호텔은 청결하고, 데스크도 아주 친철하였습니다. 바로 옆에 슈퍼마켙도 있고 좋았는 데, 아쉽다면 주변에 식당이 별로 없다는 것입니다. 저렴한 가격에 RAI 컨퍼런스에 참석하는 분들께 추천을 합니다.

지도를 보고 역에서 좀 걸어야 한다고 느꼈는데 막상가보니 매우 가까워서 오히려 좀 놀랐습니다. 프론트 직원분들이 매우 친절하셨고 제가 물어보기전에 관광지나 아침식사, 와이파이에 대해 미리 알려주셨구요. 방에서 무료 와이파이가 되서 매우 좋았습니다. 그러나 침대가 매우 작고 좀 불편했습니다. 방은 작았지만 혼자 지내기 별 무리가 없었습니다. 관광지에서도 걷기 좋았구요.

호텔 주변에 교통이 잘 되어 있네요 암스테르담 자체가 교통이 좋긴 하지만 약간 외각이라 그런지 조용한게 마음까지 편안한 느낌을 주는 호텔이에요

중앙역에서 가까운 위치에 있어 걸어갈수있다. 건물 외관은 굉장히 고풍스러우나 객실은 세련되고 깔끔한 인테리어에 넓은 편이다. 천정이 높아 공기가 쾌적했다.전체적으로 조용하고 고급스러운 호텔. 네스프레소 커피머신도 있어 좋았고, 예약할때 프로모션중이어서 미니바가 프리여서 3일 내내 맥주, 와인 물, 쥬스등을 맘껏 먹을 수 있어 매우 좋았다. 직원들은 친절한 편이며 아침식사도 만족스럽다.네델란드는 체크아웃할때 모든 추가금액에 많은 city tax가 따로 붙어 깜짝 놀랐다. 수많은 나라를 다녔어도 이런경우는 처음이었다. 네델란드는 세금을 많이 걷는 나라인가보다. 그리고 동양인은 우리밖에 없었다. Amsterdam’s international airport, Schiphol is 14 kilometres south-west of the city centre. It’s a modern efficient gateway, well signposted, boasting good shops and the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam Schiphol, which houses a small number of works from the Rijksmuseum. Within the terminal a train station provides a fast frequent service to the city centre and outlying areas. Taxis and airport-to-hotel shuttle services are also available.

호텔 셔틀 버스를 이용 해야하는 이용객에게는 최악의 호텔 이호텔 버스는 오직8명만 이용 가능 그래서 빨리 타지 않으면 30분을 더 기다려야 한다. 문제는 그다음도 100프로 탈수있는 보장은 없다. 그래서 셔틀을 탈때는 항상 긴장 하고, 번개 처럼 뛰어야 한다. 공항에서 택시비는 30 유로 .... 방도 정말 넘 작다 왠만하면 딴 호텔에서 주무시길
"Reserve your spot on the shuttle"
We were told there was no space on the shuttle at the time we wanted, but that the shuttle 30 min later would be fine. (It would have been nice to alert us that shuttles fill up when reserving the room)When we went to board the shuttle the driver wasnt checking reservations, so some family took up 4 of the 8 spots leaving us outside. "OK for one night, nothing else"
the hotel is currently undergoing some remodelations, so you can see and hear that. It's no soooo close to the airport, but the free shuttle will take you there in 10 minutes or so. Keep in mind that the shuttle only runs until 11pm. The room, was ok, they have free internet but you have to connect your pc to a cable (it doesn't work for mobile phones […] =( ). There are no amenities at all in the room, just some shampoo/showegel stuck to the wall. Breakfast was no included. I guss the hotel is ok for one night and not much more than that. 더 보기
"Quality of service not equal to price"
Rooms were attractive, large, and nicely decorated. Hotel was under construction which should be taken into consideration in the short term. Otherwise it was very "cold" with little personality. Reception and restaurant personnel matched the coldness of the interior decoration...not authentically welcoming, rather condescending and haughty...exchanging […] amused looks amongst themselves when confronted with a client in front of me with many questions. Servers in restaurant good, but waitress gave the impression that we were a bother because tables were set for a group and she had to fix up a table to accommodate us as there was no other space. Cleaning service rather surly when greeted. Just seemed to me that for the price charged, that clients should be made to feel welcomed and at home. "No-nonsense, practical, friendly"
If you don't mind staying in a neighborhood with sleek gray boxes and an ultramodern depressingly futuristic vibe, this is the hotel for you. It's superconveniently located right between the airport and the city. A 10-minute walk to the streetcar that takes you into Amsterdam. Rooms are simple with few amenities. "Rudest service ever"
This hotel is an absolute no. The hotel did not have a promised parking space available, thus they offered to find an alternative parking. The issue escalated soon to a situation that I was expected to pay almost double to the original price for the fun of driving the car a few kilometers away and taking a shuttle bus back. When protesting that this […] was not the deal, nor do I find it in any way fair as it was the hotel's inability to live up to their promise, thing started to turn rude. I offered to talk again to the guy that I had originally agreed about the deal with, but I was told that if I do not pay immediately, the car will be towed away. I also offered to cancel the reservation in this case, but they did not want that either. Overall, the worst hotel experience in the maybe 300-500 hotel stays that I have had. The rooms as such are ok for one night, although in need of renovation. Note that there are no restaurants or other services within walking distance. The airport looks near on the map, but there are about 15 lanes cross and a few bidges that you need to pass if you walk there. 더 보기
"Clean and convenient hotel"
This is a comfortable hotel that I have stayed in a couople times. I prefer to stay here than to pay double or more in the city center. It is not the most exciting environment, but it is ok, and you can walk in 15 minutes to a tram stop from where the tram to downtown takes some 20-30 minutes.
I reserve a room with a double bed instead i was given 2 single beds when I checked in

