Mouse in room, door didnt lock, holes in wall, smelled funny, really would like a complimenatary stay at another hotel was not pleased at all

not a good choice. smelled of heavy perfume and there was no remote control for the tv. the service desk said they ran out????

Initially I was reluctant because of all the bad reviews I read about this motel, but for the price, it was unbeatable. Walked in and searched the room up and down and came to see it wasn't bad at all. Some hair in random areas but you can get over that; the house keeping service was friendly. The location is conveniently close to New York City but […] you may find it challenging that the road is separated by a berm and quite difficult to go the opposite way to get to the city. It was not a 5 star motel.But room that we choose for non smokers (room for smokers stank with tabaco and was shabby) was fairly clean and comfortable. Me and my wife was invited to wedding and we did not feel like drive back home to Long Island at night. So we are satisfied. Previos reviews was scary. We did not noticed any illigal activities.

Bad service, bad location, no transportation, the worst hotel I have ever seen, I will never go there again

The is the worst motel/hotel that I have ever been in. There are not proper locks on the doors. The room smelled very bad. You can tell that someone just got done smoking Cannabis. The staff was very unhelpful. I took pictures of the busted locks, the files, the dirty bath room. This motel/hotel should be closed down.

I booked this hotel last minute, so I guess I can't complain too much. But, I thought I'd be getting a little nicer accommodations for the seemingly outlandish price. While the mirrored, non-functioning heart-shaped hot tub was a classy addition, the dozens of flies which inhabited the room diminished its otherwise cozy atmosphere. No microwave and phone in the room!! Informed the manager many times but no response. Hotel staff does not speak English!

Maintaince is not good. Fixtures were broken in bathroom. No glasses to drink water. No free coffee. Neighboured was bad.

You are paying very little so don't expect too much. Enjoy the free porn. Careful if you have children. I wouldn't stay there for days though. It's a great pit stop and a really cheap alternate. Bring your own towels.

For a one night stay over while visiting New York, it was a fair place for the price. Close to numerous historic sites ( Statue of liberty, Ellis Island and New York City) Easy to get a Taxi cab to these sites by calling at the Motel reception. Let me warn you first that room 12 has no lock. There was only one towel in the room, the other had stains on it. Flipping through the channels and some adult movie came on. What if I had kids there? Its OK. But the maintenance and service is not good.

Not only the quality of the rooms is nothing close to average, the staff is unbelievably rude, it's amazing! I have been to motels and bad-quality hotels all-over the country but this one is probably the worst I got to see. First, they changed our room without telling us (1 bed instead of 2 but no discount) They wouldn't even answer when we were talking […] to them! Not even a word, like we were nonexistent, isn't it amazing? But the straw that broke the camel back was the last day. I was expecting a very mail and had it sent to the hotel. I checked every day to see if they received it and when finally an employee deign to talk to me, the answer was inevitably "No we don't have anything for you" Not even checking... I had a tracking number so I finally insisted to enter in the office to find my very important letter that had been sitting on the desk for the last 3 days... I was MAD! It was alright. It's just kind of noisy because of the highway in the neighborhood

I have never stayed in a worst place... Don't even know where to begin... Bugs & bugs. Bed area, Bath area. Hair everywhere! Noisey as ever! Kids playing and screaming outside my door. Next time I will sleep in my semi & just go to a truck stop for a shower!

First they gave me smoking room even though I booked non smoking..he changed it to non smoking..when i went to take bath I realised that shower wasn't working...again they changed the room...rooms were dirty and hotel as well...Staff was good though

The room smelled of must, and mold. Would not recommend to anyone.

This motel offered me the lowest rate in the area. Room was clean, and had a full bathroom. (I saw some motels advertising rooms with SHARED bathrooms!) Motel is on main road with good parking. The area was quiet. If you want their continental breakfast, be there EARLY! If they run out of food, they won't be able to replenish it...

This place had unsavory characters loitering about. The room had a smell to it, no closet, the carpet looked dirty, and I felt unsafe there.

