This hotel was beautiful, clean and well located. Problems: 1) Two minutes after getting into our room, the front desk called to say they gave us the wrong room. We asked if we should vacate (after being in there long enough for our children to unpack and make the room 'theirs'). We were told 'no' but to look at the paper folder containing the card-keys […] and see that another name was on it. Who looks at that before going into their room? Not us. 2) Breakfast is not included! Do not think you can go into the lobby and help yourself. You will receive a hefty bill for the buffet, even it you have only a bagel and a cup of coffee. No sign is present to tell you this, and no one at the front desk will alert you to it. Otherwise, a great stay. 더 보기

A nice hotel for the money, clean, well maintained and very comfortable rooms. The pool is nice, heated and also clean/maintained. The workout room, while small seems good for working out while traveling. Good location, not far from the highway but also far enough and out of the way so it is very quiet. Many places to eat located very close by.

The hotel was very nice. It looked brand new to me. My room was very clean and very nicely decorated. I loved the fridge and the microwave in the room. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

We took our grandkids to Kings Island and stayed here. We would stay again. Very clean. My grandson had problems with the chlorine in the pool and his eyes. He just may be sensitive to it. We will consider a Garden Inn when we need a room in the future.

We had a very pleasant three day stay. The cleanliness of our room and the lobby and bar area was exceptional. Even the breakfast area was continually freshened and maintained. The hotel staff was the most pleasant and accommodating I have encountered in years of traveling - congratulations, the management is doing a fine job!

This is a very nice hotel with neat and clean rooms in a nice area of town that has a surrounding area of corporate offices. However, we returned from an outing close to 11PM on a Saturday night only to find that room service closed at 9PM and all surrounding restaurants closed prior to that time too, so we had no where to obtain food. Yes, the hotel […] had a food pantry but not what we felt like eating. I've stayed in Columbus and Dayton Ohio, Indianapolis and many other regional cities where the sidewalks weren't rolled up so early on a Saturday night. 더 보기

Came in for my daughter to play soccer. The staff was great to talk with and helpful. The girls enjoyed the poole and hot tub very much. The biggest problem was with the lack of comfort in regards to the bed and pillow. Beds very hard and it was like I had no pillow at all. Pillow as flat as pancake. Well my fiance and I paid for a huge suite, the works here, and since I forked over so much cash, I expected the hotel room to be clean.... Not so much. First off, their was hair in the bed, a few strands were found. I'm not sure if they were cleaned. Secondly, our room had a jacuzzi in it. When I went to use it, there was hair ALL over the place in […] it. It appeared as if someone had shaved and just left hair all over and nobody bothered to clean the tub. It was pretty gross. Hotel is in good location for visitors to Blue Ash, easy to find conveniently placed near some good restaurants. Hotel clean, friendly, has a small gym and pool, Breakfast good but didnt have dinner so cannot comment. They have a pantry near reception to buy snacks etc if needed which I thought was a good idea. I chose this hotel for the complimentary breakfast as it suited our travel schedule. We were more than impressed with the entire experience however. The check in was swift, the hotel was in perfect condition and the interiors were clean, quiet and comfortable. Our room was superb. Well stocked, flat panel TV's, two bathrooms, studio style. The air conditioning […] was already on when we arrived which made it immediately comfortable. While dining Sunday morning, the manager of the hotel even came over to introduce himself and inquire about our satisfaction. He was a nice guy who seemed to care about our stay. Each staff member we encountered was pleasant and our server at breakfast was very helpful. This was my second stay on a Hilton property in two weeks (DoubleTree - Philly, Center City) and once again the accomodations were to the level that I expected. My wife and I both commented that this particular hotel will be our choice whenever we are in the Cincinnati area. It's conveniently located between downtown (dinner and drinks) and the Mason OH attractions (tennis, Kings Island, The Beach). Really a great place. 더 보기

The room was very comfortable with excellent bed, pillows and quilts. The room was quiet, dark and very cool and wonderful for sleeping. the breakfast was a mess. Not enough staffing to handle the crowd.

At check-in I was told the lobby "bar" would be open until 10pm each night (I stayed Friday, Saturday, Sunday.) It was never open at 10pm, and I was later told it closed at 9pm. On Saturday night I was back at 7pm and it was not open.....I asked a staff member and told him I was informed it would be open until 9pm and he just stared blankly at me. My […] coffee maker did not work, but was replaced. My keys did not work on Sunday night, and had to go back to the front desk to get new ones. The shower curtain was filthy. The toilet got plugged. The hotel was beautiful and we really enjoyed the appearance and the atmosphere.
