar, was so nice and helpful. And Phil at the front desk was also a pleasure to deal with.

Great place to stay if visiting Washington, DC.

We stayed at this hotel, when going to a concert @ Jiffy Lube Live. The hotel was clean and staff was curteous. The bartender was kind enough to keep the bar open for us after hours so, we could return after the concert. We will definitely stay here again for a future concerts.

This hotel may have a 3 star rating, but we were amazed to find 5 star service & accomodations. Kudos go out to Glen, the bartender, and Phil, the night clerk and all the staff who made our stay so comfortable and fun. We didn't get the name of the chef, but the food was wonderful. Our hotel stay was a vacation in itself!

No complaints :) Jacuzzi and pool were great after a long drive. Short drive to DC and Arlington cemetery. Not too close to the city

Booked this room spacificly for the hot tub and apparently the heating element went out on it. So I thought FINE I'll just take a war bath...WRONG. The plug for the tub would not work. It was stuck open. My husband couldn't even budge it. One elevator was broken and guests were terrified of it all weekend. I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a friendly desk. The attendant gave my my room key and a free drink ticket at the bar and a 20 percent off coupon in the hotel restaurant that I didn't know about when I booked the hotel. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and new. However, when I laid down to go to sleep, I found out I was allergic to the […] bed. I ended up sleeping in the chair overnight. Comfort and the ambience is good. The Wi-fi in the room never worked even after complaining to the staff repeatedly. Nothing was done to fix it throughout the stay

Upon check in, the Front Desk Clerk was very friendly. Checked us in very easily and quickly. We were originally given a room that I was not satisfied with. Bathroom had a very strong odor of Mold. My first though was maybe the towels were left in the washer for too long (thats the type of smell). I tried to deal with it as we were only staying for […] a night but it was just too strong. I called down to the desk and the Clerk gave us another room next door. This room was better. My Husband and I both have worked in the Hotel Industry in Management for many years. Overall I was pleased with our stay. Love the room/bathroom decor. Did NOT like the beds. We booked two Queen size beds and to me they were doubles and not very comfortable. Pillowtop mattresses would be much better. The bedding and pillows were nice. We came up to attend Redskins Training Camp, next year we will try a different. 더 보기

We had only night here which was a good memory for us. The room is clean and new. The staff is helpful. We will live here next time.

Some issues with our room, but the staff did the best they could to get us another room and accommodate us. The restaurant service was not even close to being good, but overall the hotel was a good experience. The housekeeping is not to standard with most Holiday Inns I have been too. Hopefully this improves after speaking with the general manager.
