However, the distance from downtwon is so far, it takes about 1 hour by bus. If you have a car, it only takes under 20minutes, so it doesn't matter. But for me, poor student was dazzled with tranportation.. because I was supposed to go UTSA and downtown also.. and one more, there is no near supermarket. Walmart is so close.. about 5 minute by bus! yes! if you have a car! this is really perfect hotel!!! anywany I really enjoyed my jorney here! thanks!

The perfect getaway destination. Great room, heated pool, fabulous healthy dining, friendly staff from the first moment until our easy checkout, unbelievable fitness center. "Choose your room wisely"
We have stayed at this hotel in the past and been very pleased. This visit, less so and our overall impression was that our room did not live up to Grand Hyatt standards. Our bed was squeaky and the sheets did not smell fresh. Also, the first time we went to take a shower, no hot water. Two hours later, we were able to finally take a hot shower. The […] lack of hot water was probably due to the fact that the hotel was busy for Spring Break / St. Patrick's Day. On check out we were asked how our visit was, we mentioned the room wasn't up to the Grand Hyatt standards, we were greeted with a simple "I'm sorry to hear that" with no further desire for clarification or detail. Obviously from a disinterested employee. Will we be back? We're not sure... with so many choices in downtown San Antonio we'll need to think long and hard. I booked a "Spa Package" from Hotels.com. When I asked the hotel at check in what all was included they said they didn't have a spa and didn't know anything about it. "Nice hotel but too big for me"
This hotel has over 1,000 rooms so be ready to see some other people. It is located just next to the Riverwalk, which is good but also makes getting around quite difficult. We brought a car but never took it out of the parking garage for fear of the traffic. Cabs were cheap though. The room was small but comfortable. New hotel that tries hard but has a way to go. Arrived late but was told the restaurant was open until 10:30 PM. Went down at 9:50 and was informed that the restaurant was closed. "handy for riverwalk"
Nice clean trustworthy hotel with great beds. The lobby area is a wee bit soulless but the staff are very helpful. Stayed before as its close to the riverwalk. You can park the car over the road in the multi-story (self park and its a lot cheaper).검증된 Hotels.com 숙박객 이용 후기
