hotel is very good but overcharge for breakfast it was suppouse to be included in room but 4 off us end up paying almost 50$ for breakfust only which is rediculous

The hotel staff were excellent and very eager to please. We spent two days during Mardi Grass and enjoyed every minute of our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My hotel stay was very nice!

I spent two days during the Christmas Holiday at this location. It was accessible to many resturants, malls, and the interstate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. The room was great and the service was good. I would recommend this hotel to any travelers in the Mobile area.

LOCATION, Location, location! So convenient to shopping, dowtown Mobile, the Gulf, and our son! The staff is always extremely friendly and wiling to help.

This was an EXCELLENT hotel! The size of the room was huge, just the right amount of space for our crawling infant to explore. A crib was provided and the hotel was spotless! Clean with great customer service. Just a heads up, if you want the breakfast thats made to order its $10 per morning/per person. When we went to check in, our room wasn't ready yet. We were told it would be 30-45 mins. We went back almost an hour and a half later to find that the room still wasn't ready. They cleaned the carpets. For the 2 days that we were there, we had to deal with wet floors. The beds were Very uncomfortable, the SLEEP # thing was a joke. We had a wonderful stay with this Hilton Garden Inn and will go back again when we are in town next year . First rate staff who couldn't do enough to help us in every way. Very clean and comfy rooms. The location is close to the malls and shopping and restaurant areas. We travel a lot and rate this among the best.

Not easy to access, especially in the dark.

I traveled with my husband and my 11 year old son. We had a room right next to the elevator but the hotel was so well sound proofed, that we were not disturbed. Breakfast was included in our rate and was great. Service was not the best by our waitress but the rest of the restaurant and hotel staff were great. Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room, clean and convenient--liked everything about it!

For such a low price, I was surprised that the hotel was as nice as it was. The room was nice and they had a nice pool and gym. The staff were also very friendly. And if you are planning on going to the beach I would recommend Dauphin Island. :)

We frequently stay here when visiting family and find the staff to be extremely accomodating and helpful.

Excellent location to mall, sites, and restaurants. The restaurant and bar served excellent meals. The staff was professional as well as attentive. Will definitely go back.

We were very pleased with the hotel and are regular customers. I asked hotel management to help a cousin of mine who needed to stay over for another night by keeping the same rate and they agreed to do so. I deeply appreciate management and staff assistance. Excellent hotel.

Good clean rooms, excellent gym, and nice and friendly staff

Great place. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as Walmart. Easy on and off Interstate to get to hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed everything about this hotel.

I got a good discount with the nonrefundable rate. Beds were very comfortable, window view not so good. Had refrigerator and microwave, everything was very clean. The breakfast for surcharge was okay, went to nearby Waffle House second day, ate just as good, cheaper. Location was the best, not far from airport or downtown. This hotel was clean, staff was friendly, free internet, close to a mall, Walmart, restaurants, and right off of Interstate 65. It is about an hour and ten minute drive to Pensacola and the Naval Air Museum, hour drive to Gulf Shores, and if you want to tour the USS Alabama, it is about a 25 minute drive. Though I didn't use them, there is a pay washer/dryer […] on the first floor and an exercise room. Maybe my only complaint would be the few decent TV channels. Overall satisfied with this hotel and if I were to stay in Mobile again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel. 더 보기

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the price very reasonable. Our rooms were large and beds comfortable. I do wish the location was closer to the downtown historic district.

We spent 1night there with our family before taking a cruise to Mexico. The hotel was very nice, clean, great beds and the staff was super. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And the hotel was very close to the port and the causeway, which has great seafood.

The Hilton Inn Garden was newly renovated. Lovely interior. Room was nice, theromstat on the wall for temp control. Nce restaruant for breakfast or dinner; small food pantry for purchase of items--no need to run to the store. Pleasant staff. Great exercise room. I forgot to bring my firm pillow, and I didn't sleep well at all. The select comfort beds were nothing to get excited about, either. Other than that, it was a nice place in a convenient location. No breakfast was included, but they do have a restaurant (& bar) in the lobby. Heated, outdoor pool looked clean & inviting, but we had no time this trip. […] Our room had an interesting view of debris from a demolished building. The hotel was perfect for our needs. The property was well maintained and very clean (including our room). The front desk clerk provided us with an accessible room even though we had not requested one. We had traveled 7hrs and my wife had back surgery a month ago and the rails in the bathroom were very helpful to her. Very impressed with service and quality/comfort of hotel. Wish we had more time to stay. The only thing is that the breakfast was not free and if you wanted a hot breakfast it was additional. Other than that it was a great place to stop and stay.

The service was awesome. The people were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with the service. My only complaint was the beds. They are very hard and they supposedly have a lever so you can adjust the bed's firmness, but it made no difference...bed was still hard.

Nice clean hotel - I just always forget that when you go with the ritzy hotels you get real wood in your room and no breakfast. I would trade the nice furniture for a free continental breakfast. We skipped their $9.99 (per person) breakfast. I'm not paying $40 for a family of four since we don't eat a big breakfast...

The front desk personnel were excellent in providing fast and efficient check-in. Housekeeping was prompt every morning and readied the room in a very timely manner. Rooms and the lobby were clean, broadband wireless in the room was free, and bathroom amenities were replaced every morning. Fresh cookies were available in the evening and the $10.00 breakfast […] was a gastronomical delight – plan on eating there every morning as the service reflected true Southern hospitality. The only downside was the manager’s reception in the evening – stale chips and weak salsa – why even advertise; a huge letdown. We booked the room with one king size bed. The room was very clean and up to date. A very nice plasma tv, very comfortable bed which has adjustable comfort levels and wired/wireless internet in the room. The staff was very nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The next time we are in town, we will be coming back.