The hotel itself was not so bad, however, the room had no towels, remote, soap or floor mat for the bathroom. Also, the area where it's at is undergoing a BIG road maintenance/re-planning job, and the Hotel can't do anything about it really...but just as a heads up. the place appeared to be in the process of remodeling - which may explain why everything seemed scattered. The first room they put me in had an abundance of lamps, but no working tv. The second had a working tv, but the shower didn't work. still, the bed was comfortble, and the place was decently clean, but overall not worth the price...

horrible place way too much money for this dump.

Si vous souhaitez une nuit reposante, oublieez cet endroit, le motel est à moins de 100 pieds de 4-5 voies ferrées et les trains passent au 45 minutes même la nuit de fin de semaine. Très peu insonorisé, on entend les voisins de chambre parler même très tard la nuit. Le motel semble en plein parc industriel, aucun restaurant, dépaneur ou épicerie a […] proximité, seul une distributrice à liqueurs dans le bureau de réception et quelques petits sacs de chips sur le comptoir. Si vous passer tout droit vous devez faire 1 mile avant de pouvoir faire demi tour, passer le motel de 1 mile pour refaire demi tour et atteindre l'entré étroite et peu visible. Le centre ville de New York est plus loin que ce à quoi je m'attendais: environ 20 minutes de marche pour rejoindre l'autobus navette et un trajet d'environ 45 minutes à bord de la navette. Rejoindre la navette de retour à New York après 21h00 se fait difficilelment, j'ai dû me faire accompagner par un proposé de l'imeuble pour faire environ 10 minutes de couloirs dans l'édifice car l'entrée directe sur le terminus d'autobus était fermée. Condition de la salle de bain laisse à désirer: la toillette bouge beaucoup, baignoire et lavabo plein de tartre (Très veillot, lavabo craquelé). Nach dem dritten Zimmer das man uns den Schlüssel in die Finger drückte hatten wir eines das einigermasen bewohnbar war, dennoch war der ganze Teppich Klebrig, das Bad war nur mit Hausschuhen zu betreten, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle fehlten ganz. ausser das der Kübel während unseres aufenthaltes einmal gelehrt wurde, wurde gar nichts gemacht!

Das Hotel liegt zwischen einer Schnellstraße und Gleisanlagen, in einem Gebiet mit Industrie. Dennoch sind die Zimmer erstaunlich ruhig. Vom Motel aus läuft man ca. 10 min bergauf zur Bushaltestelle der Linie 51, welche fast im Minutentakt und sehr kleines Geld zwischen dem Kennedy Bwd und Manhatten 42st Straße pendelt, mit der man nach 20 Minütiger […] Fahrt in NYC ankommt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist als gut zu bezeichnen, da New York doch ein wenig teurer ist. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Badezimmer neu renoviert. Dennoch sieht man das es sich hier um ein älteres Motel handelt. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer war ok, der Teppichboden im Zimmer wurde nie richtig gesaugt (eher nur USA typisch gefegt) und die Bettwäsche meines Vorgängers erst nach Reklamation gewechselt. Das Zimmer wurde nur sporadisch vom Zimmermädchen aufgesucht (von 7 Tagen an 3 Tagen). Erwarten sie keine besonderen Absicherungen an den Zimmertüren, diese sind mit deutschen Maßstäben nicht zu vergleichen. Dennoch fühlte ich mich recht sicher aufgehoben, da zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit die Rezeption besetzt war und dieses die einzige Zufahrt zum Motel ist. Fazit: Ich persönlich würde dieses Motel immer wieder wählen, da es für mich ausschließlich als Übernachtungsgelegenheit diente. Es hat einen guten Preis und ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt um New York zu erkunden. 더 보기

Utrollig skittent rom, rødvinsflekker på laken, sigarettstumper på gulvet. Et typisk hotell for "1 times opphold". Horene trekker inne på hotellområdet. Ingen offentlig transport i nærheten, nærmeste buss ca 30 minutters gange fra hotellet. Ingen servering på hotellet, gatekjøkken ca 15 minutters gange fra hotellet. KAN DEFINITIVT IKKE ANBEFALES.