"Barely 3 stars"
The rooms are quite small, furniture rather awful and simple. It is not possible to open the window (but they are very good noise isolated). The internet connection (wire) in my room has not worked. Wireless available only in the lobby. To use the shower with dark stone floor with rusty and whitish stains costs quite an effort. we arrive from to hotel from rome... we were very please with every thing at the ams.. park plaza.. i would highly recommend this hotel.. friendly staff.. and shuttle bus drivers... very friendly... rooms are very clean...... great property... thanks

The Park Plaza hotel in Amsterdam was very nice and conveniently located to the center of town. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus! Its only a 10 minute walk to the tram that takes you right to town. The hotel staff was very friendly and gave us very great advise as to what to do on our short trip visiting Amsterdam. "Price Does Not Include Amsterdam Tax"
The hotel was fine, but i was not impressed with being charged a tax for staying in the hotel, this tax was not mentioned anywhere on the hotels.com website and was not mentioned at checkin or in any previous emails, and i only found out about it when i looked at my bill on leaving the hotel ! "good place for wheelchair user!"
If you're a wheelchair user, you should know that downtown Amsterdam is difficult whehter it's the roads or the quaint hotels. The Dutch people are so helpful that it's still worth it. So Park Plaza is out near the airport and doesn't have a concierge, which is its biggest drawback. But if you need a wheelchair accessible room with a roll-in shower, […] it fits the bill. We were charged 40 euros for a very simple breakfast, paid in cash at check out, but now I received extra charges with no reason. I am calling them but got no response

Terrible service at the restaurant - after being seated and waiting for 10 minutes we had to go and ask to find our server. Total time for the meal was about 2.5 hours. Took about 20 min to get the soup. One entree (beef) was undercooked, the other overcooked (beef + tuna). Received the re-cooked entrees after a long wait and after all other visible […] tables were served (it seemed like they just put the ticket at the end of the line). No one checked to see if the re-cooked entrees were ok. The tuna was still over-cooked and was sent back again (after we flagged down a server passing by). Terrible experience for a restaurant that pretends to be fine dining. A little misleading that the hotel only has wifi in the lobby/restaurant - not in the rooms. Will never stay here again. 더 보기

"Superb service and very comfortable!"
We are very satisfied with the hotel service, specially the free hotel shuttle service helped us reaching the airport very easily, it runs every half an hour just outside the main entrance gate of airport (stop A9), the breakfast was very good and we will gladly recommend this hotel.

"Park Plaza Amsterdam"
The room was excellent. The television had very limited channels in English unless you wanted to pay. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary coffee. Also I went to one food area for coffee and was sent to another area. From there they sent me back to the first area. So I decided to forgo coffee.
Booked for one night stay in amsterdam near the airport as flying the following morning. Pleasant stay upgraded to an executive suite as there was a mix up on the standard room and no double beds available. The room was larger with sitting area, double bed, shower and bathroom, robes etc. Room seemed a bit cold and industrial rather than comfortable […] and warm. We ate in the hotel bar, we had a ceasar salad and rump steak, seemed quite high end dining for example 6 chips stacked in a criss cross pattern, by the by was enjoyable, but not consistent (the chicken in the ceasar salad seemed like it was packet processed chicken rather than fresh). Food and drinks weren't the cheapest but to be honest i expected that. Arnould the barman was great polite and kept the drinks flowing. The internet in the rooms was cable, which nowadays proves more of an inconvienance than a benefit. Would have expected Wi-fi for a modern hotel. Probably should have bought breakfast via Hotels as it was about double on the day, regardless we didn't have breakfast, but the lady let us grab a coffee anyway. All in all i would stay again, good value, and the shuttle service worked well. 더 보기
"Park Plaza--AMS"
This was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. The staff was helpful and courteous, the room was very nice for the price, and even the prices for the meals in the hotel restaurant and grille were pretty reasonable. The hotel's free airport shuttle was also a nice service.
Little fat from Airport. Bed was very uncomfortable and Internet speed in room was extremely slow.

The Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is a clean hotel with reasonably spacious rooms. Although it is listed as being close to Schiphol, it is not within walking distance and there are not many amenities close-by; however, the hotel's shuttle service is very reliable and easy to use.

"Park Plaza Amsterdam - not the best option"
Hi, I needed a hotel for a short notice trip to Amsterdam, and due to late arrival I have chosen this hotel, which I will not do again. The cons were that it is a new hotel, so it is clean. However I did not like the rest: 1) It is in remote distance, and you depend on taxi or hotel shuttle 2) I had late arrival, but there was no chance to get anything […] as the hotel restaurant closes 10pm, there is no minibar in the room, and I did not find out anything about hotel service, so due to being tired I have given up and went to sleep hungry and thirsty 3) the bed even claimed as double was 2 single beds put together, and they have been sliding apart, so if you will like as single or couple to benefit from a big bed, forget it 4) internet charge was 22EUR/day for basics access, 29EUR/day for unlimited (streaming etc) access - bloody price, 40USD is double than the most expensive internet charge I have ever seen. 5) behind the hotel (50m) just under the windows is a quite busy road, so 50% of the rooms facing this road will have quite noisy morning/day 6) the hotel water was strange, I am not sensitive but after the shower i was irritated, and when I had to take a sip to have some medicine, it was very bad taste (there was no minibar or complementary water as mentioned above) My room should have been "superior", so probably not the lowest standard in the hotel. In general I will not stay again in this hotel nor I will suggest it to anybody. It is not what it seems, and many tiny issues like the bed, road, or missing food/bar just destroy the experience. If you dont mind these issues, but just want a new hotel, it is what you will get. Previously I have used A4 Shiphol hotel, and this was always much smoother experience. 더 보기
"Park Plaza Amsterdam - Excellent value for money"
The hotel was extremely easy to find - the hotel shuttle (runs every 30 minutes) picked us up from stop A9 at Schipol airport and dropped us at the hotel doorstep in 10 minutes. You can avail of the shuttle when visiting Amsterdam Centraal as well - just hop into the shuttle, alight at Schipol airport, and take the train to Centraal. We used the service […] daily for 3 days. For the price we paid, I think we got an excellent room with all the comforts of a 3 or 4-start hotel. There aren't any restaurants or pretty much any other happening places around the hotel (although there's a bar and a restaurant inside the hotel), so you should pick up whatever you need from Centraal and come back to the hotel just to sleep. 더 보기

Internet is excessively expensive at 22 Euros per 24 hours of use or 8 Euros per one hour. Parking was also expensive at 10 Euros/day. There was quite a good selection at the breakfast buffet, although nothing stood out to be delicious. It served its purpose. The rooms were nice and clean. We noticed room cleaning often happened quite late in the […] day, and not in the morning. It didn't really bother us though. Room keys often got deactivated, and when we needed to be re-activated, we had to wait in line again at the front desk for another 15 minutes. It was quite ridiculous. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful in providing information about the hotel and its services, such as the shuttle info/tickets to/from the airport, and parking and directional information to downtown Amsterdam. Great value and experience. Parking at the hotel is 10 euro overnight.

el hotel es amplio moderno pero esta en reparaciones.- tome este hotel porque me ofrecio servicio de spa pero al llegar este estaba en remodelaciones por lo que no pudo tener mi reparadores baños antes de mi viaje de 14 hs hacia argentina.tendrian que haberlo anunciado en la pagina-no volvere mas
"Bon plan pas cher"
Finalement un bon plan pour visiter Amsterdam : hotel situé à 5 mn en voiture du terminus de tram de la ligne 1 qui va jusqu'à central station (25 mn de tram). Super breakfast compris dans le prix de la chambre.
"Fräscht hotell nära flygplatsen."
Vi bodde på hotellet en natt för att ta ett flyg tidigt följande morgon. Perfekt med gratis shuttlebus till och från flygplatsen.

"TAXIS"
Buen hotel pero muy retirado del centro . Hay autobuses gratuitos del hotel que te llevan hasta el aeropuerto y desde alli puedes coger el tren hasta Amsterdam , pero este servicio del hotel termina a las 23:00 horas por lo que si quieres desplazarte fuera de ese horario tienes que ir en Taxi . Puedes coger el tren desde la estación central al aeropuesrto […] y desde allí coger un Taxi parq ue resulta más barato pero "cuidado" , los taxistas parecen del tercer mundo , la mayoría de ellos tratan de engañarte . A mi me costó 35 euros ir desde el hotel al centro pero desde el aeropuerto al hotel otro nos cobró 59 , un auténtico engaño . El recorrido que el autobús hace en 5 minutos el taxista lo hizo en 40 , " increíble" , quisimos llamar a la policía pero el Hotel se lavó las manos y no ayudó en nada. 더 보기

Нормальный отель если вам нужно переночевать перед полетом, не более и не менее. Хороший завтрак. Бесплатный микроавтобус ходит в аэропорт раз в пол часа- записывайтесь заранее так как это именно микроавтобус на 8-10 мест. ехать 10 мин

Ein gebrauchtes, vergammeltes und zerbrochenes Glas unter dem Zimmervorhang gefunden. Nach der Mitteilung bei der Rezeption kam in Mann unfreundlich zum Zimmer nahm das Glas mit und brachte unfreundlich ein Neues. Die Glasscherben wurden überhaupt nicht entfernt. Alle Hotelzimmer haben keine Fenster zum Öffnen. Wir fühlten uns wie eingesperrt. Die Klimaanlage […] stand fest auf 20 Grad und konnte nicht wärmer eingestellt werden. Wir parkten auf der unteren Parkebene. Der dazugehörige Eingang war verschlossen. Erst nach mehrmaligen telefonieren mit einem Hoteltelefon, das sich außen an der Tür befindet, wurde die Tür geöffnet. Beim abendlichen Verlassen des Hotels über den direkten Weg über Fahrstuhl und Tür zum unteren Parkdeck war die Tür wieder verschlossen. Es befindet sich kein Haustelefon oder eine andere Möglichkeit mit der Rezeption zu sprechen. Somit musste ich wieder zu Fuß zur Rezeption. Ein Mitarbeiter der Rezeption teilte mir mit, daß ich über das Telefon mit der Rezeption sprechen soll und dann die Tür von dort geöffnet wird. Ich verneinte das es dort Innen ein Telefon gibt. Dieses befindet sich Außen. Der Mitarbeiter öffnete dann unfreundlich die Tür. Nach Rückkehr einer abendlichen Grachtenfahrt mit einem Kind unserer Bekannten um 24:00 Uhr wurde uns die Zufahrt zu dem oberen Parkdeck verweigert, da angeblich der Parkplatz belegt war. Wir mussten wieder auf dem unteren Parkdeck parken. Doch nach Einsichtnahme beim Durchqueren der Lobbyhalle war dieser nicht belegt. Die Zugangstür zum Hotel war wieder verschlossen. Wir setzen uns per Haustelefon mit der Rezeption in Verbindung. Jetzt teilte uns die Rezeption mit, dass es zu spät ist die Tür zu öffnen und wir mit einem weinenden Kleinkind den langen Fußweg über das untere und obere Parkdeck zum Haupteingang des Hotels gehen mussten. Bei Nachfrage bei der Rezeption warum wir keinen Zugang über die Haustür des Parkdeckes erhalten haben, teilte uns unfreundlich die Rezeption mit, das dieses eben so ist und wi 더 보기
